Congdon's Aids To Daily Living Ltd

Ordered a NEW pole and equipment for my mothers bedside for mobility. We discovered that they poorly installed a USED pole with only 2 screws to the ceiling. Handle for access is used and stained, shredded screw holes and chipped paint on equipment. Very upsetting when we paid for a NEW product at inflated pricing.

Tried multiple attempts to speak to a rep for Aids to Daily Living products for my mothers assisted living AADL products. Asked for a reassessment of her orders… very difficult to get a rep or any information for a solution.

I will be cancelling any remaining business with them.

Sign says closed at 5pm or 1700hrs
I got there 450pm
1650hrs and the door was closed.
What gives?

Was not told that the item purchased was final sale. Some training should be done for customer service. Staff is rude.

First time at Congdon’s, I have been shopping at another store for my mom’s supplies but this store was referred to me by my mom’s home care nurse. As soon as I entered I was greeted warmly and helped by Katherine at the front desk and she was amazing! She explained in detail what I didn’t understand about the billing and everything about the product I was interested in. She made my shopping experience less stressful and very pleasant. She even provided me with samples that she thought would be more cost effective, such great customer service! Thank you Katherine, I will be back!

This is the most incredible store. The staff are amazing. All willing to help. Their assortment of aids is better than most. I needed a minor repair on the walker I leased. Done in minutes. Thank-you Danielle! And Shelly etc

Exceptional customer service. Will give more stars, if possible. Front staff always greets you with a smile once you come in. Jeff always goes above and beyond. I wish I have known this place sooner.
