Cool Vape

Recently started going here due to their massive selection of juice and being the only store to have a Fetch Pro in stock, 2 days after purchasing it, I tried to switch to the RGC pod but noticed it didn’t click in and after googling the problem I saw that it was usually just an issue with the coil. I came back to the store and after showing them proof of the issue, they replaced the coil free of charge, filled the tank with my same juice and even gave me an extra bottle of juice for the inconvenience. Great service, very knowledgeable, helpful and good prices.

I just started shopping here and I really like the people. Whoever is there at noon on a Wednesday is killing it. The prices are great and they have a ton of flavours. Give your cashier and your.sauce barista (?) a raise, they're why I'm coming back.

Juicetender?

The staff seemed very nice. The prices were excellent. Unfortunately I give it three stars because the juice (salt nic) taste like there's no flavor at all. Or very Very little.
You can get add-ons though. Like extra flavor or sweetener or anything else that likes to kill your coils. LoL. So I think I might try them again and hopefully I will be able to edit my rating.

I found that store to preety great. I bought their monthly special and yet to try it but the service is amazing.

Wonderful staff, super helpful and informative. They also have in my opinion the best selection of quality juice that I have ever seen. Don't bother going anywhere else, cool vape is your new one stop shop!

Great place, as always. Been going there for years. They are extremely knowledgeable and can get the newbie Vaper off to a great start. Excellent selection of flavours and mods/tanks with very competitive pricing. 10/10 would go again and already have many times.

I bought my usual flavor in a 70ml and took the young lady's advice on a 30ml of something new just too switch it up abit, when she brought out the juice, she had an extra 30ml of a different flavor just incase I didnt like the one I purchased! Free of charge! Awesome customer service I highly reccomend this store too anyone!

Good place to get basic hardware and juice at very good prices. Clean & well organized. Hours and location are good. Customer service has always been good. Give Katie a raise because she is the absolute best. I shop here once per month and she remembers me and my preferences, and I have no idea how she does this.

Super clean interior, friendly and helpful staff! Was having issues with my coils and they directed me to a better product and means of use.

Prices can't be beat. Based on so many reviews I think most people use the non salt nic pods, I've made 4 purchases for ejuice here but every single kind has been a let down for flavor. I would not recommend this place for salt nic ejuice, but hardware and prices are the best to go here.

Cool Vape has a few locations in Calgary their prices are great and their staff is very knowledgeable on all their products check it out you won't be disappointed

Great staff, especially Katie! So helpful friendly and knowledgeable. Also great prices. However, this is maybe the third or fourth time the 70 mil bottle has completely exploded on me. The cap comes right off while filling. All over me, my computer and my friends white couch this time. Whoever owns this place needs to figure it out or I'm not going there anymore. Figure it out it's just a bottle!

Very impressed with my experience. Prices are better than almost every vape store in town (for what I was getting anyway) and the young woman on the till was supremely friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Will definitely be back.

One of the best vape stores in Calgary. The best prices period. Nice grinders for around 10 dollars. 50 ml of 55 salt nic juice for 20 bucks. 10ml bottle of salt nic for 6 bucks to try flavours out. Very cheap devices (Smok nord resin - $30) good selection of flavours. My girlfriend loves the cool mint juice!

Super knowledgeable. The staff member I spoke with was able to help me with my issue over the phone. Will definitely purchase from here again.

EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service here. The last three times coming here if left upset and infuriated. Cheap products, non stop problems, and terrible customer service. I kept trying to go back hoping it would get better and I’m so done. I’ve been straight up lied to (went in with a problem.they said they noticed there was an issue, but that they did a full clean and if my problem happened again to bring it back and they would replace it or would let me upgrade.two days later the same problem came back so I brought it back again and they refused to replace it.while it was still under warranty) and am fed up with this store.

Avoid this store at all costs! Unless you feel like litteraly throwing your money away.

Huge selection of juices. The prices are very affordable as well. The staff are friendly enough as well and seem very knowledgeable. I had only been ID'd the 3rd out of 4 visits.

I went there for the first time today to buy the "guava lemonade"—sensational flavour by the way! Nice & friendly staff.thanks to the lady there today that suggested a correction in the base I wanted. I had always been using max VG not knowing it was wrong, and she advised to get 50/50.will come back here for my next purchase for sure!

Their hardware prices are really good and maybe the cheapest in town but their e-juices are a hit or miss, they don't have 70/30 VG/PG and the caramel gelato i bought from them has a strong chemica taste to it.

Great place to buy hardware. Cheapest in the city. The juice is cheap, but the flavors are a little weak. I go elsewhere for juice. They only carry there house brand

Garbage return policy! Ordered a geek Vape mod (blue in colour at least according to their website) and when receive the product it was a different colour completely and off the website. Wanted to exchange it for another colour and would not do it because the box was open. They try to play off that because there a small business they couldn’t afford to do exchanges of open product. I have to say I’ve dealt with many many much smaller businesses who is return policy is far superior than a store with over six locations in the city… Will not be doing business or recommending anyone purchasing any Vape products here again.
