I recently visited Concept Dentistry and I must say that I had an amazing experience. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted by the friendly and courteous staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable.

Dr. Park himself is an outstanding dentist. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and skillful in his work. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure that I understood my treatment. He was also very gentle and considerate during my procedure by checking up on me regulary to ensure I was not in main which was a great relief to me.

Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Park to anyone in need of dental care. He truly provided exceptional service and care, and I will definitely be a returning customer.

I would not go to any other dentist. Archie and his entire staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable and very professional. I trust their advice for my dental needs and the work that they do is exceptional. I would highly recommend Concept Dentistry to anyone who is in need of excellent dental care.

Walking through the door the front staff was friendly and smiling at all customers coming through the door. They have good health and general hygiene with hand sanitizer at the entrance in and out of the office.

Appointments were punctual knowing how valuable customers time is.

I was brought in to the dental chair and the dental assistant reviewed my overall x-rays. The dental assistant competed a 360 X-ray scan and had pictures for my annual check up. She was very pleasant to talk to while Dr. Park was finishing up with another patient.

I was seeing Dr. Park and he is very professional and personable. He took the time to get to know me and reviewed any changes from my last visit. I didn’t feel rushed and he is very detailed reviewing X-rays with me. He provided options and explained risks with further gum recession if not managed properly. In the end he referred me to a perio dentist due to excessive gum loss and recommended daily teeth care to help manage further recession.

Would highly recommend Concept Dentistry to any new patient.

I had an excellent first-time visit at Concept Dentistry. Parking was easy to find with stalls on the east side of the building dedicated to Concept Dentistry patients.

The staff was welcoming, and I got in right on time. Dr. Park was super knowledgeable, friendly, and skillful. He explained to me the steps to my procedures and checked up on me many times during the process to make sure I was doing alright, which alleviated my nervousness.

I can tell he was super busy that day, but he dedicated all the time that is needed to finish my procedure and answer all my questions and concerns.

I had a great experience here and recommend anyone to give Concept Dentistry a try. - A happy customer.

These guys messed up my whole mouth!
They made my teeth not fit together in a way which has resulted in Jaw problems, bite problems, headaches, and has changed the whole shape of my face.

Their terrible work has damaged my life, and left me in Agony.
DO NOT let these “Dentists” get anywhere near your mouth, if you have any respect for yourself.

Like others here I received multiple phone calls from them saying they had “checked my insurance and found I had coverage for more work”.

I feel like they left work purposely unfinished in my mouth because I had coverage for several more appointments, and it was not about my dental health, but their ability to exploit my insurance for maximum possible appointments

I feel like their business model is all about maximizing billing to insurance companies, by creating as much work as your insurance will cover.

I no longer have the benefits I had, now all I have is agony and sleepless nights, and I cannot afford to fix the Damage done by Concept Dentistry…

This predatory behaviour has left me with severe pain. My dealings with this dental clinic were nothing short of traumatic.

Gives great tips on maintaining great dental hygiene. I would recommend this office to everyone!

I couldn't ask for a better experience at a dentist then this office, super great staff and everytime I've gotten tooth work down I have no pain or discomfort, they are the real deal I'll never go to a different dentist again

Highly recommend! I have been going to Archie (Dr. Tang) for about 15 years and I have nothing but great things to say here. Always has been a pleasant experience and have found all the hygenists to be top notch and super friendly and knowledgeable. I have now transferred my son over here and he loves it!

As usual, an appointment with Concept is a pleasure and that is quite a statement considering the visit is dental. Professional, friendly, non-intrusive and no "pushing" for extras. Dr. Park's suggestions are well founded and he leaves it to the patient to decide on pursuing any options. Then we have SELINA, a hygienist who is not only truly capable, but is gentle almost beyond that required. On top of that she has gorgeous eyes! (All I could see because of her mask!
Front Desk staff are super friendly and accommodating to the nth degree.
Rest assured, I will be back regularly to keep my appointments.

My last appointment was before Covid. I was both embarrassed and anxious for my appointment. Amanda and Dr. Tang put me at ease and explained everything that needed to be done. They offered alternatives for my next appointment. They truly do deserve 5 stars.

Awesome. This is a highly professional office, the latest technology and the friendliness, kindest and caring staff you could ever wish for.

Another painless and stress-free procedure with Dr. Tang. He shared details easily and offered options for further treatment, where necessary. He’s also given honest feedback if he doesn’t believe work is required.

Amazing staff! Very kind! Incredible dental work. My 4 year old loves going to the dentist. The whole experiment from start to finish is comfortable, inviting and professional!

If you're local and you need a dentist, check out Dr. Tang. He's totally not scary, and coming from me that means a lot.update, many years later: I'm moving out of the neighborhood. I'm still going to see Concept Dentistry for my dental health. Everyone is great.

Wow once again Archie and staff were fantastic and fast. Had gone in for xrays and had a few cavities. Asked when I could get in was told a spot was available next day 8am so went in and had cross freezing? Not great feeling but needed to be done. All cavities fixed in 47 minutes and every step was explained and I was constantly asked how I was feeling and doing. It was a great comfort from the staff. Thank you Concept Dentisty.

I don't review many places but concept for sure requires a 5 star rating. You guys are fantastic and help your patients as much as possible. My 3 year old asks to go to to the dentist and even points your building out when we drive by after only 1 visit. I would highly highly recommend concept to any and every body of all ages!

Another visit and it was made very comfortable for me. All of the staff are extremely warm, helpful and put you at ease. My hygienist today was excellent and considerate of my comfort level and anxiety of dental visits. Can't recommend this dental practice enough.

I have received nothing but excellent service from Dr. Tang and his team for the past 13 years. My kids and I all enjoy our visits. The office staff are wonderful with accommodating appointments around our schedules and making sure that all necessary paperwork is submitted accurately and effortlessly without any assistance from my end.

Been coming here ever since I was a little kid. They have the most amazing staff available and will take care of you. I wouldn’t go to any other dental office.

Dr Park provided a clear explanation of diagnostics. He shared options and expectations of next steps. He was proficient and thoughtful during the procedure.

The entire experience from your booking, covid protocols, arrival, treatment, payment and re-booking is all top-notch. Everyone is very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. This place is a 10/10 every time I come. They are practical about fitting treatments with my insurance plans and offer great advice and service based on what they're seeing on any given checkup.

I was first impressed on how they could fit me in on a late notice, having to go to work for a few months.
The receptionist followed up by giving me reminders and covid info so my appointment would go faster.
My dentist who took care of me was Dr Park. He is very professional, explained what he was about to fix and has a very steady hand. I found my new dentist!

Both of my sons come in to see Dr Tang and our experiences are always amazing. The allow "happy visits" for my youngest to get him used to dentists, and especially with covid, it's really great as he doesn't get the in person experience often with others. He always has a smile on his face and is very accommodating and wonderful to work with.

His hygienists are top notch! Today they saw Trina and what a kind, caring woman. She did whatever she could to make both of them feel at ease, another one who always has a smile on her face! I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic for people wanting a new dentist, especially with kids who may be shy or nervous!

Went in for a second opinion and after discussing my issues and giving me all my options Dr. Tang helped me reach an informed decision. Not only did I get the procedure I wanted and at a great price. I felt very welcomed and respected. I am not a great patient when it comes to dental work but was very happy at how I was treated by EVERYONE at Concept Dental.

Lovely team at Concept. Everyone is always friendly and helpful during my visits or when calling in. I like their that they have appointments available later in the day so I can go after work versus having to miss work to go.
