Went for a consultation yesterday and had a great experience. Jannesa was very patient, kind and knowledgeable and helped me feel at ease from the moment I walked through the door. Dr. Singh was personable and professional and I felt like I was in great hands! Will definitely be visiting again!

Haleema is ahhhhhmaaaazing! She educated me on each of the services I was interested in and I have gone in for a few sessions now. I had some coolsculpting treatments done several years ago. Well, I quickly found out that coolsculpting does not work for everyone. The technicians said that they could not do it on me, instead, they tried this technique called "coolsmooth", which ended up costing me a lot more than regular coolsculpting. I don't really know why I couldn't get coolsculpting done, as the doctor in charge examined me and seemed to think that I was a candidate for it. The coolsmooth they did on me definitely did not make me look like the "after" models in their advertising. I still have fat deposits around my lower abdominal area. When I went back there a few years later, the technicians said that they could not help me anymore. If I do try coolsculpting again, I'm definitely not going back to that clinic. The technician who did my original treatments seemed very nervous and appeared to not know exactly what she were doing. But that clinic certainly cleaned out my bank account! What was most disturbing about the whole thing is that, for some reason, after these procedures were done, I weighed far more than before they were done, even though my appearance is that of someone who looks only slightly overweight. The sudden increase in weight horrified me and still does. I wish that I had never gone to that clinic.

I was nervous going into a clinic for the first time as I have never received a facial before. I was referred by a friend to this clinic and specifically Haleema as my friend mentioned her amazing service. After my experience I can surely say that I understood why my friend loves Haleema so much. Haleema was so kind upon our first encounter and not only informed me about the treatment but also educated me on how to maintain my skin in the best way possible that allowed me to retain all the information. Furthermore, I mentioned how nervous I was and as the facial began she assured me I would be okay and communicated what she was doing every step of the way. Overall my first facial was an amazing and rejuvenating experience and I am really appreciative of Haleema’s service. SEE HER FOR THE BEST FACIAL!

I've been going to cosmedics for a year now to get treatment for my TMJ and migraines with botox. I started a search after coming from a visit with another Doctor I was not pleased with. Based off the recommendation of someone else I was introduced to cosmedics and I'm glad I found Dr. Singh and his team.

My mom had inquired with me about getting some cosmetic work done while here for a visit. I was more than happy based on my personal experience with cosmedics to make the recommendation to see Dr. Singh and get his professional opinion on what avenue she could/should take.

They did not disappoint. Zero pressure towards any procedure. She was presented with all information needed to make informative decision.

She started the process for a soft lift with fillers and I can not wait to see what her results look like when they are at their optimal state. Based on what it looked like same day we were blown away with how well it turned out.

My mom will be returning to complete more treatment in a few months.

Not only was she taken care of for the basic wants, Dr. Singh went above and beyond for us.

Following my mom's fillers we had visited again a few days later to have microdermabrasion done. Having TMJ and my nose broken when I was younger that lead to sensitivity I was very skeptical about having my face touched but my mom insisted we go.

Yet again very pleased with our service. I will be coming back to have it done again. I apologize if I get this wrong but I believe it was Gabby who had tended to my face and she was absolutely fantastic.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here, I initially phoned inquiring about lip filler dissolving from a previous injector out of province and was interested in getting my lips freshly refilled after with cosmedic. They insisted they could not give me even an estimated quote on how much dissolving would cost and told me my only option to find out a price was to come in for a consult. I was excited that they could get me in same day so I drove 40 minutes downtown just for this, only for them to tell me they would be charging me 400$ DOLLARS just for a tiny area on my top lip to be dissolved and did not even offer for that to be credited towards any future syringe fills. Now I would have been fine with that price if it was to be credited towards a refill or if they were just able to inform me over the phone, also knowing most other places dissolve for a cheaper price, Would have been a lot easier for them to just tell me a price over the phone so I knew if I could afford that price or not or even an estimate price? , rather than wasting a 40 minute drive there and 40 mins back. I am a very loyal customer for fillers, Botox facials to whatever spa/med office I go to but after this I will be choosing to go elsewhere… none the less I just called a different place and booked a dissolving appointment and full syringe appt following where my dissolving would be accredited.

I was so desperate last year that I have a very bad allergic reaction to the mask. And my friend referred me to Cosmedics. I saw Haleema for the first time and she was very nice and knowledgeable. She took pictures of my face and then recommend what treatment and products should I used. Dr. A. Singh and all the ladies there were very nice and pleasant. From that moment up to the present to be exact it’s been a year, I booked myself monthly with Haleema. I even referred my co workers and friends to her. Soft Lift Treatment

From the moment I arrived I felt welcome.

The Spa Staff and Nurses, everyone treated me with great patience and kindness. They took photos of me and the procedure began. Throughout the treatment they were always aware of what I was feeling and they explained every step.

In the following days I did experience a little tightness and some very small bruises but nothing bad.

The whole experience, the relaxed nature, the professionalism, the beautiful clinic made it worthwhile.

I got some lip, between brows and above arch (all brow areas areas, re: botox). I came in strictly for a full, flipped top lip like look. What a patient asks for they normally get… or half the results, leading up to immediate results, topping up with filler. But, because, I didn’t get any results within a Two week span (no odd paralysis feeling as per nurse for day 1&2), i dont see myself as a successful candidate after spending over 300$+. I wish I would’ve known this and just stuck to the lip procedure I went in for b

I went for my first Botox visit and it was a great experience! Brittany did my Botox and from start to finish she was very professional, helpful, and answered all my questions. My fiancé and I tried the EMSculpt NEO which simulates doing 20,000 crunches in only 30min. It was the most unreal thing I’ve ever felt and I can say I could feel my abs are stronger and were more noticeable after only the first session! I would love to share my experiences about this facility. I have been going here since it opened and have always had the best experience. Not only do i believe they have the best injectors in the country but the doctors there have always put my health as a number one priority. I can’t say enough about the change in my skin since going to Cosmedics. The staff are friendly and super knowledgeable. So far my favorites are PRP (amazing results for ladies in your 40’s especially under the eyes), Anything Helleema suggests product wise is a winner! I’m obsessed with ZO skin products. Terrible experience here I would avoid going here at all costs. Save your money go to someone who knows what they are doing. He gives horrible vibes not friendly or welcoming. He botched my lips horribly I would recommend going to someone who knows how to do lip fillers properly.

PRP, this was a simple and pain-free procedure that provided me with great results-I was so happy. I mean my skin has become softer and has fewer lines and appears healthy. I was aware of the changes however was very surprised to have friends and colleagues comment on the improvement of my skin. Most commented on nice skin tone and younger looking skin. I highly recommend this procedure.

My feedback is Dr Singh is amazing. He’s very pleasant and always does a good job overall. My concern is more with the receptionists at the front desk specifically the ones to the left of the office. I feel at times their attitudes can come off as rude and short. They act as if it’s almost bothersome to book an appointment or gain some sort of information. I referred my friend to this facility and she also felt the same way. From the way they answer the phone to cashing out at the end, always attitude. The other day I called the office and was on speakerphone while getting a pedicure to confirm my health insurance for a certain procedure and once I came off the phone the nail techs in the salon all commented on how much attitude and how rude the girl was to me over the phone. I feel when customers are spending high amounts of money for services overall we want to deal with friendly people. I almost feel as though some of the receptionist talk down to certain people that enter the facility but it does make me uncomfortable and almost defers me from wanting to return. Customer service is everything!

The Medical estheticians at Cosmedics are friendly and professional. They are excellent at what they do. They have extensive knowledge of all kinds of skin conditions and I have seen many clients happy transformations over the years. I trust them with my own skin care and they are always welcoming and willing to help.

I’ve had acne scars for as long as I can recall and Dr. Singh and the CosMedics team knew exactly what was wrong with my skin and what I should do to treat it. Exceptional staff; Exceptional service. My skin was beginning to look tired, my skin tone /texture wasn't great, and gravity was doing its thing. I wasn't sure what services I needed, but knew I wanted a refreshed version of me. Dr. Singh recommended a Halo facial for my skin tone, a few units of botox for my frown lines, and filler for my temples. What? Filler in my temples? Yup. He saw what I had missed when I looked in the mirror. He explained that as I aged I lost volume in the top part of my face. I knew I looked tired, but didn't realize it was my shallow temples that were the culprit. Instant rejuvenation! Trust Dr. Singh and his staff; I am beyond pleased!

Dr. Singh is a good doctor. I think his demeanor may come off harsh to some, but if your looking for the right advice and what is best for you, he is your doctor. He's smart and will never do any treatment he isn't fully confident in. I appreciate that he will say no if he thinks something won't turn out. He won't just do what you want, he ensures its the right thing. Everything he has done for me has turned out great!

I have struggled with migraines since 13 years of age, I have traed too many medications with little to no success and poor side effects. Botox has been a game changer and has let me live the life that I have always wanted, pain free.

I have been seeing Dr. Singh for a number of years and am always happy with the experience (and my face!). Dr. Singh is truly an expert injector, painless and very minimal (if any) bruising!
Getting routine Botox treatments help keep my wrinkles at bay (they were getting very pronounced after an interruption due to Covid) and from showing my real age. Fillers look natural and make me look youthful and refreshed and never 'overdone'!

Quality advice and service every time. Unlike most doctors, your input is requested in order to access needs better, and I have never pushed in certain directions in order to sell more products. In fact, they have fine tuned my needs to what I think I wanted to what I actually needed - selling less products than I would've spent money on had I not been advised. Of course all businesses need to look out for their own bottom line, but a business I trust makes it clear that they are looking out for my needs as well.

I went to dr. Ashwani Singh for Botox to treat chronic migraines. Dr Singh is not a physician who cares about ensuring his patients are giving informed consent about his procedures, and in fact, my experience in requesting an informed consent process was to feel hostility and shaming.
I realize Botox is a low risk procedure, but was shocked to hear dr. Singh state “there are no risks” and “maybe we should reschedule for a time when you’ve done more research. ” After 3 requests for him to explain the risks, he finally muttered the list in an annoyed tone.
He was likewise annoyed when I asked about the protocol for migraine treatments, and handed me a pamphlet without offering any counsel, except to inform me that I’d obviously need to come to the clinic repeatedly and pay for ongoing treatments, since it doesn’t work immediately (which is not the experience of most who benefit from Botox for migraine).
It is a physician’s ethical and clinical responsibility to explain the procedure and risks, thoroughly and kindly. What a total failure of competency and ethics.
The clinic itself was also an unpleasant experience, and they made an impressive number of errors in the course of the two appts I attended there, but this is not even worth elaborating on.
I hope that other people don’t have to experience similar treatment, but I’m sure they have/will. I am getting migraines all the time still, but I’d rather wait for a publicly funded physician who cares about their accountability and patient care. It was too disgusting to pay for and receive care from someone who places his profit at number one, and can’t even pretend to care about informed consent.

I went to Dr Singh for a consultation/touch up after receiving treatment from a less skilled practitioner. Dr Singh was very knowledgeable, compassionate, and helpful during our interaction. He provided me with much needed information regarding the issue presenting, expertise in the area of medical Botox and skill upon administration-which I truly appreciate!

I opted not to return for any follow up as I am quite leery.

When I entered there were two different reception desks so I went up to the one closest to the door, after they talked about yoga and snacked on some strawberries I was told that I'm at the wrong desk.but she'd sign me in. How nice.

The nurse that saw me was an angel. She was genuine and calming.

The Dr came in acting all cool and distracted. He asked why I came, so I started pointing out my skin. He tells me it's acne. Seeing as though I usually get one breakout a month.this came as quite the surprise. He tells me he's going to refer me to a colleague that deals with skin texture, but he would recommend Botox & chemical peels. So I had the Botox done and bought the home chemical peel kit. After I came home I discovered that my eye cream pump was only half full and I had two exfoliating scrubs and was missing a moisturizer.

After three weeks, I never did hear back about a referral.

While I am quite happy with the Botox results, I just don't feel confident that he knows my skin condition and the proper course of action. Why the need for a referral if peels are what I need?

I received a full syringe of lip filler as well as botox from Dr Singh, and one of his nurses. It was pretty painless and a quick procedure. I am obsessed with the results immediately after the filler. The nurse who did the botox made me feel very comfortable and was super nice. Will definitely come back for a touch up when the time comes.

I am more than pleased with my Botox injections for migraines. His staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their skills. I recently had facial injections. Dr. Singh will explain what you need to look younger. I am so pleased with my results.

I have had botox as well as filler for my lips for the last 2 years, the staff is wonderful and Dr Singh is very professional and I am totally comfortable with during my procedures. I recently had PRP treatments as these can be somewhat pricey I have used Medicard which is a company that finances these procedures. They are super easy to deal with! I would recommend medicard to anyone that wants these procedures but cannot afford to pay up front in full. Medicard makes it so easy.

Very touch and go on if staff are going to be polite on any given day. I found the doctor to be extremely unprofessional with terrible bedside manner (dr.singh). The female doctor Julia is the only one I would return too but again the front end staff make the atmosphere uncomfortable.
