Best computer shop around in north east Calgary, very professional fast service. I came here to get some passport photos and they are located inside same building unit 2130 they need to put bigger sign outside for more visibility only thing I didn't like about this store but my computer was water damaged and try to find someone who can fix it asap because I am a gamer but everyone told me at least 5 business days but this guy fixed with couple of hours I am so glad and thankful to them. Really appreciate there service and affordable prices. Thanks again!

Unprofessional, unscrupulous service. Needed hard disk recovery and I was told to wait half an hour. I now know that it takes more than 10 hours to do this kind of work. He gave me silly reasons about PC parts (like M. 2 SSD is making clicking noise and insisted that it is true even when I told him that there are no moving parts in M. 2 SSD which can make noise.) assuming that 'the old man' won't know anything about computers. He could not recover anything but charged me more than what was initially quoted.

Professional and courteous service. They explained very precisely how they will fix my computer for optimum speed. My computer is back to its speed. Thank you for your great service!

Do not go there, their actual business is not computer fixing, charge more money and waste time even your device is not fixed, they charge you money on the name of diagnose. Although they mentioned on website, no fix no charge.will never recommend to anyone.

Very professional service I went there to increase mine laptop hard drive to ssd he first told me to buy myself new ssd I went to get it from staples and he just installed it within 45 mins with all my hard drive clonned and charge me only $50 with very quick service. He also cleaned my dirty fan in same price. Really appreciate his effort. Percent recommended. My friend Kiran reffered me to this place and it's worth me a lot.

My laptop kept flashing on and off with error that had something to do with memory. My laptop warranty got expired and it was only a year old laptop. I did my research to find a decent store and most of the places were very expensive. But I found OBD computers and got the quote that was almost half price as compared to others. The work was done on the same day as promised. I recommend him to everyone.

Very professional service done by this computer repair company i am having problem with my internet from long time i went to this place and not only they fix my computer wifi problem they make the speed up of my computer with tuneup with no extra cost 100% recommended.

After seeing an ad for $20/hour labour cost, we delivered my son's laptop in May 2020. Laptop part required could needed to come from China and was 'lost'. Communication is limited and unprofessional. My husband feels they blocked our calls after a bit. My family ordered the part personally, delivered the part and waited for the repair. $190 plus GST, we received the laptop back last week (July). There is no $20/hour labour cost here. We were given the wrong charger cord that does not work, is in very poor condition. It is $89 for us to order a new cord as the business does not have our property. Stay away. Unprofessional. Get a quote in advance. Positive reviews posted are very likely FAKE, they are family (Minhas Traffic Tickets located in same business gives positive review.) This business does not deserve your money or support, go somewhere reputable.

I called the day before I went in explaining what the issue was with my brother’s laptop and asked if I needed to come in. He said yes to come in so he can take a look. We come in a day later and when my brother explains the issue, he says that he can’t help him so he should go somewhere else. When I confronted him about not taking a look at the laptop to address the issue and backtracking what he told him on the phone, he tried to say that I was lying, then said that he didn’t understand the issue on the phone. If you didn’t understand the issue, then why did you tell me to show up? It took us over an hour to come in, for a 2 minute consultation. Bad service, very unprofessional and seemed to not be sympathetic. Will definitely not be coming back.

Excellent place! I’ve been here 2 times to have my dell laptop repaired. First time for the power jack issue and second time for the motherboard issue. These guys are very good and cheap. They provided with the best quotes while others were charging much higher to fix. Furthermore, did not have to wait long for them to fix. They fixed the computer in just 1 day. Nice and efficient service. The staff is very nice and professional. Highly recommended.

Do not go here! This guy has had my laptop for 6 months and had the gumption to ask for $250 to return it unrepaired (he is currently holding it for ransom). I have asked for invoices on the parts ordered, which I would gladly pay but he has not responded. I have involved the police. DO NOT GO HERE.

Prices are way better than other stores always my computer repair shop fix my MacBook Logic board in same day and charge me only $150 other places quoted me almost $400 price. One of the best and most cheapest repair shop I brought my Apple MacBook for diagnose and they fix it within 2 hours few other shops unable to find what’s going on with my system but obd computer tech fixed for me and charge me way less than other quoted me for the same job great work really appreciated there work and customer service. One of the better places to repair your computer or laptop. Only thing I suggest them is to be please don't change your native language infront of others otherwise very satisfying work done on my MacBook air definitely use them again. Price andVand service was excellent.

Hi, i came there to make my computer.due to my pc was causing a black screen.it took him 1 week to repair it. Guess what happen? NOTHING! CHARGE ME EXPENSIVE.and still happen the problem. For me it was a ripped off. Then he told me to wait for 2 months cuz it was the update.but still nothing happens.i sent him a message regarding about that and he's not responding.im very upset and disappointed. Its a ripped off.
