My experience with (an attempt at) getting my leather boots repaired here was disappointing. I made the mistake of telling Costa “no rush” when I dropped them off at the beginning of the summer. After two months of not hearing anything, I decided to drop in for an update. My poor boots were untouched and just part of a pile in a very messy area of the store near the room where he does the repairs. He assured me he would have them done in two days and would give me a call. That did not happen… I decided to give him a week to get ahold of me, and after hearing nothing, I went back yet again for an update. Well, this time there was a sign on the door that the store would be closed for the next two weeks. I came back a couple of days after I knew he would be open again and just asked for my boots back… he told me he could have them done for me later that afternoon, but at that point I was too irritated to give him another chance. Of course, this is just my personal experience but I felt it was important to share just so others could have a heads up. God bless.

Does anyone know if this place is open and if they do boot repair? I've been trying for weeks to reach them before I drive 45 minutes in to have a pair of boots repaired. They don't answer their phone, they don't have a website and their fax machine doesn't work
