Coral Springs Medical Clinic

I called the clinic yesterday luckily they picked the call. Asked for family doctors appointment that was long so asked for walkin the receptionist said you can come tomorrow between 10 to 1. Today i went there and they refused to take me as walkin said we only take our patients as walk in. Not only they refused on top of that the receptionist attitude on other level. I am in pain and she is giving me attitude for what? Now I am going to other clinic if something happens to me I will blame this clinic. I dont know who is running this place. Looks like some fast food restaurant servers hired as receptionists who dont even know how to talk with a patient. Worst clinic ever.

Dr habib is the best doctor in this clinic he is the only reason i still come here but the receptionist…. Is a whole other story there is one girl working here she obviously new because i been coming to this clinic for 2 years now & she had the audacity to be rude to me the first time i met her & i ignored her & now this is my second time coming to this clinic with this disrespectful dirty hating thing having the audacity to be rude & give me attuide again! She screamed at me like actual raised her voice at me she is clearly just jealous & hating on me because im young im beautiful she has never met me nor talked to me ever in her life to be this rude to me & when i confronted her she said “yes i was rude to you the first time i seen you” this disgusting thing needs to be fired & never work in health care again point blank period she needs to go back to school & learn how to deal with clients learn how to deal wit people who are sick we dont come to the doctors for problems & conflict wit the receptionist we come to see the doctor for our problems not to be disrespected… i said girl you hated on me since the day you seen me i dont know you im never rude to you clearly you have some type of envy towards me ur jealous of me & she said “ ahaha how could i be jealous of you look at you” please tell me who in the right mind would talk to a client like that where are your costumer service skills? I never make reviews i never even adress random people when they’re disrespectful to me because it not worth my time but this is now second time she wanted to disrespect me for ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! She is so nice & respectful to other clients that come into the clinic except me i think the problem is that i am fair skinned i am a italian women my skin is fair or “white” so i think it definitely has to do with my skin colour & my race SHE NEEDS TO BE FIREDDD!

I've been going to the clinic for years now, and my experience has overall been a good one. Sometimes the place is a little busy, but my experience as a patient of Dr. Brar has been wonderful.

Dr. Habeeb needs to learn how to talk to his clients with some respect. If a client has a hearing impairment and asks him to repeat what he had stated, Dr. Habeeb replies by yelling at the client and saying things like I don’t got time for your questions your wasting my time. In what world does a health professional not have time to address his patient with at-least some decency when it comes to there health?

Visited today as a walk-in having great experience with Dr. Habib. He listened every single problem very carefully and prescribed accordingly. Really appreciated. Thank you

Dr. Habib said he would take my family members information but he’s too tired to do it and did not provide a legitimate solution to her serious concerns. I was shocked to hear a physician say that to a patient. People don’t come to the clinic for fun, they have real concerns and I think it’s important that each patient is treated with compassion and helped to the best of the doctors ability.

After 30 minutes on hold they will put you on hold again just to tell you its 2 weeks to book an appointment.

This clinic is a shame for Canadian quality. Front desk has no respect for patients nor any smile. They are very unprofessional. Doctors are like many majority doctors in clinics here in Calgary as patients are like numbers. Next please kind of attitude. No quality time or care from these business minded medical clinic. Not worth your time. Never recommend.

Doctor Habib is very profesional. I felt he listened me. He takes the time to listen my concerns

These girls/women’s upfront is useless to be working their they have no respect towards customers why would anyone in this world hire those type of staff who have no knowledge and no respect also when calling they don’t even answer the phone even though I tried over 5 times in a row this must be solved and they should hire some new respectful staff to work there and fire their old staff as they are just useless and disrespectful you can’t even speak to them properly as they act like they don’t give a Dam about your situation

The doctors are unprofessional and the staff as well they will be 5 women sitting at reception and they can’t still even do there job right or answer the phone and being in Canada you don’t see them hiring multicultural people either all the doctors and staff are of the same race racism at its best. Go else where people

Dr Amer Habib is mentally unstable I don’t know how he is a doctor when he needs help with his own mental health.

Terrible clinic, they make no room for walk-in even if it’s slow. Do better. Definitely changing clinics

Very bad and unprofessional management. They delayed urgent referral of my son for two weeks which resulted in severe adverse medical situation and he ended up spending one month in hospital due to his medical condition, his condition could have been much better if they could have done their job responsibly.
