Bad experience
Stuff r rude, I bought hot tools product I m not satisfied with that I returned iteam I said I not using at all just buy yesterday returned next day they refused too returned my money so be careful ifvu buy something they not returned money if u not satisfied.

Good location, however, selection is often limited and it's a very small store unfortunately compared to a lot of other suppliers such as Modern etc.staff isn't as helpful or knowledgeable in training on new products either or know how to answer most of my questions 90% of the time other than 2 sales associates the rest are never really helpful and they sometimes close 5mins prior to actual closing time, which sucks when I have already paid to cab all the way there.

Customer service at this location is lousy, it’s like they don’t want your business. I usually go to the other store on 50th (which is lovely) but I needed something and wouldn’t have made it that far before close. I should have listened to my coworker who has had numerous bad experiences here. Next time I’ll go to the other location where the staff are friendly and helpful.

All staffs working there are so friendly especially Sarah, she's the color specialist there who has been so passionate about her career, very knowledgeable and helpful.

This is my favorite cosmoprof to come to considering. Staff are always pretty kind to me, especially Kim and the manager. They always seem to have what I need in stock. I haven’t experienced what all the bad reviews are about but I don’t come here too often.

Very bad experience,
They don’t care about the customer
Very bad customer service
I bought shower pipe for my Shampoo chair and it was not fit
I went over there to return but they told me ohhh it is open we are not returning
Without opening the box how I can check it’s fit or not
However they loose one customer
No shopping in Cosmopro

Tip for those that want to buy hair products but do not have a license as this place requires a license to shop: check out Mat&Max, or cosmetic world. They are all Canadian based retailers that do not require licenses!

Worst customer service ever.
Left us standing on the sidewalk from 10 - 1 and didn't care.
They are doing inventory and didn't bother to post that on their website.
Their website said opening at 8: 30 when we arrived at 10 the door said open at 11 changed to 12. We called to confirm and were told they were sure the store would open at 12. When we arrived at the store at 12: 10, we were told by a salesperson they would open shortly. At 12: 50 I phoned to ask when they thought they might be opening and was informed they needed to finish inventory and could not tell me when they would open. I expressed my frustration that they had previously indicated they would be opening at specific times as opposed to what they were now telling me. I indicated they had a lineup outside and maybe they should give us some indication if this was going to drag on as "shortly" had expired 20 minutes ago.
They hung up.

I was not upset that they were prioritizing inventory over customer service, but quite put off by the lack of consideration for our time. We were planning to head out of town after doing our hair this morning, but spent the morning in a parking lot.

Store hours incorrect.
Went on Tuesday 8: 30am and waited till 8: 52am. It was still closed.

Inventory was suppose to be done by 12pm and we called prior to make sure they were opened at 12pm, and she said yes! Now we come and the lady came out saying they weren't finished but they will be opened shortly. We'll its 1hour past so my aunt called to ask again if shortly means 20min or a few hours and the lady hung up on her! Very very unprofessional. Sign clearly says as well opened at 12pm.

Need improvement.ive come here to grab a few things every now and then however, i used to come more often until 2 times i didn't have my card and they even recognize me and wouldn't let me purchase.i was in a bind, you know how it goes sometimes rushing into work, my fault, but i asked if maybe i could make an account for next time if this ever happens again- where i dont have my card as its a hassle to have your paper copies of license and certs on you always.they would not even accept an email or pictures or proof i am valid to purchase which makes it very difficult so i went somewhere else because of the inconvenience.it also doesnt help when the staff dont seem happy to help like they are clique and possibly competitive some how.sorry but i dont see this location lasting very long with this behavior though i mentioned something to idk who and it seems for me they have become a bit friendlier but still not super

This place is the worse location by far! The staff is rude and useless. I didn’t have my card on me and got the salon to call ahead to let them know I was coming to pick up a temporary color for the salon and she questioned me about my license and card. I got her the card number from the salon while on the phone as she helped another customer that also didn’t have her scan card and gave her the number off her phone. Never questioned her about her license or ID to verify After she got back to me I told her that I needed to pick up color and she told me the salon didn’t set anything aside for me to pick up. So I couldn’t buy anything.
