Costco Tire Centre

Absolutely the worst customer service! I specifically asked not to park my vehicle on the corner (high risk of getting hit) when I dropped my vehicle off. No one called to tell me my vehicle was done. When I went there my vehicle was parked on the corner. Went in to ask what was going on and the person said we have limited parking. I asked why no one called to say that my vehicle was done and they just shrugged their shoulders. Asked why they couldn't move my vehicle to a safer place and the guy said "I don't have time to move vehicles around. Do not take your vehicle here! I wish they had an option of zero stars

Horrible service. I waited for an hour and a half for a scheduled appointment. And the very next week, they canceled another scheduled appointment for my second car for being 7 mins late.

I have been to all Costco Tire Centers in and around Edmonton.
Sherwood Park wins hands down for customer service. Mitchell and Nikki genuinely love their jobs, it shows in the way they interact and get things done. I will be going here from now even though appointments are hard to come by.

My truck was dropped off for tire rotations and when I came back my window vent cover on my drivers door was broken. After asking about it the manager told the gentleman i was dealing with that it had been cracked previously. As the owner of the vehicle i dont see how closing the door would cause such a destruction of a door vent. As well as nobody answered the phone with me calling them multiple times.

Rude costumer service i have appointment at 3 pm i just ask if i need to fall in line because its already 3: 05 and theres a lot of people in line.its my first time so i dont know how it works there the lady is like angry at me and i fell that she dont like to work there because of her attitude.

Terrible service and just a terrible place.no one ever answers the phone, made a booking online to get my winter tires changed as I needed them done in a hurry, tried to phone 7 times during the day to say I might be a little late.no one answered.
I had purchased some tires which were new off kiji as no one or costco had my size in stock 265/50/20 and needed them urgently for a trip to the mountains.
After waiting 40 mins walking around costco I get a call telling me they won't change the tires as they are new and wasn't purchased from there.
Literally no where says that online or instore.
Total waste of my time. I was pretty dam angry.

So don't take new tires to get changed unless you purchase them from there.

Ordered tires online. Costco is to call when tires have arrived and schedule install appointment. Tires have been there for 7 days. No one has called. I have been trying to get through for over an hour. I am not driving there and waiting in line to schedule an appointment. Pathetic service.

The work I receive and the staff are good. I just wish they would answer there phone when I call.

Best prices for install, trust me i called almost every place in edmonton. As one shop said to me “no one can beat costco prices” the only down side is you cant get bigger tires put on your truck. They’ll only install +-10% stock size

The employees are all very nice, but my tires weren't there for my appointment and they didn't call me to notify me before I drove in. I'm a big fan of Costco so I expect better service.

I tried to contact this location to setup an appointment for tires but could not get anyone to answer the phone. I called the office and never got a call back. I am very disappointed considering that I am a long time member.
