I would put zero stars if I could. This clinic is a proper joke.with Dr Farag being the biggest joke there.my first appointment, meet and greet, was fine… my second appointment she didn’t give me 5 min and finished the appointment, my 3rd appointment was at 9 am and I didn’t get out of there until after noon. At that time she was supposed to send a allergy prescription to my pharmacy, well here I am 3 days later, and my pharmacy still has no prescription. I called the clinic and after being on hold for nearly half an hour. Dr Farag’s helper answered and told me it’s not even on my file? “She’ll look into it” she said. No I’ll get back to u and let u know, nothin. Very rude and disrespectful to a patient. My feelin is Dr Farag is only in it for the pay check and really doesn’t care about patients. I won’t be going there ever again to be treated this way.

So unimpressed with my recent appointments with Dr. Farag. I've had to ask on MULTIPLE occasions for a simple prescription refill, for a prescription I've been on for years. Having to make a phone appointment for something so basic when my health is unchanged and I have no concerns is the reason why it's a 4-6 week waiting period to get an appointment. My advice to this clinic and Dr. Farag is to do what makes sense. Stop trying to make phone appointments just so you can bill the government twice. My advice to prospective patients is to find a different clinic and Dr.

Today it took 6 phone calls to get a doctor's note for urgent followup pain care for my 93yo mom. Called at 930. Said we'd be at physio for assessment at 1115.

They said they'd fax note immediately. I called back at 1035. Receptionist again said she'd do it right now. Called back at 1 and 1: 30 to ask again. They finally sent the fax when the physiotherapist called on our behalf. Came through at 230.

This practice is out of control.

Dr. Fairfield is wonderful. Both my son and I go to her and we are always happy with the results. Staff has always been really nice.

When they first opened here they used to be great but went down hill. I was unable to get appointments in reasonable time: my main DR kept switching (3 times) which then required me to make a "meet&greet" each time. I was told they couldn't get me in for 2 months, then they rescheduled it for 4 months later. At the time they were still accepting new patients when they couldn't take are of their current ones which was disappointing. However their pharmacists are very nice and helpful

Couldn't find a walk in available so I called to make an appt.with my doctor. The receptionist was clearly having a bad day and told me my family doctor was gone for "Like.a really long time". I had my first checkup in 2020 and a phone consultation in 2021. Maybe I didn't want to pointlessly see a doctor with a global pandemic happening. And.that was that, After an empty apology I was wished a good day and she hung up. So I guess I'll get a new doctor elsewhere. *UPDATE: I found a new doctor and the experience has been a million times better.

Dr Jabbarri is quite thorough and has taken care of me very very very well!

I’ve always had exceptional service at this facility through all staff, even the radiology for an Ultrasound.

Called three times to talk with with my doctor and they couldn't even call me back. I found a new doctor and they are now asking for $35 to transfer my fill.just crazy they cant do there job and now I have to pay to have my fill move to a doctor that can do his job.

The doctors are amazing here! Especially Dr. RAI. I know the wait times are long these days and front staff constantly have to deal with patients getting upset with them, so they definitely work in a stressful environment. They have been very nice every time I have had to talk to them. We were also explained why the wait times are really long due to many doctors retiring over Covid and also leaving the province, so current doctors have to pick up what was left for them. Our medical system is under a lot of stress but we need to address that with our government and not the doctors themselves who are doing their best!

Been seeing this Dr H (HrucKowski) for years. Very through and listens to my concerns. I have never felt rushed. Ladies up front have been awesome to deal with and very professional.
Highly recommend this clinic.

The Alberta health care system might be a liile off the rails but this clinic has always been on top of referrals and tests and follow up when i needed it the most.
They have taken good care of my Husband and myself.

My physician moved to this clinic awhile ago. Unfortunately, since then patient care has gone downhill. The front desk is rude. They refused to let me speak to the manager. I'm thinking they don't have one. You spend an awful amount of time trying to get through, if your pharmacy did not get your prescription they really should be empathetic and try to rectify the situation instead of having you making several phone calls back and forth to between them and the pharmacy because something on their end isn't working! I'll be letting my physician know. And I'll be looking for another one.
