Variety of products seems more than Calgary (Beacon Hill) store. Some products are cheaper than the one in other shop. Good to make a purchase if you have time.

Pick up new prescription, busy through out the store and parking lot. Check out was fast and cashiers were friendly and professional! Great service at both the prescription till and at check out! Thanks.

Always busy doesn’t matter the time of the day, lineups to check out long but move fairly quickly, staff are amazing and super helpful

Such a great place, but really enjoyed going in the morning this time compared to afternoons or evenings. Less busy.

Get more tables in your dining area. I'm sick of standing while I eat. Also reduce your parking lot size, stores have a max capacity for a reason.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Costco while trying to return an item. I had to step away briefly to get a cart, and during that time, my wife, who queued for me, encountered April at the return section. April raised her voice, stating that the Costco card is non-transferable. When I returned and explained the situation, her tone remained disrespectful, even suggesting she should shred the card. Fortunately, the supervisor on duty resolved the issue. I hope this incident doesn't reflect Costco's values, and I trust it will be addressed appropriately. April should be atleast reprimanded for her disrespect with customers.

Best to go during the weekday afternoons to avoid the rush. Decent selection and inventory and parking isn’t too bad.

Busy location and the Parking here sucks. Not designed very well. Stuff is always out of stuck. There are better Costco in the city.

The food court system they have in place is bananas. The waits are super long, and it's choas. Poorly managed.

Good store but an even more busy location that most Costcos. Perhaps because it's a new store. I suggest going early unless you prefer crowded stores.

Its costco nothing else to be said. Good product great prices great return policy dont forget the hotdogs!

What’s the point of booking a tire repair “appointment” if you have to wait two hours? Won’t buy tires here again.

Costco is our favourite place to shop for the majority of our goods! Food, Clothes, tools, electronics, and even outdoor activities Costco has something for everyone! They also have the cheapest gas by far!

This place is absolutely garbage. I rarely go here.the staff is intrusive and Harrassment beyond belief.the next time I go and I am harassed they will be dealing with a lawyer. End of discussion

I love this place. I bought a TV 3 years ago and paid for the extended warranty ($100). The TV broke so I called the help line, 2 weeks later I received a full refund. If you are buying expensive electronic products make sure to buy the warranty it's well worth the piece of mind

Members desk rude and try Forcing you to buy in to their credit card saying you can’t shop with out it when buying new membership card

Tire center worker told me unequivocally that they do not offer walk in appointments, which is is contrast to what the website for this location says. They lie to you to make their day easier. (very short younger girl with dark hair was the worker)

Costco Costco Costco, you can never go wrong with them. Love every bit of it. You have so many choices and the best part is their return policy. Even if you buy it online you can just walk in to any of their stores and return them. No questions asked. The quality of their items are usually the best. Especially the packed foods they have are incomparable to any others. And on top of that you get some really unique stuff. Wish they had some less crowded hours.

Bought winter tires for my car. Brought my car in to get it swapped out. They ended up breaking one of my tpsm sensor. Had to inconveniently drive all the way to the dealership to get a new one. Then bring it back, was told to come back 2 hours later for them to fix it. Then upon bringing it back I had to wait another hour and a half to get it fixed. Didn’t get compensated for my gas. Not to mention my time wasted. I spend so much money there and I must say this is the first time I’m so disappointed with them.

Store is always busy any time I try to go but good selection and nothing beats the hotdog meal after my trip!

Always a pleasure to shop at Costco, where the prices are lower, and the selections are extensive. Their gas prices are phenomenal! Nothing beats Costco!

The wrong sized rims were ordered and they accepted them back no problem. I also had forgotten my wallet that day and they helped me out regardless of the fact that I didn't have my membership card and still needed a refund. On top of this all I had a broken leg at the time and they helped me load up my summer tires.

Everything is good, everyone is friendly, but during peak hours the queue should be more organize and fast. As well in the tire center, the staff is not friendly and need to wait for someone to assist what you need or queries. Phone call is not even answer this season.

The store is great the prices are good but omg the website sucks.looking for baby back ribs and type in several different things trying to find.nothing.got random pork products. Had to phone the meat department directly and bug him. Terrible website not iser friendly.

This Costco is pretty standard. The gas pumps definately need an upgrade to the layout as it is always blocked in the middle of the road due to volume

I was hoping Sunday afternoon wouldn't be too busy.well I was very wrong. It was a zoo. Staff were friendly, as usual.

The gas station was so lined up, I didn't fill up.

Last week I waited 20 minutes to return items.

COSTCO is the most important and comfortable place to stay shopping all day long. Nice place, excellent facilities, awesome customers service, cashier's friendly service. I feel happy shopping at COSTCO. 100% SATISFACTION.

Supervisor Barb had the nastiest attitude. I know that my card is having problems but you don’t need to make a paying customer feel bad for this. It’s not something that I can control.

One of my favourite Costco's to go to. It's also close to my house so I often find myself going there to find a last minute dinner meal.

Great Costco. Not as busy as other Costcos in the City. Ample parking. Liquor store is always fully stocked with what we are looking for. We purchased way too much alcohol in preparation for a wedding and had to do a large return as a result but the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We purchased the same type of beer on different days and we didn't realize that the prices sometimes varied depending on the day until the cashier pointed it out. He went out of his way to go through all the receipts and process the returns using the more expensive purchases which is definitely appreciated. Gas lineups have been pretty long lately due to the higher gas prices elsewhere but we usually see about 3 - 4 staff members helping to manage the lineup and make it go more smoothly.

I love the cotton candy grapes they sell here. They have long lines but you get through them so fast. They have the best prices on everything and I highly recommend you get a Costco card so you don't miss out!

Love this new-to-me location! Conveniently placed, friendly staff, big parking spaces and clean bathrooms with very clean stalls, despite the large number of people stopping through. Changing this Costco to my default Costco for future trips to Edmonton.:)

Stopped at this location cause I was in the area. Like every other Costco but found the line to be a bit slow imo. I typically go to the nisku location which is my favorite

Great Costco, as are most, that is now offering self checkout. Only downside is it is always very busy after 3 pm weekdays, and worse all day on weekends. Lines are long but they do move quickly, parking is pretty cutthroat. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always be sure to check the dates on food I saw a couple moldy expired cheeses on the shelf last time I was in. Optical center staff are all *fantastic*.

Great tire selection and service. A clean and a well organized store. Shelves fully stocked, fresh produce daily. Great selection of meat and dairy products. Highly recommended.

Nice Costco store. Has majority of products. I had a very bad experience while was there. Cellular phone coverage was impossible. No network coverage. Also, some items are not well organized. For example, bubbly products were dislocated from other bavarages. I spent time to figure it out.

Always get good pricing. I'm looking at buying a new washer and dryer. Everything I have bought there has been top quality.

Just watched two checkout employees transfer items from bottom of the cart I was using in store to a different cart at check out. I turned around and watched them wipe my handle and then give that cart to the next people. I stayed and watch them repete this process again and again. This process slowed everything down and didn't improve hygiene.if you're worried about my handle when you're wearing gloves and touching the items I've already touched you're missing the point.

Todays visit are not good. Disappointing really. My wife as a frontliner experience discrimination. And "Donna" of Winterburn Warehouse, comfront my wife in the que that next time she was the only one can enter the warehouse.

Really with her 4 year old son? Is she encouraging to leave my son in the vehicle alone?

I understand if my wife was with an adult. Even me I que outside.

But public shaming is not a good thing.hope! STAFF with be well informed about the rules and not do by their judgement.

Pretty good Costco overall. It had a bit of a line to get in but it didn’t take too long to get it. The prices of a lot of the items went up a little bit since the last time I was there but overall a pleasant experience

It was 8pm when I arrived at the parking lot. The customer line was still there all the way to the back of the liquor store. So me and some other customers walked straight to the back of the liquor store near the garden section and looking for the end of line when we passed 2 staff. They were talking to each other. So we followed the rope barrier but it turned around at the other side of the garden and led us back to the 2 staff. And then, the one of them asked me if I was looking for the end of line and then told me line was closed. I said “u should tell me before I entered the rope lane. ” Then he said “u didn’t ask. ” Ok, very funny and helpful. This is frustrating for both me and other customers in the lane. I understand and will continue to support Costco’s decisions for covid prevention. But you know what? Maybe you were not so busy chatting with each other and wear a working vest or at least let me see your Costco tag, then I might come front and ask if you were be kind enough to show me where the end of lane is.

Ease to get to clean and good carts fresh foods. Don't like the eye glass part no guarantee on produces. Will never buy glasses from Costco ever. Everything else is great we shop every 3 or so weeks and good prices.

Great place to shop in bulk but you need to control your desire to buy large quantities you may waste

Love Costco, but this one is too busy and the parking lot sucks. Maybe try a different one, especially if you are in a hurry.

Had new studded winter tires installed, great service. While I waited for the work be done, shopping a bit only 2 cashiers open at 6: 30 pm trying to direct people to self checkout with the long wait to get ringed in by a human. Don't go down that road Costco. Your shareholders have made enough profits off the pandemic. Have a bit of respect and man up the tills.

It's a costco. Fuel up on hot dogs before you shop to avoid hungry decisions. Also their phone offerings are crazy in comparison to other outlets. Worth the membership.

As expected very busy on the last Saturday before Christmas. All the tills were opened and the lines moved quickly.

Usually busy but people that do and work there are great! There are lines but they move faster than expected.

Love the fact you can use the services like pharmacy without a membership and not have to wait in the main lines. Staff have always been helpful, quick and personable even with the long lines. Memberships can be purchased without being sponsored and there’s always a great deal on everything in the warehouse.

I love being an executive Costco membership holder and getting free samples as well as cheap hot dogs and pop.

You get what yah need and don't ;>) wish they would switch up the hot food for sale. Come on guys, gotta keep us coming back that cardboard pizza is about the most disgusting item on your menu. Awesome gas pricing, tire sales. Love the cell phone booth but would be nice to be better organized, like have a sign up sheet or notification pucks while you shop instead of just standing there trying to fight for your turn I did see chairs finally put out. Rainchecks for people that can't stand around for hours trying to get a good cell phone plan, at least an extent ion of sorts.

one other improvement but wishful thinking would be an exit only for the gas station instead of bottle necking everyone in and out of Costco. Same goes for your store isles bottleneck city.

Costco always has good value and their customer service is second to none. Other stores (Wal-Mart) take note.

I wish there was someone available to ask where things were in the strore. Also there should be a 15 items or less checkout

I went into Costco near closing time around 8: 05 pm and I immediately realized that I forgot my wallet at home. I was thinking not a bad thing because luckily I had enough cash on me for what I needed to buy. I went to the customer service desk to ask for a temporary card and was I formed that my membership had just expired 5 days prior. I said that I was aware of this and had I brought my wallet I would have been able to renew it at that time. The woman helping me explained that the computer would not allow her to give me a temporary card because of this. I said "I don't have time to go home and get my wallet because the store will be closed by the time I return". Then she asked me to just wait a moment and she would ask her manager to help me. The manager named Neopolean I think, came over and told me there was nothing he could do and that this was their policy. I find it hard to believe that there is nothing they could have done! I stormed out angrily without the item I came for (snow shovel). I have calmed down since otherwise this review would sound much much worse. Costco, if this is indeed your policy then I think you need to take a hard look at who your long time members are (approx 20 years) and perhaps fix this so this doesn't happen to anyone else. Oh, and if this is not your policy then you might want to take Neopolean's plaque off of the wall as a manager of customer service.

Very nice newer Costco which does not have the lineups of the other major stores around. When can breathe fresh air in this place!

Few good deals, but must be a member or at least with a member to shop at a Costco. If taking the with a member option must give cash or etransfer to member as member has to be the one who pays. Seemed like it was a small Costco Sq feet wise but had every thing I was looking for. They have house hold items, cloths and everyday grocery needs, like baked goods, meat, produce and other things for fridge and pantry. As well as gas bar and Costco liquor store. Prepare to wait in one of the many lines for a bit if using gas bar as its a few cents cheaper than rest of city so can be kinda busy. Store was clean and ppl working there were helpful they even bagged my groceries. They have different levels of membership there depending on your needs and frequency of shopping. Small Costco food court with fast service and friendly staff. Picknick tables to share and sit at gives feel of traditional European style restaurant feel. This location is good it's near many strip malls to see other shops you may like/need to visit. I'd go again.

Canceled costco executive membership because they lied and said if I spent a certain amount of money they would send a rebate check which would pay for the membership. Never received any check and the csr said one was sent but couldn't tell me What the amount was for even though it supposedly was sent 2 months ago. She then proceded to help another customer with the same issue but had no issues advising her of he exact amount of each check sent to her. So my membership was canceled to poor customer service. Superstore has the same prices and I don't need to pay an annual membership.

As well residents in a remote northern community, having the ability to shop at Costco when we are in the city allows us some great savings.

What's not to love about Costco? Their warranty has no comparison. Tip: don't want to buy a membership? Get someone to buy you a giftcard
