Expensive, but generous return policy makes it worth to try some products that you are not sure about.

Worst tire shop I've ever been to. Ppl working there seem to be tired of their lives and the work environment sucks on their faces but most of all HIGHLY INCOMPETENT!

Costco shopping experience used to be fun and positive. Recently, been seeing a lot of policing and screening, that too 3-4 times within a single transaction. This makes the shopping experience terrible. Second thoughts on renewing the membership.

Nice place to buy the groceries. But i couldn't find the name for the sections. So tedious to get the products.

I come with a list of things I need I swear.but then I walk out with more things I don't even need lol

It was great! I stayed in the truck while my lovely wife went in.that place can be crazy busy and it freaks me out BUT! There parking lot is on the next level. The parking stalls include a extra 1ft space on each side for entering your vehicle with groceries. Great design

I have never been to a Costco location more terrible than this one. With the exception of one amazing lady with short hair and glasses, the rest of the staff here are extremely rude. They harass you at the door like you are trying to go through some high level security. Just trying to buy some groceries for goodness sake. For all the hassle it is I'm not seeing why I should pay money just to enter with that. I haven't seen hardly any staff there smile or show any courtesy. I'm not sure what high horse they are on, but please get off and start treating people as people and work on your customer service.

This store is a great place to stock up and save on many household food essentials. The pepperoni pizza made on the store is a wonderful way to end your shopping trip.

Wasted 50 km.round trip. Tire Center online appointment system is not working properly. No one at Costco cares to hear that. Stays broken.

At the time we visited was fairly quiet for this store. Questions of associates were answered in a friendly manner and we found what we were seeking with their help.

Best poutine in Canada. Worst security. Police won’t come and help employees reinforce mask bylaw. Employees are left to their own devices and are unprotected from the antimaskers who brazenly defy the requirements. Unsafe shopping centre. I have never seen so many massless people wandering in. Tragic.

Staff were helpful, assisting me with finding a couple of items I was struggling to locate. Including one staff member who wasn't even there working, but shopping on her own time.

I am only giving one star to this location because we had a bad experience with the staff member there at the door. We were there shopping earlier. My pregnant wife had to go pee so we tried to go back in but the lady at the door said she can't let us in because they are closed. I told her my wife is pregnant I showed her my Costco's membership card but she said there is no way she can let her in as they are closed. Lots of customers were still inside. This particular staff member had a look in her eyes like she was judging us. She was so proud not to let my pregnant wife go inside for a min to use the washroom. I am very disappointed with their customer service.

Catching up shopping before closing time, after gas fillup, relatively not much shoppers, no queue at checkout counters.

This is my go-to Costco.
The parking is always good, the staff is helpful and friendly. The selection of produce is always good and the checkout is great.
Not the congested lines you can get at other stores.
I’m always here Sat or Sunday morning!

Great service at the cell phone kiosk. The clerk did some amazing multi tasking to help me at the same time as another customer. Saved waiting another 20 min.

Was ahead of the line to pay for my goods last night when Patrick opened up another serving point and would not allow me to proceed to the cashier but instead asked the lady behind me to come forward, on asking why i was not getting first right when im clearly ahead of the line, his response was 'because she has more things in her cart'. To say i was shocked is an understatement. I did not realize that you now discriminate service to customers based on how much they have purchased. Really dissapointed.

The customer service upset me! I bought a box of candy for my son, but he not interested at all, so I wait for next time when I go Costco to refund it, I am not go Costco very often during the pandemic, so when I return the candy is a month already, but the staff said the candy was expired, won't refund to me and she also damaged the box, she was so mean, I quite scare, so I just leave without double check, when I back home, I found out my candy wasn't expires! Now I can't refund it because she damaged the box already, too bad I didn't check her name, I should report it.

All cashiers where working.mine was fast in and out super quick.good to see.excellent service

Well stocked. Quick pleasant check out with staff guiding check out lines for faster service time.

Clean and organized. The staff are sweet, and awesome sense of humor. One of the check out personalle cracked a really funny joke it made my day.

Went to get a pair of shorts, and got work out capris. The lady folding the clothes showed me and told me a bit about them. So I end up buying 3 pairs.

Great parking, good prices, food not so good for your health, lots of prediabetic people blocking alleys.

I think the workers are great but the customers should learn to keep their distance. Stay safe everyone.

I need to give the biggest shout out to Ted for going above and beyond when I called about an item in stock. He took the time to look in the system and find out how and when I could get my coveted item, even calling me back! He was efficient, kind, and so freaking helpful in helping me find a solution. I seriously appreciate the amazing customer service, and feel like you deserve the biggest raise! This was my first experience at this location and we will be shopping here from now on. Thanks Ted and the amazing staff at this location. KILLING IT!:)

Clean, but organized a bit oddly. The new self checkout is great, but there is more than one line for it, quite confusing.

I bought the bag of russet potatoes from here and found really poor qualities. Its just sad Costco is my favorite place but they are bad on checking the produce.

Staff appear to have no interest in being helpful at this location and seemed unaware of the sale coming up in a couple days saying cookies never go on sale! Lol. When I pointed out the pico de galo was expiring in one day the cash just shrugged her shoulders.

It is my favorite costco, there is always parking and not as busy as the other locations which are inside Calgary.

Gagandeep cashier I thought was nice but she was keep telling me what to do because same country where I am from she thought that I didn't know anything that she was being oversmart! She was a dummy I have worked in big box stores in my past life this is not how Canadians work not being racist but she is using back home styles. Train her

Love this one! During the week it's pretty quiet. Very clean store and fast service at checkout.

Lol.best value lunch in town. I love my visits to Costco. So many things to look at and buy. I rarely leave without a shopping cart of goodies

The store is generally clean and tidy. There's large amount parking available. This location is also a lot less busy than the northern Calgary locations

Every time I'm at Costco I feel the staff is not very helpful and anytime you ask them a question or for some help they look at you like and act like they are doing you a favour. I was trying to view some glasses with my son and the lady at the optometrist desk was no help, when we asked if we could see glasses she dreadfully agreed to show them to us. When asking for an appointment and if she could check when the next available appointment was she rolled her eyes back and said "I don't know, I guess. " The whole experience just soured my mood to the point where I decided to not buy the glasses and make an appointment somewhere else.

Next day I was at Costco, my wife went inside first while i parked the car. I happened to forget my card at home and when i approached the greeter at the front they refused me entrance. I told her my wife was inside and she sarcastically and rudely replied with "I don't know who your wife is. Any of these women could be your wife". I believe there was no reason for her to refuse me entrance because this has happened before but she still refused and became rude. After she saw I was a little angry she then began changing her tone because she was afraid I would talk to a supervisor. The staff at Costco, in my experience, believe they are only there to do us a favor, not to do their jobs. No matter which Costco you go to. I know we are supposed to have the card but their is a thing called discretion as well as the fact I wouldn't be allowed to purchase anything without my card at the register. I then spoke to the supervisor and she told me that the greeter should have used better language as well as she should not have been rude.

This is the worst location to be employed at. My Mother was in hospital dying and this company chose to let me go because I wanted to be at the hospital with her. Even thou I phoned in and they were very aware of the situation. Administrator Brittany made a few inappropriate comments and as a proud ethnic person, I felt violated by this company. What kind of company is so heartless. I'll tell you COSTCO ROCKYVIEW. And if your looking for a company who gives great pay don't work here. McDonalds pays more. Costco is the cheapest company I've ever worked for.

This is one of my favorite Costco's. It usually isn't too busy, it has a nice lay out and the parking lot isn't a nightmare. You aren't waiting in line forever to check out and most items that I want are usually in stock. This can be a bit more hit and miss at some of the other Costco's.

Many language barriers and staff that doesn't care. Entertaining to watch staff confusion when approached by unhappy customers.

Mean Staff, Slow Lines, Arrogant Managers.
Each time I've gone in to buy one or two items I've politely asked a manager to either open a till or hire more staff.
I was told today ' we dont have express tills because it promotes shop lifting and we'd need to pay another staff member $17 an hour '.

I'm sorry, Guess Costco doesn't make enough money to hire a staff member to sit at a till and help people with 10 or less items.

Used to be a great place, but now has arrogant managers, staff that look like they hate their job and 20 minute line ups for 3 items.

Costco if you are going to bend me over each time I come in, at least don't charge me for a membership. I was bent over less when I was an Alter Boy

Thank you so much to Gary for helping my so easily book my eye exam and contact lens appointment, AND for getting me in so soon! Was seen for contacts a week and a half after my eye exam and thank you to Vicki for being so informative and helping during the actual fitting, even though I needed specialty lenses ordered! Even though they did not have the amount of pairs I needed for my trials, they did order them in Monday and they just called to tell me they have them in and it's only Thursday! These people are definitely good at what they do! Go see them!

We just got Royal treatment from the Optician at this Costco, wonderful lady. Thank you Becky! My next glasses will be bought at this store.

Costco is Costco is Costco, but if you play pokemon go, this is the place to go. Cluster spawns will keep your kids busy while you are shopping.

Surprisingly small for a new Costco built in an empty field. It's pretty busy but the size doesn't help. Lots of parking. The liquor staff are really nice. I think it was Micheal who helped us last and he was super friendly and upbeat. Try not to come here often cause they don't have the same selection as the ones in the city.

Super friendly staff and provided I strictly stick to my list (hard to do) a great place to save money for a family.

I have 5 because I love Costco. Can someone let me know why it takes 45 minutes to get one prescription done with 5 staffs working at the same time.

The manager refused to let me go through once, and pay for my membership next visit. Unacceptable andvrude

Everything is Great about this costco especially the staff is awesome. I've been to all the costco in calgary but this particular location is definately the best one.

My daughter got glasses from this location and was made to feel like s#*t with this whole experience. The older optometrist man that works there was rude and made my daughter feel bad. He took her prescription from her walked away and started to serve someone else, leaving her just standing there with no explanation. When he did come back and she asked for a pair of frames and he said no walked away agaiin. To top off this wonderful experience I went in to speak to this individual and he was not in, so I spoke to a manager who assured me this would be taken care of and her boss would be calling me. That was three weeks ago! Still waiting! Looks like Costco doesn't give a s#*t about customer s. Thank s for all your help. BWAHAAHAHAA! Thanks for letting a grown man bully a customer!

Costco is great in general but this location really shines. The parking stalls have tons of room, the layout is good. Always great deals and new products to check out. It can get insane during peak times, but I'm sure that is the same with all locations.

Minus one star for terrible gas bar placement, the line up block the entrance almost daily, minus one atar for pushy customer service, always trying to upsell memberships, and asking you to apply for their credit card, slightly annoying, i just want my groceries

Great Costco location. Easy to access from highway. Super busy though. There is never a time when this place isn't packed!
