Absolutely do not recommend. Do yourself a favour and find a real dentist. This company is a joke.

Excellent staff from the happy, polite and efficient front staff to the Dental assistants and Dentist. They knew who I was walking in, welcomed me back for hassle free cleaning, fit me in the same day for a chipped tooth and got me started on a follow up procedure. Comfortable and clean office space. Did I mention the front staff are fantastic?

Bambi is the perfect hygienist for me. Our sense of humour is similar and she makes my personal experience enjoyable. Sorry to the rest of the office who may catch our discussions. Love Bambi and how clean my teeth are and how she doesn’t push unnecessary treatment! This office is my preferred as they don’t give out the vibes that they are just trying to make as much money off of you as possible. I like that:)

I had appointment at 3pm the service was great and done perfectly and the staffs are awesome.

Fantastic dentist, Dr A is absolutley amazing and listens to everything you have concerns or questions about, speaks with you with the up most respect.
Bambi the dental hygienist understood and listened to any concerns and worries I had. I am a Anxious individual and she worked with me to help me relax while I was receiving treatment. So glad I came in to your office, I look forward to continuing treatment with concept dental and definitely will refer friends and family.

It was one Saturday afternoon and I needed an emergency procedure done and fortunately the doctor was at the office working and picked up the phone. I explained my urgency as I was taking off to vacation. He advised me to see him asap and forever with grateful for that gesture to help. Thank you so much.

As always my dental treatment today was a pleasure. Today I was especially impressed that my X-rays were done with absolutely no discomfort and particular attention was paid to my fear of how this might effect my vertigo issues.

They really take the time to make you feel relaxed and are diligent to explain what they are doing. All in all it was a great experience and i feel very comfortable and confident in their practice.

My family and I have been going to Concept Dental for over 2 years now so we have had just about everything done between the 5 of us. I can't say enough about good things about it. 2 of my teenagers have even almost fallen asleep while getting multiple cavities filled.that's how gentle, efficient and caring they are. The staff treats us like family, and I don't say that lightly or just to be nice it is the honest truth. They have done payment plans for us when we have been in a really tight spot financially but needed treatment.
My husband is not the type of guy to write a review on these kinds of things but as soon as he got out after getting 2 fillings and 1 extraction he wrote one explaining how amazing everyone at the clinicis and how gentle and fast his treatment was. That says alot coming from him. The environment feels kind of like a spa as unbelievable as that sounds. And we can tell all of the staff love their jobs and feel appreciated because they pass that on to the patients.
We have gone to 4 other dentist since my kids were born (because we have moved cities or had a really bad experience at one here in Red Deer) and
Dr Appalraju, the staff and the 2 years of experience here has been by far the best we have ever had.

(Shout out to Maryanne at the font desk.she is so helpful, always there when I need her, funny, kind, professional and goes out of her way for every client)

Everyone here is genuinely caring and personally invested. I can't speak highly enough about my experience.

I was in getting fillings, with no freezing and Dr A was very efficient and gentle. I was done in 35 minutes. Cannot recommend Concept Dental enough. Thank you for a great visit even though it was for fillings. Great work

Never have I thought going to the dentist was a good thing until my wife told me to go to Concept. They make you feel comfortable and safe. They listen to what you want and then use thier professional abilities to accomodate you as best they can. Best customer service possible.

The team at concept dental was once again, amazing. Myself, my kids and now my husband all love this team. They are so kind and take the time to answer all your questions. They are excellent at reassuring an anxious patient whether it's while the work is being done, or talking about upcoming needs. Always genuinely smiling. The employees are always happy and you can tell there is a great working atmosphere there as well. Honestly, will always be my #1 recommendation. And can't say enough about how great they are for my whole family.

I was very impressed with the care that is given to make sure I was always as comfortable ad possible.

My first visit? I had broken a front tooth while eating, and needed to see a dentist about treatment. Two other offices said they could see me the following week, before I walked in the front door of Concept Dental.

Although it was a busy office, the friendly staff welcomed me and treated me like family; Karly (hygenist) got me into a chair for a cleaning while I waited for a dentist, Dr Appalraju quickly came to assess and order xrays, then returned to make some repairs for me in between other patients (during what I assume was his lunch break), and I was good to go.

By the time I left, the office staff had contacted and billed my insurance, and helped me to schedule follow-up treatment. I've been back twice since then, and will continue to return for my dental needs.

Friendly, modern, highly competent. Concept Dental wins all the prizes.

Dr. A is an amazing person as well as a Dentist. My sister passed away in October, Dr. A and his staff gave me a sympathy card. The staff are very accommodating and makes you feel appreciated at all times.

I've had extreme dentist anxiety for over a decade and concept dental has helped me every single time I've walked through the doors! I had a very easy wisdom tooth extraction and Dr. A really helped me with his insight. I appreciate the compassion of the staff as well! Everyone is very friendly and easy going.

Bambi was my hygienist today, she was super friendly and explained everything to me very clearly and answered all my questions.

Yesterday was my first teeth cleaning with this dental office. It was the best cleaning I have had in a very long time. Since my last pregnancy my teeth have been really sensitive and Bambi took the time to make sure I was comfortable and in zero pain. I am so grateful that they actually care! Thank you!

Everyone here was friendly and welcoming. However I was rushed through the end of my appointment and they did not finish properly leaving me with an uneven bite telling me to just come in a few days later. I was unable to do so and the issue was never solved. They should not have rushed to another appointment and completed the job in it’s entirety.

Brought my 2.5 year old in for her first appointment. You guys were so patient and kind. She had a blast and keeps asking to come back. Thank you for also taking great care of me. Shout out to Vicky Bambi and Dr. K!

I have been going to Concept Dental since 2010 always impressed with their professionalism and their attention to detail and ultimately your comfort, from somebody who has acute panic disorder when having to see the dentist. Their whole Team is awesome. Not going to anyone else.

I rarely write reviews, but I have to say, I LOVE Concept Dental! I bring my baby with me every time and they are so accommodating. I have been a client of theirs for 6 years and have never had a bad experience. Oh and they give chocolate chip cookies when you are done -WWWHAT kind of dental office offers that? Only the best!

My husband was seen here. He's terrified of dentists; but, Concept Dental made him feel at ease, welcome and accepted. We would gladly refer anybody here.

All of the staff were polite and courteous. My visit was thorough and they insured I was informed about my dental health.

I had an appointment for a simple teeth cleaning. As part of their routine practice, the hygienist took my blood pressure. It was high. We did the teeth cleaning and did 2 more blood pressure checks. The numbers were still high. So for a few days after, I got my blood pressure checked but it wasn’t coming down. The doctor did tests and we discovered I had very high cholesterol to go along with the high blood pressure. My doctor said I’m at a cardiac arrest risk. So I’m on medicine now and made a nutrition/exercise and lifestyle change. If it hadn’t been for concept’s diligence, I wouldn’t have known there was something wrong. Thanks to the dedicated staff who really went the extra mile to make sure I am healthy.

Everybody there is so nice. Positive atmosphere makes the experience not so painful. As soon as you enter the building the stairs and all through out the dentist office is very clean.

I had two fillings put in here. I experienced massive pain afterwards and it was not alleviated for months. I had the dentist (not the owner Dentist) check it and he was pretty casual about it all which I didn’t appreciate in any way. I’m not interested in how cool you are, I’m interested in excellent pain-free dental treatment. I have never had this pain from a filling before, and only went to Concept because my previous and awesome dentist retired without much notice. Disappointed in this office to say the least. I had hoped to have the main dentist there because I heard good things, but unfortunately he was not available I assume, so I was booked in with the other guy. Front staff, especially an older lady were super nice.

My daughter (7) had to get 2 teeth pulled. What a great experience! The hygienist and Dr. Appalraju were so great with her, they made my little girl feel comfortable and safe. Im very, VERY happy and will be staying with Concept Dental for a long time.
Even my daughter mentioned how kind the hygienist was. The front staff were also very welcoming.

Great work from Dr. Appelraju, had two fillings done today, one of which another dentist told me could not be filled and would have to be pulled, so I’m pretty happy that he was able to fill it.
