I've used cornels world for many years and they are amazing people and the prices are fair.

Had an accident and broke the glass part of a double sided tank. Cornel’s world was so quick at getting back to me and my boyfriend that we have already been able to replace the glass and at a great price. Thank you Cornels World!

Just purchased a 4'x2'x2' enclosure from Cornel's World. Staff working there are super friendly and always responded to my questions in a timely manner. Outstanding service. Will purchase from again. Edited because I just received it and couldn’t be happier! My beardie DEFINITELY loves the upgrade from a 40 gallon tank! The quality is superb!

Bought a PVC enclosure today at the reptile expo and I love it. It was incredibly quick and easy to build. We had great customer service while buying it. I definitely plan to buy more in the future to upgrade my lizards as well.

Great customer service. They're always busy with expo's and enclosure manufacturing, but once you get in contact with a phone call or email everyone is kind and helpful. We purchased a 4'x2'x2' enclosure and all the trimmings for our ball python, including substrate, hides, bulk bark pieces that we got to pick out ourselves, and all the equipment for husbandry we needed, though we chose to install the lights and heating ourselves.

Cage was exactly what I needed and customer service was excellent! I use this case to keep the reptiles out not in.:)

I got my enclosure a few months ago and my beardie loves it. It’s a really well made cage.while it was hard with my work schedule to make time to get the cage delivered they made it work and I’m so glad I ordered. It also was done very fast. Overall great experience I would order again for sure.

Cornel’s World Incorporated is knowledgeable about the items they sell. Before purchasing a 4x2x2 terrarium for my bearded dragon they were able to answer all the questions and solve any problems I had. I have also purchased lighting. Everything has been excellent. I would avoid ordering from Cornel's World if you are making an online order. Overall, I would say you are gambling with your money due to the company's lack of responsibility for the safety of their product.

I ordered a 4x2x2 enclosure and the glass panels were completely shattered upon arrival. I reached out to Cornel's World and they were very dismissive of their responsibility for the safety of their product. They put all the blame on the shipping company that they decide to contract with and did not offer to replace the glass. They hid behind their policy that states they are not responsible for any damage caused by the shipping company. I could maybe understand that type of policy if they took time to safety package their glass but their solution for shipping was to tape two pieces of glass together and put a thin layer of styrofoam surrounding the panes.

Greg West was the one helping me out and his lack of responsibility or care for the product that they sell was pretty telling of the type of company that they are. I would say you are gambling with your money by purchasing an online order from this company because they clearly do not care about their product after they have your money. I expressed this in a long email and I received no response except for a 15$ CAD refund on paypal labeled (glass panel refund) which is laughable because I will have to spend about double that to get the glass cut and replaced. Buyers beware of Cornel's World terrible customer service, there are much better places to buy enclosures

Edit: I did receive the email below but it went to my spam, so I apologize for that. Everything else holds true. Don't waste your time gambling shipping from a company that uses so little safety for shipping their products.

Also important to mention that Greg did not willingly try to make it right by any means. His version of committed customer service was: Spelling my name incorrectly in an email and told me to have a good weekend. It was only after I called him on his shaky company policies that he refunded me in "good faith". Not sure what he is on about, just get your product from somewhere else.

We highly recommend Cornel's for all your reptile cage needs and even more. They're always super helpful, very quick at getting everything done. We recently got a couple more PVC cages and both myself and my reptiles LOVE them. Thanks to the entire team at the shop, and Greg specifically for being so helpful and patient with us!

Greg and his team are excellent! Greg answered all of my questions thoroughly and responded quickly. The custom terrarium I purchased was finished very fast and the quality is excellent. The overall service was wonderful and Greg and the people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. 5 stars, will definitely be getting another terrarium from here in the future!

Recently ordered some 4x2x16 flat pack PVC tanks. The quality is excellent and I love the way it looks! Definitely my new fav. Ordering was easy, got shipping quote right away and was building within a week or so! Looking to ordering more in the future -Greg, you are awesome in what you do!
