Had Excellent experience talking to Your people sitting here in the office, especially Alfredo, he got us the apartment super swiftly without any issues. There were some issues and Alfredo helped and got all of then fixed. Kudos Alfredo.

I have enjoyed living at Cornerstone for almost two years and with Broadstreet almost eight years. Sourabh and Alfredo are amazing, very professional, kind and courteous always with a smile, wave and a hello. The buildings are clean and quiet. The repairs are done promptly. The maintenance staff always know the answer and they clean up after themselves. I tell people Broadstreet is strict and fair, after all this job is babysitting adults. There are beautiful walking trails, a Superstore and Shoppers Drug Mart and other amenities across the street. I say rent with Broadstreet and enjoy life.

I've been living in a Broadstreet property (cunningham way SW) with a 2 bed and 2 bath apartment for over a year and it has been an amazing experience. The building is well-maintained, quiet, and safe. I appreciate the helpful and friendly office and maintenance staff. The lobby and common areas are always kept clean. The location is superb with a bus stop nearby, a grocery store next door, a library, a coffee shop, a takeaway dinner shop, a home goods store, and a beautiful park within walking distance.

I have been living in this apartment for over a year now and I must say, it was spotless when I moved in. I have no complaints whatsoever. It's a great place for pet owners too, as it is a pet-friendly building.

I would like to express my appreciation for Mr Sourabh Arora, the property manager. He is not only friendly and welcoming to me and my family but also to other residents. His knowledge about the property is exceptional and has always been helpful in making my stay stress-free. Mr Arora's dedication to providing excellent service is truly remarkable. Whenever I needed assistance, he was readily available and would go above and beyond to provide immediate help. His efforts have made me a happy resident, and I am grateful for his service.

The location is excellent as it strikes a perfect balance between being peaceful and not being too far away from essential amenities. Furthermore, getting around via public transportation is a breeze.

Great place to live in, very clean. Units are spacious and pet friendly. Hallways got brand new carpet which look beautiful. Building does deserve 4-stars but for service I will give 5 stars to manager Sourab and friendly maintenance guys. Location is really convenient too

We have been here for three years now. The management is super great. The building is in a great location, there’s a walking trail, a grocery store, and many fast foods across the street.
They recently built a community garden which is lovely.
My favourite part about living here is that everyone here likes dogs! (Staff and tent ants) There’s a small little dog pen for the dogs to play in and they provide dog baggys.

The staff members always greet my dog when they see him.
The building is always clean, inside and out.

I would like to commend Joseph from the maintenance and Sourabh they are very efficient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. This place is a good place to rent for a family its very quite and clean, its close to stores and shops, Definitely I will recommend this place to friend and families.

We are solidly into year 2 of living here at Cornerstone and definitely recommend, If you are looking for a clean, well maintained, decently priced and spacious apartment surrounded by useful businesses this is it. I've looked at many buildings around the area and you wont find any others with such spacious living rooms and master bedrooms. Maintenance is always on top of things and so friendly. Michelle, the area manager, is incredibly professional and knows how to look after her tenants and team. We have and will continue to recommend to others. Great place to call home.

Great building and location. Convenient commute to the airport. Definitely the most spacious building in the area by far. No disruptions with wifi and the buildings are always clean. Staff has always been friendly and willing to address all questions. Would recommend.
