The Pakistani guy who is taking our oder is rude to my wife we order chicken pizza and this what we get

Thier meat pizza was sad got a 18 inch and I swear it had a total of 2 slices of sandwich ham and maybe 10 pepperoni slices very little bacon and the manager says that's how they make it bu thier donairs are bomb

Really nice staff when I came in late with my sis. Busy on a Friday of course but service was quick. We had pizza by the slice, jalapeño poppers and a donair. It all was super delicious and big portion. Plus notmany places open that late.

I have ordered pizza, fries, and pop can. I can't say anything about food. Because I haven't got it.
I have placed an order at 2: 28 am. It was showing that it will be delivered at around 3: 26 am. Ok
I waited for half an hour outside my house. But there was no one to show up.
I hate the service that you have. Really disappointing.

Amazing pizza, donair and shawarma. We got there after hours. Pretty busy location. Good customer service. Chicken shawarma was on point and pizza was amazing. Everyone enjoyed food. Would come back

As far as late night pizza slices go, this was decent. Would potentially come back again but I hate Edmonton in general.

Great pizza by the slice and at a great price! I've ordered delivery a few times as well, and their drivers are usually very punctual.

Tried to order pizza after waiting 25 minutes in line. Just to be told they couldn't make the pizza we asked for so we asked for any pizza and they said they couldn't serve anymore food. So everyone behind us also got turned away after waiting for so long, even after asking to order whatever food they can make.

2.5 stars. Just ok pizza. The counter slices are huge and a good deal if you're nearby and hungry. Not a ton of flavour, but good value, loaded up, middle of the road pizza. Better than any chains.

Honestly amazing we called a place before this and had terrible customer service and they just made our night 100% better we were out of the delivery zone for this place but we thought we’d still call { it was Sunday and not many places were open } the guy who picked up was extremely polite and amazing and said he can still put in a order for us I 100% recommend getting this place there food was amazing and honestly the customer service was amazing thank you so much for your help last night

Took a fairly long time to get our order. When we did the pizza was subpar, box was and pizza was covered in water from condensation. Luke warm. Toppings were low quality. Cheesy garlic bread was really good though.

A new pepperoni pizza came out Nd there were two slices left of the old pizza. The guy literally gave the white people in line from the new pizza and the only two dark skinned people in line the old pizza even though we were served after them. Never again.

Friendly guys! My bad for ordering a whole pizza during lunch. First time stepping into the store and didn't realize just how busy they get. But overall, they were awesomely quick with orders and so polite. My new go to place for a slice! And the prices are good too!

I love this place BUT. I live two blocks away. Food is great. Totally incompetent management. They never have enough staff or service on busy game/concert nights. These events are not scheduled for MONTHS ahead of time. 20-45 min wait times on peak nights are unacceptable. However. Great comfort food on other nights. If you say you order pizza by the slice. Have it ready regardless of the business on any given night.

We never did get our pizza! We are a business right next door (within a 75 yards). We ordered pizza for our staff for the end of the night. We ordered at1: 45 am we close at 3 am, we are right next door. We get a call at 2am, no message, no answer when we call back.another call at 2: 45 am we have no delivery drivers. Can u pick up.if we can pick up next door, you should be able to deliver next door. We are just as busy as you are! @ We are paying for delivery, my staff are busy, but we find a staff member who can pick up. Then we are told, , order isn’t even prepped yet over an hour after we ordered. And we are next door. We sent so many clients over here, after they leave here. We still never got our pizzas. All staff not very happy! Had to cancel order, because staff were going home! Staff left for home before we could get pizza’s. Less than 1 star for delivery and follow through.no food or service

Perfect treat after hunting down a few geocaches in the area. I’m sure it would be great after a night of dancing and drinking in the area of that’s your thing?

I don’t think it would be a brand I’d have delivered but it’s very reminiscent of the late night pizza shops in bigger citties that I’ve lived in.it hits the spot ️

and as a random aside - the paper plates they use are really sturdy so you can enjoy your slice with one hand and no worries of the plate collapsing? That’s a bonus in my books!

Love your pizza (and doanirs!). Hubby has very high standards for pizza, he will eat it but if he is complimenting and praising I know it's good, I'm just happy to be eating my favourite food hehe. Crust is just right, nice tangy sauce with not too much and not too little, good balance of toppings and since moving away from your location when ordering take out (from Skip the Dishes) always arrives piping hot. Also, your lemon pepper wings are perfectly flavoured, lots of lemon and just a touch of pepper, they are just perfect.

Thank you for being awesome and being our go to pizza place. Oh and did I mention great price, such a good price for what you get, the price pizza should be!

My two friends and I walked in to order a Pizza to share the staff was extremely rude giving us nasty looks and did not serve us whatsoever we asked for water twice and got our pizza late we also had to clean our own table! We even tipped 15% before we sat down and tried to be friendly but only received back talk and glares in return, never going back here!

Asked for donair meat on the pizza and ended up with sweet sauce instead of pizza sauce so disappointing.

If i could give zero stars i would i ordered about $45 in pizza off there web site for right away and then i waited an hour and a half for pizza that never showed up. Then when i phoned i was told that i never placed an order even though i have a receipt in my email stating i did and the time it was placed and the guy on the phone never even offered to fix the problem he just claimed its probably an error and then just shrugged it off.

Yesterday I took 2 single pizza I don’t happy the guy selfish he charged me more than normal and after I eat feeling pain my throat still pain my throat

Good place for Donair Salad, and they sell pizza by the slice for a quick lunch downtown it's good pizza. I have been going there fairly frequently.

Food was okay, I’ve had better. Most dissatisfied with them not having a bathroom to use. It had a sign that it was closed, I asked about it and could barely understand what they were saying but it sounded like excuses about the lock being broken. I can’t understand an establishment serving food not having a washroom for the patrons to use or even for employees for that matter. I asked three times thinking maybe they could get the door open somehow but they just kept up with the excuses and no solution. Disgusting service on their part.

Made an order online at 11: 30pm and got a phone call 10 minutes later from the store with the worker asking if I could come pick up my order due to their driver having gone home. They were open until 3: 00am that day, so either the driver went home or they lied because he didn't want to drive the far distance to my house. Either way disappointing service.

This is one of my favourite pizza places in Edmonton. Delicious wings. Awesome pizza. Great delivery. I recommend the Mexican pizza. Yummy!

Why are your prices identical to skip the dishes prices yet in person your prices are listed at a cheaper rate? You people really need to smarten the **** up. Anyone who wants pizza from cosmic, order from the people south of the river, they actually charge THEIR prices not SKIP prices.

Last week I orderd a pepperoni, mushroom, onion, and green olive pizza from Cosmic Pizza downtown Tonight and it was good. THEN. Tonight (a week later) I went to order a pizza and a lady Gagan was not on the ball at all. She told me if I wanted pizza it would have to sit in the pizza bag for awhile because there is no driver.she said I need to order more pizza she had absolutely no clue of what to do. Here I thought I found a good pizza place.well the hunt is back on to find a good pizza place. I ordered the first time knowing there was some bad reviews and the guy said he would make it right and to give him a good review. I did but now I see why some of the reviews we not good. On to find a good pizza place

I've ordered a couple pizza's over the last few weeks from these guys and they were both incredibly tasty. For their portions, their reasonably priced. The quality is amazing. Definitely going to make this my new go to place for pizza!

I went in there tonight because a certain sign on there window said they serve 2 slices and a can of pop $7.00. That can be no further from the truth. The guy who was working the front counter said when i asked for 2 slices and a can of pop hes gonna have to charge me full price which $13.i said the sign on the window says $7.00.sir? Thats an evening deal.lol i said perfect its 10: 30 pm.its evening.and he looked at me like im wrong and laughed and gave me attitude.i cannot give it to you its only an evening deal.its the evening dummy.the window deal does NOT say evening or lunch special.it says 2 slices and pop $7.00. He wanted tk charge me double.total markup scam if i ever saw one. Im not going to stop here with this niether.im going to the owner of cosmic.that visit made me feel unappreciated and embaressed that i even went in there to looked down upon by those individuals.its illegal what they did just to put a few xtra dollars in there pocket.pathetic and petty.buyer beware.dont give them scammers business. They dont care that the customers always right. That was my first and last. Time. Not to mention the place was filthy and nit one of them wearing a hair net or masks.

Open till 4AM but can’t serve food for take out? What happened here, used to be one of the best in Edmonton and tell all my friends and people I work with to go here. Not impressed.why even keep the open sign on for anyone.
