It’s 7: 15 pm, weather is -22 with a windchill of -30 and your crew is out here working hard to bring us our delivery!
Without the supplies the drywall workers would have been at a standstill. I’m beyond grateful not only for you and your hard work organizing the order and delivery, but for these two gentlemen to deliver in such brutal weather conditions and after normal work hours!

Still haven’t heard back from my last post? They replied saying someone would get back to me

So we bought drywall from here, and when the guys dropped it off into the basement, they damaged the drywall and put holes into the plastic for the wall.
They even said a couple were damaged and will let Tim the manager know and have delivered the new ones.
Well when we went down to look at them they were mostly all damaged.
We spoke to Tim and he offered to only replace 5 sheets and a few buckets of mud, some tape, and the delivery pay back to us.
Very disappointed that Tim didn’t offer to do more. It’s the principle, specially when there’s an additional basement delivery fee of $340 for them to do it. Paying a premium for damaged goods, no thanks. Save your money look somewhere else.
Edit* just started Drywall today and this one was the 6th one in the pile. All cracked down the middle. (Picture 5)
Funny how even the ones that came and dropped off the replacements, even said the guys that dropped all this damaged drywall have had complaints before.
