Great quality products at good price, except the line-up for gas is ridiculous, if your planning on filling up the tank then plan at least 15-20 mins to wait in the huge line running like a snake. Try to avoid going on weekends to escape the huge line inside store

Best Costco in Calgary. It's not too busy and there is a lot of space. I found everything I wanted

It's a love hate with Costco. I do love it, but I hate how every trip is $500 for us.

Crazy busy but everyone was nice and the gentleman telling people which teller to go to picked an especially quick line.

Costco is always a great place to shop. However, I noticed that I was able to get some cheaper groceries elsewhere.
There are lots of handi parking spots. But still not enough.

Staff were friendly and the store was clean and organized. The items I was looking for were in stock. The meat counter had some fantastic steak.

Very good experience at this Costco location. Pharmacy is very organized and educational. Customer service is awesome. The guy at the auto center that put air in my tire was exceptional

Despite going first thing on a weekday the place was a zoo. The line up for the gas pumps wove through the parking lot making it challenging to get out. Inside the store was was organized and it was very quick to get through the checkout. One of the better Costco locations in the Calgary area. Relatively easy access off the highway.

The staff is great there had a great time exploring and yeah I am got what I was looking for and then some thank you all at Costco

This particular Costco is always full, no matter what time you go, so if you can skip it and go to another one go, even if is not your closest option, you'll save time

I am a PROUD Costco member. I have spent so much money over the years at Costco but it has been worth every penny. My husband jokingly said that if I ever pass away he’s going to build a statue of me in front of Costco. I do not mess around when I say I go to Costco almost every week. So many products here are high quality and very reasonably priced. When we recently began looking for our first home I began stocking up on household items and slowly accumulated almost everything we needed most of it from Costco. I had a very recent positive experience when I returned a thermostat that I had bought for my home because it simply wasn’t compatible with my furnace. The gentlemen that assisted me was quick and did not give me a hard time at all. I’ve been given a hard time when I made returns at the East Hills and 32nd NE location for no reason before but my experience at the Sarcee location was phenomenal. I LOVE Costco.

There is NO GOOD reason to shop here anymore! I pay to shop in your store without significant advantage, I'll present my membership card upon entry to the store, present the card while checking out and be subjected to other checks on exit like I've gone into the store to go rob!

Considering withdrawing my membership and shop where there is peace of mind!

Parking is a hassle here. Long lineups at the costco gas station and the costco management thinks this is none of their business. What a narrow mindset. They think they pay their staff well so they are like some god who deserves worship

I was at the customer service to update my memership, 2021 Oct 25th around 8~8: 30pm, there was a lady and a guy (early 50th and tall, blond or brown hair with glasses) helping customers, it was my turn however, he ignored and helped customers in other line. I never had this bad experience at Costco. I wish I could choose a cashier too!

Who doesn't love the variety and items at costco! Just be mindful of retail pricing on certain items as they are not always the cheapest even though they call themselves wholesale.

Extremely packed and the line-ups were too long (even the self-serve check outs were too long). I get that this is a long weekend so I look forward to coming back when it is less busy.

Great staff that's friendly and extremely helpful when you're lost, which lets be honest, isn't that hard to be in Costco:)

HORRIBLE food court.placed my order ten minutes later my number was called. Attendant asked if I wanted to continue waiting for pepperoni pizza or just want cheese instead. I said I would wait. Then she angrily asked if I wanted my ice cream and drink now. I said "No thanks I don't want my ice cream to melt but I could take my drink now. " She handed me my cup and rudely said "okay, but you can't drink this inside". Immediately after giving my my cup she put a sunday on the counter of the flavor I ordered, I assumed it was for someone else. Considering I had declined having mine until my entire order was ready. NOPE!

8 minutes later my number was called and I was given the same melted away ice cream sunday that sat on the counter for 8 minutes. What kind of customer service is that, I'm not even allowed a sip of my drink as I wait 18 minutes for my order? Then I recieve a melted sunday topped off with a rude attitude from the attendant each interaction. The fact that I pay a membership to shop at a place where the staff can't even be kind to customers has made me reconsider my renewal.

I’ve shopped at different Costco stores in different cities. This Costco has some of the very rude staff and don’t respect people. One staff (guy) was working as the ‘guard’ checking receipt asked me why the mini cucumber plastic bag was open. First of all, pls go check all the bagged mini cucumbers on shelf and they are probably all open coz the zip doesn’t close. And maybe count how many cucumbers in each bag so you know the numbers and then can precisely check your customers? Secondly, I had a cart of paid merchandise worth over $250 and you asked me why a $5 bag of cucumbers is open. Very ridiculous and would not shop at this store anymore…

The worst costco in North America is in Calgary. Significanfly different from other well managed costco. Calgary's worst costco is in beacon hill. They save money and labor in everything. Only one staff collect the cart. But cart are already everywhere. On drive way, on side walk, even pull to someone's vehicle by the strong wind. I promise that the situation is much better than during the weekend. I almost couldn't find the way to drive in. For the promotion item, I couldn'tfind the price. They may fort it, but I stay here for one hour.no guys work for that. When I checked out, no staff work here. There should be 2/3. I couldn't understand why costco in Calgary is so terrible.

The gas station layout is the worst. There is always a long line up that goes all the way to the four way stop because people just sit at the entrance and wait to see which line would be faster. They need to have an attendant direct traffic. Also there is multiply points where people try to cut the line, they need to have only one way into the gas station.

I went to beacon hill location Costco to get the day pass because I was using my gift card and the customer service was very rude her name was Harleen. Which she was saying I’m not allow to come to the store and buy. As she said “oh I saw you last week why you came again”. No respect to a customer and doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. Just a waste of time. Teach her some discipline then hire her in a store. 0000 for Harleen’s customer service rate.

One of the most busy Costco in Calgary. If you go, go early and mid day the weekend is like a zoo in there.

Reliable, quick, and easily laid out. I really like the new self scans if you only have a couple of items.

BUT THE PHARMACY wow this was not the first time I tried to get help there. You walk up to the window that says Customer Assistance and NOTHING ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

So if you have a prescription, and you have Coverage then I wouldn’t waste my time at this location

A good place to buy in bulk. I visit at leas twice a month.

Just that you can't keep to a budget when you come here. But you get what you want

Had a great hair experience at frenchie's. Excellent personalized service! Also picked up some tasty treats at Brio Bakery.

Super busy, at least 25 person line up to get to a cashier that had a 3 to 4 person line up. I thought a Monday afternoon wouldn't be that busy, but it was. Costco gas station even busier. But their prices are very good.

I came looking for flooring and was dreading loading up 50 of them but I was so lucky that Moody was there to help me. He offered his help without me even asking! He said come back in 5 mins and he will have it all ready for me. He made my trip so much easier and everything went smoothly! Thank you so much Moody!

This my 1st time writing a review because the cashier Kessendra made me do it. She was extremely rude, Mean, lousy and unprofessional and I never experienced anything like this at any Costco. In a retail business you respect everyone the same regardless of where they come from or skin ETC.
She gave my 90cents change back all in Nickles while she had Quarters in the till.

Still no vegan hot dog or vegan ice cream options in their cafeteria, why? It's in all the American Costco's now - catch up!

Whith a little self- control a place to find most of what we eat and what we need for our place

Costco itself is always great but this one has, hands down the absolute worst parking lot and gas bar in the city. It's always a cluster of incompetent drivers.

We shopped this Costco numerous times and 99% times we have really nice experience here, that's why I can't give a bad score here. But recently we a bad experience that I need to post it to have more people be careful on this.

We paid by cash with one $100 bill and two $20 bills, total $140. However the cashier only ring in $130. We went back with receipt and question about it she insist that she only received a $100 bill and two $5. That's impossible cos we don't have any $5 bill in our pocket at all. She doesn't explain more and give back $10.

I mean if possible I would love to have the camera record or surveillance record to check what happened there. We don't want to treat anybody wrong, but just want to ask a fairness.

If you want to pay cash in this Costco, you definitely want to make sure they got the bill right.

There should be a separate line up to pick up orders. Totally defeats the purpose of buying online

This one is a busier costco so plan accordingly. It could be hard to find a parking spot depending on the time and day. But overall good selection and people just like any other location

Everyone loves Costco. What not everyone knows is how incredible their fries are. After a long shop with the family.this is a great place to fill up on before heading home. Prices are super fair.and the food is actually quite delicious. I always try and get a slice or something before leaving. Especially if shopping late, it's convenient and quick to eat and not worry about messing up your kitchen. Recommended to anyone who's shopping and needs a quick bite!

You get you're usual benefits from Costco here. It is 100% busy almost all the time in this location. Regardless staff are friendly and helpful with whatever questions or help you may need.

One of our four dogs found my hearing aids. They dissapeard for a few days. When we finally found them the speaker domes were chewed the plastic string retainer was completely gone and the wires to the speakers were bitten but still functional.

When I brought them into Costco I explained what happened to them. A Costco technician replaced the retaining string and domes... Plus they even replaced the speakers and wire to the hearing aids. My hearing aids are as good as new now. I will be sure to keep them out of the young dogs reach. (I think it was the youngest one, Georgie, who chewed them).

The quality of products is very good. The workers are nice and kindly. So, I strongly recommended to go there.

It's Costco, and it seems the same as every other Costco. I am greatful the front line workers here who have to deal with all of those anti maskers, who make their lives harder. Despite them having to deal with all of that, they are super polite and helpful. Don't know how they're so able to keep a positive attitude. They all deserve a raise.

Love to shop here. A staff member went out of her way to help. Busy place. Could not find gloves although their stock indicated 49 boxes inn store.

Busier than any other Costco in the city.
Traffic is always bad.

Short queue upon entry which moved pretty quickly. The attendants could use a little more smiles on their faces. Guess they were tired and cold.
Smooth shopping experience

Large Costco with a great variety of produce and dry goods. Clean, everyone was wearing masks, and distancing well. The welcoming staff and the checkout staff were a little high strung and not overly polite, otherwise a great place for all your needs. I understand the stress they're under due to the pandemic but it didn't seem like the type of experience you'd get at any given Costco.

Some of the employees are absolutely lovely but some are just downright awful and rude. There are no food or drinks allowed in the store but there are no signs anywhere and the people who checked our memberships didn't say a thing. Some short middle aged blonde costco employee rudely came up and yelled at us in the rudest tone. There are no signs and nobody told us. It was "Uh NO! There's NO drinks allowed! Now throw it out or leave! " She made a scene by yelling so other customers were staring at us. Consider putting up signs or asking employees to be nicer instead of screaming at customers who broke rules they didn't know existed.

The employee in the entrance 12: 30pm was not giving priority for health care workers even the website state that they give priority to healthcare employee as of dec 19,2020. I will not renew my membership ever again because of the treatment and because the prices aren’t better than superstore.

My entire family got food poisoning from the food court fried chicken that we ate on Saturday, December 26. I'm never ordering food from this Costco again!

Went to Costco at 3: 00pm today

Purchased a case of tomato sauce and when I got home, found every can but one dented in the case.
Returned to Costco to replace the case, I asked to exchange the case but the service rep said Costco only provides refunds. After the bazillion lineups I had just went through, I was told I had to go back into the line to go into the store to replace the tomato sauce. The line was 50 plus people.

What the actual f**k?

It was always great to shop at Costco but always disappointed with Costco mobility that long lines up and complex processes that almost each client takes 30-45 minutes. Mobility processes should be redefined specially in Covid-19 time

Using the new restrictions as a way to boost membership enrolment. Tried going with my partner and was told the only way they would let us both in is if we both signed up for separate memberships. Only go if you’re going completely alone or have two separate memberships or you will be turned away at the door after standing outside waiting to get in with no warning that this is required now.

Avoid the cell phones, is my only advice. My friend said it would be at least 2 years before the phone would start to slow down and need replacing. Short, but I said I could live with that. 3.5 months in and it struggles with wifi, freezes all the time, and a bunch of other stuff. Going to buy a proper phone on Monday. On top of all that, I know we're all under the impression that they have the best customer policies, but that's simply not true.at least not with cell phones. The price for the phone dropped by $60 3 days after I bought it, but they said they would only match if there were more than 5 of them still in stock.
