Costco Wholesale

Costco stores are usually all the same but this one is in a league of it's own. Amazing parking lot that you don't see at most costcos and way more samples than anywhere else. You don't even need to pay $1.50 for a hot dog when you can fill up on the free samples. Best costco hands down!

Again, Costco and their ridiculous policies. I'm not a card holder but my spouse is. Went in today to simply exchange a pair of pants for the same pair only without a hole in them. Was told I couldn't do this and that I would have to return the item and repurchase it. Unfortunately, they require my wife to do this but as we live out of town, she was not with me. I was told that she would have to go in and do this but that it was likely that the same pair would not be there. Frustrated to say the least.

Fuel prices are the lowest so we always stop here. Tire center and gas station, lots of parking

Costco has a good selection of frozen fruit and berries. Mango, Mixes Berries, and Blueberries are delicious for a very affordable price.

Aggressive with the cards, wife used hers and they asked for my mothers as well at the till. When exiting they dug in out bags which I consider normal but didn’t do it to other people infront of us. Felt like it was a race thing.

It hasn't changed as much as other stores have. It was a very pleasant I had one of the guys said we should have more people you. I love to laugh to keep people happy. It has changed some they are moving things around and discontinued. Their prices are going up to the point that us lower income people can't afford anything.

Best Costco is Alberta, likely the country. We're so lucky to have Costco and actually be able to get into it.

This Costco used to be my favorite place to shop and get gas. After today though, I will never be back. I was so shocked when I stopped counting at 18 UNMASKED shoppers within moments upon entering the store.
When I spoke to the manager, he told me that Costco (not sure if all locations, but this one for sure) is not enforcing the Provincial Indoor Mask Mandate and shoppers only need to wear a mask if they want to.
I was told I could call the Medicine Hat By-Law Enforcement department if I wanted to. I did contact the Medicine Hat By-Law Enforcement department and was told that as there is no local mask By-Law in place, there was nothing they could do and they advised me to file a complaint with Alberta Health Services - which I did.
Needless to say I left the store, without purchasing anything and went to the Hill Safeway where they are complying with Provincial Indoor Mask Mandate.
Beyond disappointing to have this location be so reckless when Alberta and Medicine Hat are in a Covid Crisis!

Great, its costco, really wish they would stop playing musical chairs with the dog food though.

Same as any Costco. A wide variety of wholesale selections. Utilize their gas bar for cheaper gas. The food court always has fried food.

Awesome selection of liquor at the Costco in Lethbridge (yes Costco!) at awesome prices and you don't have to be a member!

Lately the salads have been well below expected quality. We frequently purchase Caesar salad or Greek salad and very unhappy. Yesterday was Greek salad. Inedible for the most part. Tomatoes, bell peppers were almost rotten. Looked good. Was made that day but so disappointing. Costco, you can do better.

Overwhelmingly positive experience at the Medicine Hat Costco, specifically in regards to social distancing and capacity limits.

Additionally, the membership desk and team member there was a joy to work with as we completed our registration.

The bakery department here was operating like a well oiled machine, and the quality of product was beyond what I expect.

They are still trying to do samples, but for the most part this isn’t possible with the Covid-19 restrictions.

I love Costco especially this one because the workers are very nice and respectful and it is best for buying bulk

What can i say its Costco everything is in bulk. My favorite product from here is the big bag of de-shelled Pistachios.

So much variety its almost difficult to find what you need (Organisation isn't the problem it's just the sheer mass of stuff) However I would prefer if the staff wasn't murderously intent on having your mask cover your whole face the entire time.

Omg can't go out and about the store without a mask because of covid but yet your hand dryers are disgusting and thought I would catch something way worse if I nb used them omg. This is just a few of the bathroom didn't get a chance to take anymore pics of the bathroom as someone decided to take a chance and use one of these machines and well all of the bacteria that would of been blown around I didn't want to take a chance of that blowing all over me. The backs of them and under were way worse just all around gross. Carts were not being cleaned as I could see everyone just grabbing the dirty ones outside. I have no idea how these places can be open when small business and restaurants can not and they are way cleaner.

This is the best place in medicine hat to buy bulk items like cashew nuts, chocolate, cookies, almonds, baby diapers, frozen chicken nuggets, chicken wings, coconut oil, shredded coconut, tooth pastes.etc in a good and cheaper prize.the barbecue chicken is really yummy and best in the city.the croissants are really awesome. I would greatly recommend costco.

Everything is good but the cashiers need to GENTLY put the stuff that customers bought into the shopping cart! They tossed my baking pan in the cart so loud I almost screamed at her today. Sometimes they break my eggs too. The manager should focus on this.

Always a good place to go, friendly and helpful staff, lines usually seem long but they go pretty quickly. Always see someone cleaning and keeping up with sanitation

Great bulk goods and food store with quality brands and reasonable prices! The go to for stocking up or family sized trips.

Extremely busy, customers are constantly walking all over the place, no traffic control- people will stop in the middle of the aisle and talk to people for ever n won't move when asked. Bought 300+ dollars worth of groceries and we had to carry it out by hand as they had no boxes, bags, anything. Its been a long time since I've shipped there and it will be a very long time before I go back

Costco should not endorse Elevon to do business with. Worst company ever. They been charging me for the last 20 months for a terminal I owned. They owe me $1117.00 in rental fees and refuse to refund me my money although they admitted it is their mistake.

Where do I even start.this store just tickles my funny bone in a special way.the smell just makes me so happy.if i were to spend a couple racks, this would be the first store i come to. I love you costco

The ice cream knocked me out of the park and the store was supper clean with very friendly staff. The hand dryer in the bathroom scared me but other than that I was very happy with the store.

Very big very clean store. They have extra staff wiping down the carts today. They have extra staff keep the food court extra clean. The staff are friendly and nice. I like there sales this week. The fries could have been hotter but everything else was good.

Got 4 x new tires. Everytime I've visited store I can honestly say I've not experienced anything short of quality service

Huge selection and fast working cashiers. Always friendly greeters at the entry and exit. Love it. I'd give 6 stars if I could

It has a liquor shop now! Kirkland brand vodka (the French, not American) is basically just Grey Goose for a better price ;)

They have started wiping your cart handles with sanitizer for you at the front door.

Very nice surprise today.

I had my black ink cartridge refilled and within a couple of weeks my printer was no longer printing. I had printed a couple of dozen sheets of paper. Apparently ink cartridge refills are the only thing that are not refundable because a person cannot prove how much they printed. Too bad I wasted $50!

Unbeatable prices, awesome quality produce! Best prices on milk butter, bread, and eggs. Why shop anywhere else? Seriously!

Great Costco but it's time for a second store for North Regina. Parking lot is packed and lines can be long despite best efforts of staff. Btw the staff have always been pleasant, helpful and friendly.

Great people coupled with Costco's products and prices = perfection. We used to lived near Vancouver and in comparison, the customer service is better than we have ever experienced in BC.

I like this Costco location. It never has lineup at the gas pump, always have parking available and as everything Costco has in other major big city center

We can't believe Costco doesn't close this location. Least busy of any we do business at. Always clean with helpful staff.

Its COSTCO. I try to avoid the Hurds at the Feed Troughs! But it's honestly consistently the quietest Costco I've ever visited.

Its Costco they are all the same as far as im concerned. Great value on bulk grocery items with a lot of other great things too.

We always love coming to Costco because theres always new and exciting products to try, the prices cant be beat, and the staff are exceptional! They make it such a great place to visit!

I like Costco. As a big family, we do a LOT of shopping at Costco. This one is nice for being able to wander around and look at things because it doesn't get as crazy busy as the Calgary locations.
