Pump won’t readCostco membership card. Nothing wrong with membership card
First and last time I will ever try fill up at Costco
Mastercard sucks as they have zero fraud protection and you have to fight with them over any fraud charges on a card.
Visa is far superior
Pump kept asking for membership card even though I inserted multiple times and cancelled my debit card transaction

Some Karen employee got angry at me for talking on the phone. Except I wasn’t, I was talking to myself.

I guess muttering must be flammable. Not worth the hassle for fuel prices that are barely better than anywhere else anyway.

Decent place - very clean. I thought time was a bit short - just personal opinion - I guess I am spoiled by our local car wash.

I was turned away from mid filling up my Mil-Spec Sceptor jerry can because it wasn’t a red csa one.

Some of the employees at the gas station are rude or unfriendly, especially when you're younger. I was 3 ft away from the nozzle, on my driver side door when the lady of the gas station in an unfriendly manner told me to stay at the pump when fueling my vehicle.
At the other pump an older man was walking around his vehicle looking at his tires and she left him alone.

Google, give it up. You are asking me to review a commodity, not a service provider. Costco Gasoline is available to Costco members only, not the general public. They offer automobile fuel (traditional hydrocarbon based products only, sorry, diesel, not you) at a discount price. I have never experienced any sub-standard input into my car or truck from any pump here. And I have never had a less than positive experience with any of the dedicated Costco staff whose role is to monitor, clean, and facilitate operations at this facility, and to make patrons feel welcome and appreciated here.

Love having Costco Gas in Okotoks, not simply for the prices but the friendly faces. Its awesome getting to deal with Grant. Always happy, always smiling and most importantly, GENUINE.

Treat these people with respect as these people are more than just friendly associates, they are your neighbours! They stand outside all day in whatever weather and temperatures so you can pump your gas. Clean and tidy, decently good access and of course, the prices. Most of us would have still have a Costco Membership regardless of them having fuel services or not. Its a nice perk to have around the corner.

If ever some sort of expansion/upgrades or replacements are needed, a Diesel pump would surely be a good investment for both business and the community especially given that this is the most South location next to Lethbridge.

Regularly attacked by gas bar staff for not following arcane, rigid and expanding list of rules for you to fill your tank. Won't return!
