Typical big box setup, but always clean and well stocked. Cashier staff was very helpful and pleasant.

It is a good store and well stocked. Likely the hardest one in Edmonton region to find a parking spot in

Costco is great if you're a 40 year old parent with a bunch of kids and a lot of free time, otherwise the cost of the huge portions is no better than any other stores with normal portions. I only had the card for gas but if I go after work there's so many cars trying to get into the gasbar from 5 directions that traffic backs up all the way into the STREET INTERSECTION. Why don't you just switch the EXIT and ENTRANCE of the gasbar by reversing the direction of the cars through the pumps? You wouldn't even have to change any infrastructure but you would reduce the chances of an accident immediately. The other day I saw a store employee harrassing a teenager who was shopping in the store with her parent's card. If I had to accompany my household to Costco any time they want to buy something, I'd wouldn't bother having the membership.

I cannot stand the horrible members here wish there was some sort of vetting process so "a holes" can't get memberships

Called 40 mins before driving out there.
The guy said they had the product I was looking for reassuring me multiple times only to get there and thst product hadn't been there for a few days. Definitely not shopping there no more.

Somebody needs to remind the door lady with short grey hair that she doesn’t work for the TSA and that her job to check Costco membership cards upon entry is really not that serious. She actually stopped to give me an unsolicited rant about how I need a card to ENTER the store. I was with my partner. We share the card. We live together. Should I have brought my passport and SIN card with me as well? What if I was going in to get my own membership? Dude this was unreal. Go outside and get some Sun. Maybe go get a beer. Lady, you aren’t Gandalf. You need to relax on your ideas of who shall pass. This Costco is usually decent but this experience has made me realize you guys suckkkkk. I see there are also other reviews about similar instances. If you want to decide who can enter and be taken seriously, go work at Hudson’s.

This is one of the best Costcos in my opinion. I drive here instead of going to Edmonton's east side Costco. Not much said about that. It's fast and lots of parking, I prefer to park at the farthest part of the parking lot with plenty of space. They do have a downside amd that is the gas bar, it's more expensive than the other Costcos, don't know why but that doesn't make much sense.

This location is excellent! Even on a Saturday one can shop and checkout without waiting in long lineups.

Mobile section lady was very aggressive and rude. She gave me zero information about store deals and promotions. She was pretending to be a store Manager. I don’t think so she could be a store manager with this much arrogance and aggressive attitude!

Worst customer service at wireless centre. What a waste of time and that lady Sarah at wireless section was very aggressive with least information. She said she is a manager there. If managers are like that arrogant and rude at this than how would be other employees of this location!

I have had so many staff go above and beyond the last couple of days! I find the staff at the Sherwood Park warehouse to be very kind and helpful well done to the team! You are making a difference and I appreciate you!

The prices are great. Can't be beat. For some things it's a mega box or nothing so don't look for small. It was crowded but except for some "power shoppers" people were kind.

Apparently some people took think they can take their masks off once they get in.not impressed. Miss the food kiosks but I understand why they aren't open.

The tire centre are losers and liars they give you an appointment and they make you wait 3 hours and they lie about the time it's going to take and they keep adding time

Parking lot. Gas lines. Check out lines All very frustrating. I dread going there.
I wish they would consider multi level parkade for vehicles with pedestrian bridges to building. Would sure help alot and safer for sure

Parking lot is too small for parking the bigger pickup trucks. Other than that e erythj g was great.

Easier in and out than most Costco’s in terms of shopping experience. However…. The gas bar could use much better organization. Even when you aren’t trying to fill your tank, the entrance to the parking lot and main entrance is often blocked by those trying to fill up at the gas bar, so getting in and parking can be quite an issue where you’re backed up onto the main drag!

Love the amazing deals and the Hot dog stand on the way out makes a busy shopping day worth it at the end of it all.

No better retailer than membership-required Costco. Cleanest bathrooms. Great ️ prices (but no diesel). For only $5 a month, you too can wander for hours and come out with anywhere from $10 - $500 worth of groceries and car parts. The membership pays for itself just thru gasoline. If you haven’t yet joined, ask a friend or relative (who is already a member) to refer you, you’ll both get goodies. Also, $1.50 Polish sausage and?

I have never been to this kind of store before.
It was not a Walmart and definitely worth the membership.

First time I visted that place and experienced racism.
There were big lines on all tills and I just had one box of baby formula so I went to the lane which was going to be open and I was the first person waiting there but suddnely one lady probably there supervisor came and said we will serve the other peoples first waiting in the other lanes although cashier was calling me but that lady told me to go back in any other line.

The best retail store that i go to. Has the cheapest products with high quality. Membership is worth it, as you can enjoy the unlimited returns of items in case you changed your mind.

It's a nightmare getting in and out of the parking lot. Forget about getting gas at lunch.the lineups are ridiculous and block every aisle in the parking lot.

Large selection just watch pricing as sometimes your local shop will have smaller quantities at better prices.

Stopped for gas, and it seemed every second or third car was being driven by someone who's never been to Costco gas or maybe a gas station ever? The line up was so incredibly frustrating. The whole process took about 15 minutes and 14 of that was waiting in line. It was two o'clock on a Tuesday

Karen in checkout was horribly rude. I know the pandemic makes things people grumpy, but this was the single worst checkout experience of my life. May 30,2021.

Normal Costco, as to be expected. Unfortunately the layout of where the gas bar is placed leads the line right into the parking lot entrance causing long lines and congestion. Would be better experience with better layout. Always try to come in from the northern entrance to avoid this

Worst experience ever from a costco wireless centre! With only one customer being taken care at the counter for the past 45 minutes, the lady at the counter has no motivation or courtesy to us waiting in the line for more than 45 minutes. She just jokes and laughs and what not with the customer but doesn't seem like doing what she is supposed to do.
3 people ahead of us already quit and gone watching this show! We drove 2 hours to just buy a phone and we can't go back wasting a trip.
Never ever come back to Sherwood park costco for wireless.

Last min stop before heading home. Was not busy around noon was so nice! Staff was very helpful a fre different staff had asked if I need help finding anything! Haven't had that in soooo long. Very pleasant visit today.

Fast lineups, quick and friendly cashiers. Everything you need for a one stop shop.
Just parking can be a bit of an issue most of the times we go here.

We live on the north side of edmonton but we go to this cosco it's so much better then the one on 50st

Watched staff berate a little old lady at the checkout who could hardly walk about not wearing a mask and then carried on to hear them all talking about her behind her back like she was some kind of disgusting insect. I have my opinions about the mask thing and i understand its Costco's right to request we wear them but this was totally uncalled for and demeaning have some respect.

Store is not busy, but lineups are long because they're washing the conveyor belts in between customers.

Simple review, buy there membership get in and have fun spending, have great deals on food but sometimes you can get a bag size that is way to big.

Long lineup but fast moving. Parking is lots but can fill up. Doing a great job managing the despite Agenda 21 being forced upon us.

Not going to lie half the reason I have my card is for the food court, but the other half is their actual good Kirkland catfood and good prices

Busy AF. I hated the line ups but liked some of the deals. And of course you can't sample anything. That must be a dull job, standing beside products that you can't offer to have people try. Here, look at this box, isn't it colorful! Now buy a pallet of them.

Best Costco in the greater Edmonton area. Always clean, quick lines if you go early. Very busy this time of year (Dec). Parking lot is the worst. Bad layout and awful drivers. Doesn't help with carts walking down the middle of the road. (Just dumb)

Insanely busy. All. The. Time. Aim for off peak hours or expect long line ups at gas, checkout, everywhere. All the usual Costco stuff, good return policy, etc.

Fun fact: even if decide against the cake you just purchased, you can return it. The downside? They throw it out immediately. So wasteful, Costco.

Purchased a bag of cfp red delicious apples (product of Canada) only to realize the bag had been tampered with. Someone with a black sharpie wrote on the apple skin. A Costco employee? An employee of CFP? Regardless, am wondering if we should throw the bag out.

Typically a less busy Costco so it is a good stop for a quick in and out purchase. They have the retail, tires, gas bar and liquor at this location. Just off of Highway 16 so this is an easy stop for people from surrounding communities East of Edmonton.

I actually hate the crowds, but until a proper competitor comes along I'll keep going to restock the canteen at work.

Love Costco, first you have all the electronics for men and jewelry for women what more can you ask for.

I have to say I'm pretty impressed. Shopped on a Sunday, the week before Christmas (11: 30am) and it wasnt that bad actually. The parking lot was insane. You had to look pretty hard for a spot. I cant believe nobody gets run over at the front entry to the building with all the bodies and vehicles.
Inside it was busy of course but doable. The checkout is where it typically sends a shopper over the edge. But today was good. All tills were open so that's a plus and helps with moving the mob out the door. They even had a staff member directing traffic to get people into the shortest line and keeping the centre main isle from getting log jammed as you approached the tills. Took nearly a decade to address this weak spot but maybe someone, somewhere has been thinking about this stuff. Crazy.

Huge parking lot but you will still have a hard time finding good parking during the day on a Saturday. What else do you need someone to say? It's Costco they have everything you want and in bulk at such a good price that it is well worth the inconvenient location since it really isn't close to most Sherwood park housing. Worth the trip.

I shop here at least once a month for groceries or every other month for other items such as books, clothes, bottled water, my favourite water is their Alo water! I have only gone in a couple of times and come out with only 3 items or less. I will start at one end and walk through the entire store hoping that they have stocked something new and I can use. I mean, who doesn’t want a new book, or some work jeans or ratchet straps for the truck! Get ready to drop some serious money here, I usually average $200-3X a year. Mind you, I usually split my haul with my mum on the cleaning supplies and such. Love this place, one of my favourites for sure. Only downside, parking lot is always busy, drive slow but their gas prices are fantastic! Worth the wait, average about 10 minutes in the gas line ups. I will never stop shopping here.

This Costco hosts the Salvation Army kettle fundraiser every year and regularly collects the most donations of all the locations in the Edmonton area. It is fantastic to see Costco support the local community like this!

Went to costco clareview branch and I saw the ipad mini is on promotional price $509.99 less $130. Very good deal but unfortunately, they don't have anymore. So I asked the associate to check which store still have stock, they send me in this location. We drove to this location right away and when I went inside I grab the ipad mini card andwas about to goto the cashier to pay, the guy working there saw me and told me that it's sold out. I was like, really? 13minutes just pass and they're all sold out and he told me that he was there to remove all the cards hanging. I think there are still 10 cards. (The card is the one you will show to the cashier for them to scan since the real ipad is not on the floor, it's in there stock room).
I asked the guy too that how come there are still lots of cards display and you don't have anymore stocks? You should put the same quantity of the items and cards on the floor.
The guy gave me lots of alibis for me to believe him. And then this happened, I saw an associate bought the ipad mini to Jayson.
Jayson is the one who told the guy associate who is helping me that everything are sold out.
I did not leave the place because I know they're hiding something.
I told the guy, how come he just bought an ipad mini? (I am pointing to the employee that is probably on his day off because he is not wearing a uniform) And then all of a sudden he was like "okay i will check again if still have some". He went to the stock room and told me "actually we still have some.
Jeez! I was so disappointed with this location!
I bought the ipad mini to them but very disappointed because I have to asked them so many questions. They should've given it to me in the first place. Hold is not allowed for customers as well. But they are hiding for themselves! And I am a VIP member but did not feel being a VIP here in this location!

A typical Costco for items. Bought winter tires a year ago and the spring changeover was not too bad. Winter changeover is a completely different experience. Booking is currently into the second week in December unless you do what I had to endure this morning which is get up by 4: 30am, arrive at Costco before 5am, grab a numbered cone, come back to Costco at 6am to be checked into the tire department and then wait for just over 2 hours to have them put on. They were already mounted on rims and they just had to check the pressure and put them on. BTW this was on a Saturday which is my only day to sleep in so not happy with this changeover thing.

I went to this Costco today with my friend. She had her moms costco card and since we are 17 we are not able to have our own. We figured it would be fine considering her mom pays the fee just like everyone else (my mom does as well). However, we were stopped at the door by an older lady and she told us that we needed her mom to be there in order for us to enter. We were only planning on getting food from the food court and we informed her of this. She said that we needed her mother to be there so we could go inside. This would have made sense if we didn't have a card, but we did. Other Costco's have always let us go inside with the card. It might just be this lady's bitter attitude, but I know for sure that we will not be going back there.

Return lines can be a bit lengthy but what can you expect!

Great Costco inside! It’s always always very busy no matter what time you go as well as the gas pump. These gas pumps are a lot smaller and fewer than other Costco locations. There’s always a huge lineup for gas at the most random times so be prepared!

This Costco is well organized, check outs are quick and their inventory is always stocked. The only hiccup is the dairy freezer room. There isn't enough room in there to take your shopping cart. And then there becomes a line up of carts outside the freezer as people go in which you have to navigate through. It's just such a high congestion area in the store.

The Hearing Aid Center did an amazing job from start to finish. I came to this location as the Edmonton South side location was unable to help me at all, the day I started to make inquiries and I'm glad I did! If there were more stars than 5, I would give them.
