It took 3 calls and 2 unreturned voicemails to get the estimate done and start the process of the repair.
Once in contact however they were very friendly and patient. Made my rental car experience easy enough to deal with by arranging for pickup.
On the repair side the paint matching was done well. Interior detailing was fine. Most of the repair looks great, however the panel gap difference between sides makes my car look like a Tesla. The repaired side was also unfortunately scratched at some point during the process.
Overall they are a busy shop and I'm sure that's where these issues came frome.

Great experience. They fixed up my Tesla and did a wonderful job. Fast, efficient and the work was done properly. Highly recommend!

I drove my truck there for estimate, but was told need an appointment. That's really not a good service for customer who doesn't live nearby. So they won't get my business.

This place is full of efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable people. I have come here twice for service under an insurance claim and both times staff did their best to make the process as stress free as possible. Thank you!

The owner he yell at my wife, the man is very rude and didn’t fix our car properly and then left it broken. I deal with one insurance claim for 9 months because these guys working at this shop are not human. Save your life and your car. Too much stress STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

They damaged my car so much during repair. It was destroyed by them everywhere. No respect for my car or it’s beautiful black paint at all. Extremely rude and arrogant management. They don’t honour warranty or work and treat car like garbage can.

I am always really pleased with my repaire there, my car always look like newwhen it come back from there. I have try other, and more reputated place, and I fought a whole year to get my car fix 3 differents time because they thought they could screw me over. I even brought my car to contemporary to get it looked at again and they told me exactly what had to be done and that if they would have to redo it it would cost the same price as doing it the first time even more. They never lied to me, and its not because I am a girl that they think that I am completly unaware of what's going on with car. I would recomend them to anyone they know what they are doing and what they are talking about, they might not be a big chain, but it will always be done right.

DON’T GO HERE! These guys really like to screw the customer over and treat them like nobody after they get money. They won’t honour the warranty. They really damaged my car and put me through hell. I could list 20 things of hell they put me through to fix $12 k of damage. Wasted so much hours and stress dealing with these jokes. The managers and owners could not even run an ice cream truck, they would not offer any customer service and rip off all customers for a quick buck. Very unethical business here, don’t even trust them with your $1000 winter beater. Stay away!

My car was hit while parked and the front bumper had a number done to it. This was the shop that was my insurer's preferred location, so I went with it.

The staff were amazing. Mark was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful! I really appreciated his service. The front desk folks were lovely too (like making sure to get the tag from keys before giving them to me), just the small gestures were appreciated. The work quality looks great and I am so glad to be back on the road.
