I was actually directed here by someone at the Volkswagen dealership and I'm extremely happy with the work done on my Passat. Peter is very friendly and knowledgeable and keeps you informed on all repair details or any issues that come up. The pricing is very fair and the work is done well. I will definitely be coming back soon because I trust Peter and the team completely with my Volkswagen!

I paid for the installation service for an aftermarket grill I purchased. The shop was not able to install it due to not having longer screws to hold the camera. If I pay a shop to install a part, I expect them to have the proper hardware and supplies to do the job or they should tell you ahead of time if they may not have the required hardware. As a result, I had to pay $300 for a grill that they couldn't install. I even sent them a video from the manufacture that clearly shows the grill can be installed properly, the manufacture also advised that over 150+ of these exact grills are sold per year and they were shocked to hear that it can't be installed on my car (a handful of people install it themselves too, without professional help and sent pictures who have the exact same car). I phoned Eurocraft after who confirmed that it can certainly be done and they have done it before, you just need longer screws, which they have.

Very easy to find parts, I ordered, got a call the next day from a parts rep that had looked at my order and figured out that I had a few wrong parts, he helped me figure it out and I received a perfect order. He has also given great suggestions to me following up on the many questions I have been throwing at him.

Great store with lots of VW parts, OEM and aftermarket. Only downside is they are no longer walk in and so you have to order online and wait for them to get your order together which can take a suprisingly long time.

Peter is definitely great to deal with and gives you honest feedback and advice services are exactly as quoted and work is done right. One thing I do not like closed showroom makes it not easy for out of town people to get a car serviced there. Yes they have a key drop box but I like face to face interaction. Just my 2 cents

Disappointed with the showroom being closed. Wasted some time driving in. Businesses need to stop asking that we "support local" if they won't act local. I'm not the kind of person to tank them with one star but I'm certainly not enthralled with their business decisions.

Staff here are absolutely wonderful!:) Although you may pay a few extra penny’s, you can always rely on them to have what you want, what you want it.

I called a few different VW specialized shops for an install quote on my CTS Turbo Downpipe on my MK7 Sportwagen, one place came in $500 more then Concept-1! Concept-1 gave me a great price, got me booked in easily and had exceptional service. I will be coming back again and again.

Ken and the team at Concept 1 are consumate professionals. Their collective experience and knowledge base allows for detailed recommendations for whatever stage your project is at. My experience working with the Concept 1 team during a recent type 1 motor build was fantastic and would recommend them to anyone.

Area of improvement: seems the last couple of times it is difficult to get a hold of staff in service dept. At times, there is no one to answer the phone. Perhaps having another staff to take calls would help? Another dept mentioned they're busy which I get, but I'm also busy at work & trying to get a hold of someone to talk to after a few tries, Unfortunately, this area needs improvement as I ran into this a few times.

Great crew. Amazing service. Kind of had a mystery problem on my 03 Lupo and they took their time to find the issue. They’re also not a place that will nickel and dime you and are completely transparent when it comes to cost and time frame. I’ll definitely be taking my Tiguan and Lupo here for any future needs!

I recently had an APR Tune installed at Concept 1 and the service was great! Ken and Peter were awesome to deal with and I would highly recommend calling them if you are looking to tune your car.

Very competitive prices for air cooled parts and their inventory levels are impressive, especially considering their size. The folks behind the counter are very friendly and have an incredible wealth of knowledge about air cooled VW's. It's invaluable having a shop like this in town! Shop here before Cip1, or anywhere Stateside.

These guys rock! I had been looking for a wheel for my Jetta and these guys beat the best price by over half! Super friendly and fast service! Very knowledgeable staff and a great store with lots of unique parts and accessories. If you have a Volkswagen this is the place to go! Will definitely be back in the future!

I have been dealing with them on and off for ten years. I have had an Audi A4, S4 and Q5. Not their main focus of VW but they still probably have more Audi stuff than anyone in Calgary.
They took a set of rims back after a month that we could not stop from vibrating on my A4. So that was good. ARP tune was good. They are starting to have more Audi stuff.
My only issue is going in asking for some Audi parts that I can get from ten places in the US and they just simply could not find it or call me back that they could not get it. That is fine, no one else in town can either.
Still, 5 out of 5 after ten years and spending $5,000 there.

Very impressed with the patience and clear explanation of the repair needed on my 1985 Vanagon. Ken is a true well of knowledge and he takes the time to answer questions. Definitely will be back!

I had a few issues with my VW and these guys fixed it up with care and detail and knew exactly what to fix. They also explained everything that had been done. Definitely a good choice for any Volkswagen car. Highly highly recommend.

From down under, I was after alloy wheels for my 71 bug that I could not get in Ozz. No joy anywhere, prices off the scale and know one interested in even giving me a quote to ship to Australia.
Then I happened upon their web site and sent a request thinking I would get another no, to my joy, received a friendly we will see what we can do, a few emails later, great price, deal done, order on its way and a few days and several thousand klms later wheels arrive safe and sound.
