Core Health Centre

The medical services in the city provided a disappointing experience today. Despite confirming my appointment for tomorrow, when I mentioned needing a refill for my Gout medication, they advised me to go to the hospital and canceled my appointment. It's frustrating when a clinic seems unwilling to provide the necessary help, especially for urgent medical needs. It makes me question the purpose of such clinics if they're not ready to assist?

Dr. Good is excellent at his profession. I've come to realize that if I simply follow his instructions and do the homework he gives me my quality of life is greatly improved. Living with pain is not a joyful experience. I feel like my body reverse ages a few months with every visit.

Dr. Shannon is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. She changed my opinion on ND. I feel very confident on her treatment plan and wish I had seen her sooner!

In January 2023, I started visiting Core Health for chiropractic services. I have been extremely pleased with the treatment and quality of care provided by Dr. Mike Good. He is very comprehensive in his approach, extremely knowledgeable, and current in his treatments and recommendations. I have seen excellent results in my level of comfort and range of motion.

In early February 2023, I received my first massage from Kim Hansen. She was very inquisitive to my current level of health and any issues. Kim's approach to treatment is very exhaustive, and the massage was very relaxing while providing deep treatment. I would say it is the best massage I have ever experienced.

I’ve been seeing Mike Steward for years whenever my back issue flares. He has helped me many times and Ive been able to live pain free for many years at a time before I need help again. Never pressure to come regularly, rather Mike tells me see how it does and book again if you need it. Highly recommend Mike Stewart and Core Health

I have been seeing Dr. Mike Good for Chiropractic care for a decade now. I never was a fan of Chiro in the past and husband referred me to him. He completely changed my view with his treatments that work, professionalism and follow with therapeutic or strength exercises. I have referred a lot of other downtown desk workers and athletes to him as well!

I have also experienced Kim who is an exceptional massage therapist! She is very good at her career, cares a lot and can adjust her technique based on what she sees the body needing.

I would recommend there services to anyone!

I loved my first visit and experience with a Naturopath. Shannon was great, she wanted to get as much information as she could and really cares to figure out a solution that is natural, effective and affordable as well. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Shannon is the best naturopath ever! As a chiropractor myself, I am always referring patients to her. I trust her advice, and know that she always has the best interest of her patients at heart. Her passion for research keeps her up to date and informed on latest trends and treatments. Dr. Mike Good is great! He's direct, clear and realistic with the exercises/program he provides. He does a great job of helping you to better establish a mind body connection to determine the locality of your pain, helping you be more aware/mindful of it in the future.

Absolutely loved Dr. Ferguson at Core Health! She took the time to really deep dive into what my needs were and to set up a comprehensive health plan.

Dr MGood… always does an excellent job. Focus is keeping his patient (me) mobile and active and is always my first stop for physical/bio mechanical issues. Significantly helped me back from a couple major injuries.

Dr. Shannon Ferguson - Naturopath, is an amazing doctor. She is helping me with my gut issues and other issues connected to it. She understands me well and my needs. She has so many alternative methods which are cheaper as well as pricey, quicker results or slow - so she suggests you all the alternatives and you can decide whichever you are comfortable, which is very rare to see in doctors these days. I read a lot of reviews regarding naturopaths who suggests you number of tests, etc, but I am happy Dr. Ferguson is different.

This is a top-notch clinic. I go to Doctor Rob Taylor every two weeks for chiropractic treatment and fell a whole lot better as a result. I highly recommend him.

My track record of attendance speaks volumes, and even though I don't frequent the downtown for work any longer, it is well worth the visit to be adjusted by Dr. Stewart, always leaving much better than arriving.

Dr Good was amazing. I just experienced a skiing accident and he was able to help me in my current state. He was extremely patient, caring and was very gentle during the treatment. He also gave me some exercises I could use during rehab. I am back again on Wed!

Dr. Mike Stewart is a great Chiropractor. Hes easy to speak to, he works hard to try and right problems to the best of his ability. His staff is always accommodating and friendly and he has really eased off my own personal situation somewhat and that's a Progressive doctor.

Very friendly and helpful front desk support staff. The ladies are very kind and go above and beyond! I've seen Nikki a few times now for massage and she is excellent! She really listens to your needs and makes a treatment plan designed around what is best for you and your body. She's works very hard to ensure you're getting the best massage possible. I really have enjoyed my appointments with her and will continue to see her, even if it means traveling out of my way to do so!

I cannot say enough good things about Kim. Through a random ‘massage near me search’ I found this office and I arrived there within hours on a last minute appointment that came up. I was grumpy and sore and Kim’s energy and personality completely relaxed me and took the worst of my tension away. I left smiling, even wondering how she was able to push my bad mood into submission. I have been back several times since and will continue to do so. I am in awe at her talent and bravo to the clinic for having someone like her. A gem!
