I've only been seeing Dr. Tim for a few short weeks, and have so many tremendous things to say about him and his team already. Firstly, my own examination and treatments have been wonderful and thorough. It's clear how much emphasis is put on whole body health, and making clients feel comfortable, heard and welcome. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and family friendly, and they've been incredibly accomodating & understanding to the ever-changing schedule of a busy mom.

Secondly, over the holidays I reached out to Dr. Tim for advice for my daughter who'd fallen off our coffee table and was in considerable discomfort. It was such a relief that he remained reachable (even though they were closed), and he was able to coordinate with a colleague from another clinic (who agreed to open their doors just for us - on New Years Eve!) so that my daughter wouldn't have to wait for treatment. His referral was spot-on, we had an exceptional experience with his colleague, and I cannot thank Dr. Tim enough for being an enthusiatic go-between for us while he was on holidays. It's very evident that clients' come first, and that their priority is you being looked after - even if it's not them looking after you. I have been using Chiropractic services for over 20 years. My visit to Dr. Madelyn Plett at Connected Chiropractic was a pleasure. The assessment stage of her program was thorough and she makes the information (X-rays etc) easy to understand. Her adjustments are a perfect combination of manual and gentle movement. The staff is efficient and well trained and, although I found the open office concept odd at first, it was a much more communal and inclusive experience compared to the traditions chiropractic office. I was referred by one of my best friends to Dr. M. Plett and she has been wonderful. She was working with my 14month old daughter and she was so patient and sweet! Her consults are thorough and detailed, so I also decided to get treatment from her after I seen the care that she provided. I struggle to find the words to describe how this place makes me feel. It’s just pure happiness, relaxation, safety. Connected chiropractic is a safe space to be vulnerable, there’s no judgment here. Such an amazing assessment and experience at Connected Chiro. The office is so welcoming, calming and friendly. The process from start to finish made me feel well taken care of with great communication along the way. Staring with a spinal care class to X-rays to scans and my initial treatment I feel well taken care of. Especially the drinks and snacks while you wait!
They direct bill and use Jane so the text reminders and emails are great to keep my appointments on track.

It is hard to detail the amount of positive energy flowing around this place. I have never met such caring professionals when it comes to the human anatomy as Dr. Tim and Dr. Madelyn. I have been going to Connected Chiropractic since they opened a year ago. I love how friendly the front staff are. I’m quite active which causes kinks now and then so I’ve been going to see Dr Tim twice a month and he’s always able to get me aligned again and feeling good. Highly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Madelyn for my prenatal chiropractic care, she has helped so much to reduce a lot of the pains I experience during pregnancy and in getting my body in proper alignment for birth. I have been going to Dr. Tim and Dr. Madelyn for almost two months! First, I wanted to try something different as I was having problems with my back. So I decided to visit Dr. Tim to see how the experience would be. He answered all my questions. He was very attentive. He is friendly, has so much energy, consistent, and is very kind! As I hadn't been to a chiropractor before, I was afraid, but now I can say it's been a good experience trying to get back my back.

I was injured a month ago and suffering with severe sciatic pain. A friend suggested Dr. Madelyn Plett when I asked about recommendations for a chiropractor. I also have had a recent diagnosis of osteoporosis so I had some additional concerns about being adjusted. I have been very impressed with Dr. Plett's professional manner, knowledge and her compassionate care. I was thoroughly assessed and informed so I could make decisions about the care I wanted to recieve for a compressed lumbar disc and S-I issues. The atmosphere in the clinic is upbeat, very positive and all staff have been helpful and welcoming. I would highly recommend Dr. Plett and I am continuing with treatments while I am moving much more like myself again!

I truly cannot share enough about how amazing Connected Chiropractic and Dr. Madelyn are!

I was advised by multiple doctors and physio therapists that I should avoid Chiropractors. I can tell you now, they were so wrong! The things they were unable to fix and diagnose, Dr. Madelyn diagnosed and corrected within a few weeks. I had severe low back pain for years that no matter who I saw, they couldn’t fix. Dr. Madelyn had my pain almost completely gone in a week.she might be a magician honestly.

Dr. Madelyn focuses on the root of the problem and looks at things with a natural open perspective which I love! I originally booked in the see Dr. Madelyn for some prenatal chiropractic needs (lower back, hips, pelvic etc) and during my assessment she ensured that everything was reviewed over and above what I thought I needed. I was surprised to know that chiropractic could help with headaches, which I thought were always weather related. I’m happy to say I have been headache free for the past few weeks and can definitely thank Dr. Madelyn for that!

As for my prenatal care, my hips, back and overall movement has improved greatly since my first visit. Dr. Madelyn is thorough and kind, and puts my mind at ease while my body changes to grow a little human.

I can not say enough good things about Madelyn. As a person and as a Doctor. She is so gentle with you, and understanding if you are nervous. I had always been apprehensive about being adjusted because of past experiences it looked painful and scary. I was having issues with my knee and seen a different practice with no luck, then I was introduced to Madelyn who seen that it was actually my hips that were in need of adjusting and causing my knee pain! I had immediate relief after my first adjustment. She is so passionate about helping people it shows in her practice, I can not wait for my next adjustment.

I started taking my autistic 8 year old with toe walking issues and digestion issues in April.
After 2 months I started to see a big change in my sons posture, he was able to stand and walk on flat feet for the first time!

I thought I would never really feel pain free again and then I met Dr. Plett. I feel so much better and am looking forward to feeling well again. Dr. Plett is very gentle and kind. I have seen many chiropractors and can absolutely say she is the best. Dr. Plett is my miracle angel.

I have been suffering from back pain for as long as I can remember. I have sought out many opinions and continuously heard that nothing was wrong.
When I met Dr. Tim, he did an analysis and then sent me for an x-ray. He reviewed my x-ray with me and showed me though the majority of my spine looked fine, I had Infact fractured a vertebrae at some point. He found the starting point of my pain and was able to treat from there. My pain began to subside within the first couple of weeks. Dr. Tim also recommend vitamins to help with muscle pain. I was thoroughly impressed with his dilegence and attention to detail. I highly recommend Dr. Tim.

Dr. Tim provides very thorough assessments, and treatment recommendations. My husband and adult children, along with myself have received various forms of treatment from Dr. Tim and we've all been impressed by his care and attention to detail along with our needs and concerns. I have no hesitations recommending Dr. Tim to my family, friends, and clients. I'm always amazed by the wealth of information Dr. Tim is able to provide to assist with my own, and my family's wellness.

A few months ago, I hurt my back by simply picking up a kid. I am young and healthy and had never had an injury like this ever before. I called Dr. Madelyn right away and she was able to see me that same day. Her chiropractic skills were excellent - she was knowledgeable and more than competent in performing the initial assessment and the resulting treatment. However, I think her people skills are what truly set her apart. She was so calm, reassuring, and kind. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but especially to those who get a little anxious going to see the chiropractor! Since my initial injury I feel 100% better, but will continue to see Dr. Madelyn regularly for chiropractic care.
