Costco Wholesale

I give this Costco 5 stars. I mark these types of stores by the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Both were great. Can’t mark anything else because if you go to Costco you better expect to be frustrated with huge crowds and isles blocked by people stopping to taste the treats.

Had the best experience today when my computer stopped working. Gorden working at customer service helped me the whole time!

This rating is for the chicken strips, super thin, overcooked, mostly breading and dry, and that’s right out of the fryer.
At one time they had good chicken strips.

My favorite place to visit when I'm looking for gifts for my family and friends. Lots of free food taste & awesome food court, a good deal especially the hotdog with a refiillable drink for only $1.50

This food court shop has the slowest crew in Canada.these guys are just sleeping.sleepy flies move faster! Expecting a hot dog for more than half an hour is a record!

Nice and clean. Friendly staff and well stocked. Not very busy either. Very helpful staff and well organized

Great deals on clothing and food items, especially if you like to buy in bulk! Their gas prices are the lowest in town. Love their polish sausages in the food takeout area. Really tasty and only $1.50 including a drink!

First time back since all the shutdowns and travel advisories. Had just renewed membership in January and couldn't go again. I was a bit ticked off that I didn't get a refund or complementary renewal this year. With living 3+ hours away we were essentially cut off from travelling out of province. The tills seemed to run smoother and faster then I remember so that's a bonus plus the self-serve tills are great when you only have a couple of items.

Terrible store. Why do you need a membership? Also, why can't I buy a membership? I'm old enough to drive, have a full-time job, pay taxes, live by myself, and join the military, but not old enough to shop at Costco? I find this rather upsetting and quite ridiculous. 0/10, would not shop again.

It used to be good not anymore some of the staff is unfriendly and the food you have to order from the machine even if you just want one ice-cream

Covid pricing all American products don't seem like too much is canadian sourced, and prices have shot off the roof on meats from America, yet again no diesel in gas bar people pay to shop with little benefit the used tobe benefits like tp and hand towl have gone up in prices so you don't need to travel to get.and their isn't people to help you find so a hunt is on for 120 /yr

I would have to say beef was really high you got to know your price on your beef other than that I would like a kid in the candy store for the first time I enjoyed it

Was berated by the cashier for lining up in the wrong place for self check out. I pointed out that there is no indication of where the line starts, I thought, 2 rows of registers, 2 lines of customers. Some signage would be nice, I checked, there is none.

Favorite store.great prices, great selection, if your not a member your missing out

Unfortunately today, for the first time ever, I am disappointed with Costco.bought a rug 2 weeks ago.it went on sale $40 cheaper.told to just bring in my receipt and they would credit me the money.made a special trip in today with my reciept and told it was only on sale till yesterday so they won't credit me. SERIOUSLY? !? !

I have had some really good deals there. Areally big selection. Fresh meat department, baked goods and a large variety of fruits and vegetables.

Gas prices are not 10cents lower compared to other gas bars.line up for gas and the pumps are finecky, problems every time
Asked to have my oil checked and was told we don't do that, I am a female and check my oil at least once a week
Some service. You line up for gas, line up to pay line up to leave.
What's the point of
Having an executive card. I line up just like everyone else
Perhaps rethink your customer care polices. I would like a refund actually, very very dissapointed

It’s Costco. Pretty much every one is the same. Always packed with people, but they have everything you could ever need.
Hopefully one day after COVID is behind us they will bring back the free samples…. I miss that.
But other than that it was nice. Clean, lines moved quickly, and the staff was very pleasant.

We always love our experiences at the Costco stores, both Lethbridge and Calgary. Great service, great products and efficient people at the tills and packing our items, Thank you Costco!

Always clean, friendly, amazing deals and very cost effective. Though I don't understand why I need to pay for a membership to get food, yet when you get alcohol they say it's a right at Costco and you don't need a membership for that? ! Shouldn't food be a right too? ! I absolutely detest showing my receipt after, because I just paid for everything and now someone puts black marker on it to show your honesty? Come on Costco, stop it, you have cameras, isn't that enough!

I was disappointed that the baked goods were all best before today or tomorrow. There was nothing fresh baked

Costco is great! The people and mangers are horrific. I’m a man of colour and get treated unfairly. Very rude to me and my wife aren’t happy about the service.

Usually well stocked, clean, and mostly well staffed as well, glad to have one nearer than Calgary.

I LIKE COSTCO, BUT I WILL STOP GOING THERE, IF THEY WILL KEEP OUSTED MAKING WEARING THIS MASK ANYLONGER, THERE'S NO FREEDOM ANYMORE. THIS MASK HAVE DON MORE DAMAGE THEN GOOD, I THANK COSTCO DOESN'T WANT ANYMORE BUSINESS THAT'S HOW I FEEL ABOUT IT. I'M REALLY HOPE THAT IT WILL CHANGE SOON,

Way too many people in the store, line ups are very long and makes it a very stressful experience

The customer service has gone down hill. The staff act as they are above you. I was being checked out by Suzanne. Absolutely miserable. I remember when Costco use to be something to look foreword to, now it’s just dreadful.

Worse customer service. Waited for long line up at self checkout. Was my turn, they just came up and said 15 items less. Thanks for wasting my time.

I think that Costco is a great place to shop especially for bulk items and meat. However, this store gets a 2 star rating based on how annoying their staff has become. Before Covid they were meh, but now I shop with earplugs in. I highly recommend that you put earplugs in so you can tune out all of their power tripping. I do appreciate their mask policy though. I feel safe shopping there.

My wife and I have been members since it opened as Price Club. The selection and prices are great but it is the staff that make it 5 stars.

It's costco, a high volume, high quality store that is fairly clean and has high quality staff members.

You can always find more than what you came for at Costco, lol. You can tell the employees enjoy their jobs so it makes shopping a pleasure

The best and safest place to shop in the pandemic. They enforce mask regulations and its so large that social distancing is easy.

Lines moved fast people kept distance was a bit busier then I like but all and all good experience

In general a great place with good prices and service. Trying to get a hold of the tire department by phone is next to impossible though.please fix.

Was quite busy. Forgot it's Thanksgiving weekend. Was able to find the things I wanted including one extra which is par for the course. Had very heavy items and one of the staff very nicely loaded it into my car for me. Have always been able to get assistance when I've needed. The staff are very helpful, if you can find one (which isn't always successful) in either telling you where to find the item or take you to it. This is not meant as a criticism just a fact of the times. The greeter is very pleasant, always has a smile. The aisles are clean but because of all their inventory are not really wide enough. Don't know if they had all the cashier's out but of course there were line ups but they were moving pretty good.

Busy on Saturday's, but staff were working steady to keep things flowing. For everyday things, competitive prices, specialty items for extravgence are plenty.

The recent changes made to the check out and cafeteria systems are average. The self checkout is great but the order kiosk and food retrieval system is a total mess. Nobody knew where to go or how to get their food.

Costco deals are great as usual. Staff at this location is HORRENDOUS. They added an extra item onto our order. At which point we were directed into a 20min line to fix their error. Then when I asked if they couldn't just go grab us the product they added on (and we had already paid for) we ended up waiting another 5 mins for some snarky employee to walk up and drop it on the ground if front of us. Terrible service. Guess that's where the savings come from.

Great store. Love getting samples. The gas bar is usually not too busy compared to other Costco’s that I’ve visited. Customer service is excellent.

Way better since they changed the till area. I used to dread going there. Especially if you only needed one or two items. Now its faster.

This is a good Costco. Being the only one in the city is can be quite busy but I have always found the staff keep up well and always provide excellent service. The product at Costco is all quality and I fully believe you would be hard pressed to find a company with better customer service. Only issue I had is the food court is very busy and it seems understaffed when I go. They have a hard time keeping up.

Very good variety.but to find someone to help like any large outlet, you have to look for them, customer service could improve
