Fantastic selection of models and modelling tools. Computers as well. Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helped explain the modelling and painting at a level appropriate to my skill.

I went into the computer repair there. Needed more storage in my pc. The technician behind the counter took it immediately and looked at my pc. And he just found out I had enough space and fixed my issue right then and there, no charge. So, as a thanks, I bought a joystick from them. I completely recommend this establishment for Pc parts, repairs, upgrades, and hobby supplies. 5/5

Recently I brought my HP computer into Compusoft for a tune up and an recurring error issue. I had a chance to meet Obed several weeks early on a visit to the store. I was impressed with his knowledge as well as his positive approach to his job. When I brought my computer in he did a thorough job, provided a summary of what he did, and was willing to dig deep to solve the error issue. I was pleased with his work and would recommend his service without question. Thanks!

Went in for a simple issue on a newly built pc and he fixed it in seconds without charging me then when I asked him to install windows he did it extremely quickly, I said I'd need to pick it up the next day and since he wouldn't be there he walked me through every part of what he did and went into detail explaining everything to me perfectly definitely recommend anyone who needs to get a pc repair super professional and knowledgeable

When you first enter the store you are greeted by an employee who makes you feel welcome but doesn't try to pressure you in any way. The store layout is done in a logical manner and it is not hard to find what you may be looking for. If you have any questions about what you need, the employees are definitely knowledgeable about what they sell. When I last shopped at the store, I noticed that the shop had done a makeover and it looks awesome. The layout is very customer friendly with a place for everything and everything in it's place. The store is incredible and just waiting for you!

Fun store, Warhammer, prebuilt computers, and computer parts. Puzzles, and models, as well as model paint and supplies. Dungeons and Dragons books and dice.

Brought my computer in panicked, everything went black and I needed it for work. They were able to find everything, put it on a new hard drive and had it ready to go the next day. Super impressed, staff is super friendly and price was very fair. Definitely will use them as my go to for all my computers!

Great people to go to, and the prices are actually pretty decent. Husband and I went for board games, some puzzles and trading cards and definitely spent less than going to other stores.

Best paint selection and supplies in town, tons of models, games, friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable staff. Always happy to shop here.

Disappointing experience for a game store.
They used to have a decent Pokémon card selection and for the past few months it has gone down hill.

Disappointing wasting my time going in there to find nothing on the shelves. It’s a great computer store just a not really good game store. 2/5 stars

One of the best stores in central/Southern Alberta for plastic models and board games. Friendly helpful staff and competitive prices make it worth the trip from High River.

Have done there twice now for presents for my youngest. I had no idea that D&D grew this much from when I played it as a kid (70s). The guys there actually take their time to explain. They show me things that are fabulous. I'm actually going there later today. Need to figure out Christmas presents again. Keep it up guys.

I recently bought a Gaming pc from Compusoft and it has been a great experience. I had a some very annoying sounds coming from it and compusoft stopped at nothing to fix it. The service on my new computer was fast and well done. Haveing faulty parts isn't there fault it's mainly the manufacturers. The two computer techs there are amazing and always will to help no matter what with any question or concern. If you are thinking of buying a gaming pc from compusoft I highly recommend it. The quality is outstanding and is going to be better then any pre built you can buy from Best buy by far.

Their prices on pc parts are crazy $50 to $100 more than MemoryExpress or online alternatives. If your looking to upgrade better off looking elsewhere.

I had inquired about a sold out video card series. The 3080 couldn't be found online to buy, i emailed and asked if there was a waiting list i could be put on should they get some. They responded and l was told I'd be notified. 2 days later they responded that they had one for me, i was able to etransfer the full payment. I want sure if I'd make it into the shop after i finished work, however if it was a bit after their closing someone would wait to hand me the card. Very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any pc gamers in Central alberta i would recommend checking them out before traveling to the bigger cities. They had quality inventory you'd be looking for.

Had my Pc custom built here a couple months ago, staff were friendly and experienced. I would recommend anyone looking to up grade or replace their PC to shop here!

Very helpful staff and great selection of models. Went in there with my 5 year old to pick out a model and they were excellent and helped a great deal.

The most over priced store i think I've ever been in. Selling things for a 40% mark up from other retailers. Brutal. A few bucks sure. But 40%. For example my friend bought a 1TB Crucial SSD from them for 199$, exact same drive on Amazon 129$, mem express 143$. I'm all for shopping local when they aren't that much more expensive. They could have bought the drive from Amazon with free shipping and marked it up 20 bucks and that would have been better. But 70$. Come on.

Where to begin.they helped me get ahold of the new AMD graphics card and processor for my first build.

And when I had issues getting the system to post I was able to drop it off and by noon the next day they had fixed the issue, even though they were very busy.

When I came to pick it up they took the time to show me where I had made the mistake so that I would know for any future builds. In addition they also corrected the ram speed and installed an update free of charge.

These guys worked fast, were super helpful, and went above and beyond what I expected for service for a very fair price. Definitely will be going to them if I ever need something in the future.

Oh and I got some DnD stuff there as well.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that truly care for their customers. I'm impressed at the level of service each one of the employees gives and how far they go for their customers. This is my new place to shop at for anything PC related.

Big box type store. Needs gaming area. Stock rotation is fairly slow. Friendly staff, very helpful, and kind. Decent prices. I've seen better, but I've seen way worse too. The best in Red Deer.

He is not only very knowledgeable and professional but also such a likeable guy and he truly understands customer service, he goes above and beyond and he was invaluable to me getting me set up with an upgrade from laptop to desktop.
I would highly recommend him and I hope his superiors know and appreciate what they have in him.

Been a regular for years, and the staff has always been absolutely amazing. Full of great insight, super passionate about the work, and all around great folks. Definitely worth a visit, even if you just want some more dice.

Excellent place to pick up puzzles, board games, tabletop miniatures (including warhammer, D&D and Pathfinder), scenery modeling supplies and model vehicles. They also have a great team on the computer side of things who can help you with problematic units, build your dream gaming rig, or even just sell you a tube of thermal paste to do some DIY repairs!

These guys are the closest thing to Games workshop and memory Express you'll find without going to Calgary or Edmonton.

Fixed my PC super fast! Estimated it to be done in 2 days and they had it completed within hours of bringing it in! 11/10 would goof up my pc build again to have their services!
