We had a product printed here. The process of "what you see" on the screen and the printed page leaves a lot to be desired. HOWEVER, the staff at the store were excellent and did everything they could to help us.

Waiting for help was upsetting. Watched as others who just walked in got service while we were still waiting.

Don’t use them for shipping at all. Had important documents that needed to be delivered for last Friday. Paid extra fees to have it delivered for 12pm on Friday, only for it not to be sent out until after 1pm Friday (an hour after it was paid to arrive)...
