Cosmos II Bottle Depot

I've seen faster counting on Sesame Street. Walked out after 20 min because at the rate they are going could take all day.

Not impressed at all with wait time and the lack of management. Stuck in a line the could take hours. They have this fancy conveyor belt system that they haven’t use in months total waste of money and time. Go to the drive through one there stuff works and wait times are better

Slowest bottle depot that I have experienced. Automated system is not working and there are only three tellers.

Just went in to take my bottles into the depot, it’s now currently 5: 35pm and they close at 5: 30pm. I went through the doors 10 minutes before closing. I was the only customer inside, after the lady helped me with my bottles (which only took maybe five minutes because I only had 4 bags of cans) she was very rude. She was passing me my card so I could get my money at the machine and go, I said “thank you very much I appreciate it. ” She replied with “You are so not welcome. ” As I know it’s getting late and they want to go home I can understand the snarky attitude however I usually wait until the customer leaves until I start talking trash. I hate being that guy who comes in close to closing time however that is why you have a certain closing time posted is it not? If it is such an issue for someone to come into your establishment at 5: 20 and your open until 5: 30 maybe start closing at 5pm? Very unprofessional and I will not be going back. I will go to Blackfalds from now on. I wish I could give -5 star review but 1 will have to do.

Pretty sure I've almost lost a finger a few times, some of the sorters are machines. I can't imagine working in that clatter all day though, yeesh.

Service was fast, efficient, and seemed accurate. The counters are a little on the small side so if you use large bags for your recycling it's a bit of a PITA but oh well.

I went online to see the reviews before I went. What I did notice is the owner seems to only respond to the good reviews. I think I’ll go somewhere else

3 times ive been there the counts don't add up I watch them count a ton and only put small number into computer. Guess i gotta keep counting as they do

Man, how many more times do they think they can keep ripping people off for money? They did it to me again today

They should open up the "express" line again. 3 bags or less.

Rip you off on count then got mad when I said I was shorted a dollar as I knew how much was in the bag as I only brought one bag that day and counted as I suspected they were shorting in past

The old guy he's a larger old guy dirty Beard dirty clothes very creepy I will not go back to this place because of him very creepy makes it very uncomfortable to go there I will never go back

I spent 1000s of dollar drinking all of the contents in the bottles, got 60 bucks out of it. 10/10 would return my bottles again.

All employees in cosmos II bottle depot in red deer Alberta are friendly, polite and accommodating to the customer. Customer's satisfaction. Thank you.
