Parking lot in costco is the best. Either is busy or not in your location, you’re sure to get plenty of space for your vehicle and not worry about people denting your car.
I love the food samples. It’s a good advertisement technique.

It's great! Bought a pair of glasses and when I go the invoice it was lass than half of what I was expecting. I bought 2 pairs.

Costco's membership is why to high for any single person or even 2 people. Besides who wants 6 lbs of pork chops for 20 dollars when you can buy 2 chops for 6 dollars when you can spend money on other things you need. Today you have to watch how much you spend save the membership cost of 1 hundred dollars or more and save at Walmart. When it comes to saving money at the gas pumps what is 7 cents when you have to wait in line for an hour. To me time is money, you spend 2 hours waiting to save 28 cents on a gallon of gas spending 150 in gas waiting. That doesn't make any sense but then who said people were smart from the membership fee to waiting in line to save 1 dollar. Go to Petro can save your time and money picking up what you need at Walmart getting home an hour earlier. If you're as smart as you think you are figure it out your membership cost you more than you saved.

Best gas prices in town but worst traffic management. It actually causes the customers delays due to the lineup for gas pumps.
They should revisit the flow of traffic to control the congestion issue as a business.

The amount of traffic and people in the store is getting ridiculous year-by-year management services, not able to keep up and from the second you’re in the store to the second you walk out of the store be prepared to show your IDs and membership almost every single corner of the store! (Not over exaggerating)

From the second you walk in to a random member walking past you, When you’re trying to stand in the checkout lane, before they start scanning your items and then, once again when you pay for your item. And of course your reception before you leave the store.

The amount of interaction you have to do with employees just to prove you paid a membership fee to be here increasing every single time. Making the overall buying experience go down.

Great place to go but if you want gas go real early or real late as sometimes it's just not worth it, great food court but with covid it's only take out.

This Costco seems to be like most others, albeit older. It's arranged differently than the others I frequent most, so I felt lost. The 4th star is for the gasoline station.

The lineups for gas are insane. I wish Costco would design their gas pump facility to accommodate the amount of customers. They should have their gas pumps further away from the store and more of them.

I like costco. I just spend more than I planned. Everytime! Lol
Update, be very aware of prices! I've found that food has gone up 1 to 2 dollars! Fresh veggies for example 1 to 2 dollars for sure! So I thinking I'll have to go to Walmart for smaller quantities so I don't waist as much. For big family's is different. But for one person.

Dont park near the gas station. The manager here is useless at organizing the parking issues. Even after an online complaint where he called and said the next day they were making changes.lies.still a mess. Shop inside is well kept

Nice store. A little smaller than some stores and organized a little different, but still a great place to shop. We'll stocked and friend staff.

Big and large Costco wholesale might have it all and possibly in bulk. Huge warehouse with even bigger inventory form Electronics, clothes, food, cleaning supplies, tires and way more. Great for every time of year with every changing stock.

For the first time in months there was a rather small line up for the gas station.unfortunately we sat 40 minutes through a couple days ago so i did not need fuel

Truthfully I love this Costco such nice staff and great customer service but why my rating is so low is because the gas station is so stupidly placed and there’s no rules for the people who are in line up for gas, they block entrances and exits and there’s no way to get in or out, I feel the traffic should be controlled cause it’s so dangerous and hazardous

The tire center people called but didnt leave a message that they were actually done with our tires in just 20 minutes when they said about 1-130 mins. I thought the call was thar they were looking for the key of the tires and could not find it but then eventually found it thats why they did not leave a voicemail. I waited for their call more than 2 hours walking around the store with my newborn hungry. All of the costvco tire center iv been, when they missed a call they leave a message! Thats not so hARD TO DO.

Went for membership and tires appointment, very smooth and easy. Great guy from the tire department, called to tell me it's ready.

An average Costco. Horrible gas bar design, line all the way to the main road blocking access to the parking to the store. Not my favourite Costco in the city to visit.

It's costco, shove the kids in the cart and go! Bribe your kids with concession food to behave. Win win for everyone, just go when it's not busy.

The east hills location is my personal favorite as its always clean and everything is displayed well!

I contacted this store by phone for a specific item that I had been having a hard time finding and was lucky enough to chat with Patrick. Not only did he help me with what I was looking for, he had it waiting for me at self check out when I arrived. It was just such a warm touch and so above and beyond anything I could have ever expected (especially for an insanely busy store like Costco)

Patrick also heard me mention that I needed a shed and as I went over to look at it, he was waiting with one of his colleagues near the aisle to help me. They even helped me back to my truck and helped me load it.

I was just floored by the royal treatment I got today. It was a long drive into town but it was so worth it. I will never forget this experience and hope the folks that helped me know how appreciative I am.

Enjoyed being there very much. The store was very clean. The staff was pleasant and friendly. Will definitely return. Checkout was efficient.

Seems like a smaller store but maybe because it was so busy. Huge line ups but lots of check outs open and there is a self check out lane.

The rhubarb cherry crumble- someone forgot to read the recipe! The rhubarb is supposed to be cooked down first. Not left raw. Would NOT recommend.

Unacceptable for not just customers but paying members, Especially when some members are trying to get by. For 1.3kg of meat at $22.99 a kg why do I have to pay for the. 266kg of hidden fat that isn’t pleasant to eat.

I use to like coming to this Costco, but today, they were very lacking in a lot of ways. Sign on the door said a maximum of 330 people (or around there somewhere). And seeing as the store was packed, I am pretty sure there were more than that. Had a cashier at the self checkouts that had no idea what they were doing, and every item we scanned needed them to do something, so it was scan and item, and wait, scan an item and wait. Produce was horrible and the store was a lot messier that I have seems Costco in a while. I will need to bother going back here except for diesel fuel as this is one of the few Costco's that have it

East hill location is most visited.
Everything easy to find.
Neat and clean.
Nice staff.
My favorite place to go for groceries and other stuff for my household needs.
Groceries stays fresh longer then other random stores to buy veggies fruits etc.
Good quality product.
Past 15 years costco is my favorite for one stop shopping for my family needs.

Apparently asking a simple question to the front door staff means the staff can snap at you. I almost didn't buy a new membership. The guy at customer service was very helpful and nice though. He won my business back. I was disappointed in the lack of covid control when it came to spacing out shoppers. There were extra steps they could have taken. Prices suck like everywhere else. It's definitely not a one stop shop. When an item is on sale it's a good deal. The hot food at the tills is worth all the bad customer service and frustration.

Plenty of options. 5 stars for pharmacy, wellness, electronics and auto winter preparation to name a few.

Extremely organized and sanitary and as an extra courtesy to customers, they have a white board right at the store entrance that shows whether they have paper towel and toilet paper and lysol wipes. So awesome. 10/10

It's a Costco like most other Costcos. You need a membership card to buy most stuff and you need to know your prices before you go.

This Costco is always one of the cleaner Costco's. They manage the flow of customers really well they have signs up and sanitization stations up throughout the store

This location has people thst help you to pack your stuff and is no super crowded like other locations in the city.

The warehouse in Beacon Hill has established new COVID protection measures as of Nov 15. They are working well.

Love going to this Costco location! It's well organized, tidy and clean. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

What you'd expect from any other Costco. Nothing out of the ordinary. Still a reasonable place to shop if you know what to expect or prefer to shop bulk.

Fantastic customer service, clean store esscepically during covid 19 and lots of so I L distancing in the store

I'm seriously an addict and sometimes come twice a week it's amazing the things you can find that you have walked past a hundred times but not noticed until today.

I know the world has changed and we are now living in a time where it might even be irresponsible to just go to Costco for only two or three things but Costco has been very socially distanced and focused on being clean since the very beginning and they deserve huge kudos for this. If the lockdown comes again I will only go when necessary but I really enjoy walking around here and discovering new things and finding deals.

Fair variety of items but convenient wholesale amounts and prices. Fun seasonal change of items

Dave was really helpful he showed me a bee lap top that was coming soon to Costco and that if I could wait it would be worthwhile to wait for it.

Costco is great for buying large amounts! Thwy have a great selection and good deals. Be prepared for long lines and soensing money though cant ever seem to leave the store spending less than 300 dollars!

I love Costco. If you have the pantry and freezer space, it can be cheaper to buy in bulk. That just saves you from shopping as often and frees other time up. The food is high quality. They are the last retailer to offer long term unconditional return guarantee. If you buy a product from them that has a 1 year manufacturers warranty, Costco will still take it back a few years later!

Costco as a whole is good. This location is madness at all times of the day every day of the year, get ready to be nearly run over both by carts and cars as soon as you enter the parking lot, do not let your guard down until you are at least a kilometer away from this loony bin.

Great deals, great selection. As usual, very crowded. Would prefer that they police the parking lot a bit more. There were several cars parked illegally, causing traffic jams and dangerous situations.

So my first time, all i can say is holy cow Its quite the place. For families it is cheaper than most grocery stores, for us single people the amounts are to large. I nearly fell over when I saw they sold Burberry bags, If I was going to buy a higher end purse it wouldn't be from Costco. All in all pretty wild place.

Terrible customer service. The worst Costco in the city. Will never shop there again. Cashier didnt greet us talked down to us so we walked out without our food. Will never shop there again. Will not ever renew membership!

I was there to upgrade my Costco membership to Executive member and pick up some tires for my truck. I did everything with everyone being very helpful and one of the managers in the tire section went above and beyond to help me. I switched up my rims, so i picked new ones up that day, the same day I bought new tires. Left them so they could get mounted on the new rims and tomorrow I'm going in early to get them put on my truck nice and quick. I'm also a new member and so far i'm loving my Costco experience!

By far the worst Costco I've been too. I'd rank a negative for customer service if I could. The last 2 times I was there I've had to wait in line for exceptionally long. The first time was cause a customer brought a photocopy of a Costco card and the teller didn't know what to do. Then I was there on Jan 4th and that was worse.first I waited because they did a till person switch, (that's normal) but I also had a jubilations voucher. The teller hollered to the supervisor who was talking to another worker, it didn't seem urgent.he acknowledged the holler to go get the voucher and walked to the room I thought the vouchers were in, then I waited.then he came out of the room with no voucher.then I waited more time.then I asked the teller again and she hollered at the supervisor once more. He acknowledged once more, and went nonchalantly to get the voucher. He brought it to me in no rush and I told him how disappointed I was in the service at that Costco. He said "that's too bad" and offered NO APOLOGY. This is not customer service at all.

They said this is the busiest Costco in the world. Too busy. Hard to find parking. Best selection and merchandise. Pharmacy services are fair at best but liwest price in town. Not very effecient pharmacy front staff snd services very basic. Go to Superstore to get gas, cheaper and no line up.

What I really love about this place is that they have lots of healthy options at sweet prices. Cut oats, real peanut and pecan butter, Japanese matcha, etc. Love it.

Myself and my family went there on wednesday December 5 around 5: 00 pm for shoping as i used to go at least once a week to costco, unfortunatly one of those girls who works on the demo offered us to try those samples of veggie burguer and kind of enforcing us to buy the veggie burguer, finaly we tried it and i wish i didn't listen to her because i felt something happend to my stomach, 2 hours later my wife and i start vomiting, throug up and lots fever and we couldn't sleep till 6 am in the morning, the second went to the medical clinic to see the doctor, unfortuntly he said, it's a food poison, i was so upset because my wife and i was sufering all night and the second day was really bad as well. I talked with the manager (Cory) and his assistant (Brandin), so of course they said nothing wrong with food and they're trying to stay away feom the problem and not takin it seriously, but i contacted Cory and send the email back and forth and finaly told me he send the claim to costco inssurance company, now am still waiting to see what they can do with the claim.bad customer service and scared to buy and eat anything from costco.i don't recommend those guys at all.

Are you really reading a review of costco? It has everything. It has great prices. It's busy and you won't spend less than $100 while there, try as you might.

I'm only going to give the store a 3 star review. They have great staff and the store is usually well stocked. The problem with this store is it's one of the busiest Costco's in the world so no matter when you go there it takes forever to get through the line ups! I'm going to start going the the one on stoney and 17th ave SE.

This is for their tire centre and customer service. After trying unsuccessfully to reach the tire centre (they never answer the phone, no matter what time you call), I found that I could (at least I thought I could) make an appointment online, however, after filling out numerous fields, it asked me if I'd ordered my tires (I bought tires from them back in the spring and just need my winters put back on), so I clicked on "I have not purchased tires". I got a pop-up saying I needed to phone (the same number that never answers) to ensure they have tires in stock. To bypass this, I chose a date of purchase, but then it asked me to enter the order number. Stone-walled with the only two options given, I called the 1-800 help number displayed on the very screen I was on and none of the options the voice prompter gave really matched my issue so I chose the closest option. It would be 25 minutes wait, but at least they have the call-back option. After speaking to someone about the above issue, she said she would consult others and then put me on hold. About 15 minutes into that, my call got dropped and I had to call again and wait the 25 minutes again to explain everything all over. It seems if you want your already-existing tires swapped, the only option you have to make an appointment is to go there and stand in line for about an hour or more just to make the appointment for a month down the line. Having just had foot surgery, I can't drive for another few weeks, hence can't drive there to make said appointment. So I then called their customer service desk and asked to speak with a manager thinking he/she might be able to help. The woman who answered wanted to know why I needed to speak with the manager then proceeded to argue with me. I persisted in my request to speak with someone else (who should supposedly be better at handling such issues) and she put me on hold about 5 minutes before the phone started to ring without anyone ever picking up. I'm wondering if they think they're saving money by not simply hiring someone just to handle the tire centre phone calls (or improving their online booking method), rather than displacing the burden on their call centre, customer service desk, and management (who I highly suspect don't want to deal with it, given they get their henchmen customer service desk to apprise them of the issue prior to putting us through to a dead-end call).

Specifically about the food court: I ordered fries here a couple weeks ago and one of the fries was rancid and, I apologize for the visual, but it tasted like the bottom of a toilet. Costco fries have been ruined for me.

Normally my experience at this location is average. However, I was in the store today and as I approached the tills, the lines were busy. I heard the manager on shift tell one of the employees named Mary to open till 9. So I limped over to till 9 because I was really starting to feel pain in my leg; I had recently injured my ankle and it had been wrapped with a tensor bandage. I literally only had 4 things and had not intended to get them but grabbed them after I had finished with the pharmacy. So I was holding a box instead on using a cart. When I got there, I waited patiently for Mary to open the till. Then she turned me away, after I had waited already because apparently she had to help "the next member". So what was I? So I said okay very confused limped halfway to the next till, realized how silly this was and limped back. I am very upset because even if a person's injury or disability is not apparent, does not mean they don't have one. This happened at about 10: 30am on Thursday November 1 2018.

Horrible cashier experience today. I've been to Costco Heritage for many years and never have problem with a cashier. Today I got yelled at the cashier by Danette. I left in my buggy a Bounty, Purex, Downy, a box of coconut water and a box always. I took out the rest of my items on the belt. She rudely yelled to me "you have to emptied your buggy! " then she looked at my buggy again then said "you can leave it only large item! " again with the high rude tone of voice. I don't want to make a scene so I left with uncomfortable feeling, then decided to talk to Richard the end store manager. Explained to Richard what was happened, showed him my receipt so he can see how many Items I bought and which one I left in the buggy. He apologized and he said he will talk to Danette. He told me that's the general rules is if 15 lbs or more can be left in buggy although there is not a written policy for customer to follow. He also said he cannot make a list for what can or cannot be left in the buggy as he doesn't believe customer will follow anyway. It is unacceptable for her to yelled like that just because I missed one light item in the buggy, it is not an extra work for her anyway as she use RF Gun to scan all items in buggy. And it's not that I left small item that difficult for her to reach with her RF Gun. She shouldn't work in the customer service line of work if she doesn't know how to talk appropriately to customer.
