Hey guys fyi maybe put your signs where people can read so we don't come to register and have to run back for a second item cause u have to buy 2 for 1, and tell your associates not to tell someone's wife to go get the second item
I know you guys are tired but I went serval times because my product that I bought from costco in red deer had something in the dumplings.until I visited them ask about what progressed for complaint no one knows about that. I already wrote complaint form with manager who helped me. But I still love to go costco except employees behaviors
Family members should be provided with 4 cards. (Or) Allow people to shop with 2 cards. If they don’t allow I won’t recommend Costco to anyone. Stopping customers means you will loose business.
This is undoubtedly the most incompetent designed Costco gas station I have ever been too. The lanes are too short which seriously impedes traffic to the point they must block off one entrance when it gets busy. Because of this, you must drive around through the already congested parking lot to gain access to the pumps. If you need to get gas here, get it first thing in the morning or late at night otherwise it is not worth the few extra cents you are saving.
Great customer service today, everyone was so friendly to my daughter and I, a very nice gentleman that works there also offered to watch my huge cart while I grab my vehicle to load. Thank you!
I ordered 40 cases of water, half was delivered because the delivery guys car was too small for the complete order. He did not understand English what so ever, he cancelled the remaining order and left. I have a Semi truck waiting now at $235 an hour while I re-order the rest of the water. HIRE PEOPLE THAT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH.
The problem with Costco is they have so much great stuff the bill is always more than you planned, even though prices are great. Returns are very easy too.
There was a huge lineup outside and I thought I would be there for hours. I was pleasantly surprised how fast it went. They are very efficient and friendly.
On this trip we went to the optical division to get a prescription filled away better than average selection and competitive price great service people
So glad to have a Costco in red deer. They tend to have long-term staff which is nice and most of them are very helpful. Covid has turned a few of them into militant control freaks that feel they must tell you what to do at every turn but I'm sure it will pass once everything is back to normal. The store is well kept and clean. Rarely is there a discrepancy between the posted price and what you are charged at the till. The store is generally well run and well staffed.
Love Costco i allways come as a guest but would recomend getting a membership to almost anyone. Can't beat the prices and they have everything you would ever need.
Today I was served their critically-acclaimed HOT DOG. It was juicy, perfectly cooked, and presented in an elaborate, post-modern metallic wrapping, acommpanied by fresh onions and fermented cabbage. This satisfyng dish was not only affordable but came with a thirst-quencing, ice cold beverage of my choosing. Such an exciting experience will have me retuning time and time again. Also, the stores steak selections were notable and the line-up to pay for groceries didnt take too long.
Great place to shop. Great prices can't be beat. Be aware that an item may be there today but not tomorrow. If it is, the price can't be beat. Shopping here often enough for a family makes the membership fee well worth it. The price of fuel also makes it worth it!
They sold me a $2800 TV with 5 years protection. With in 2 months the tv stopped working and they are refusing to do anything for me after giving me the runaround for a year now. I live of my disability checks so this was a once in a lifetime purchase for me. Thanks Costco you thief's.
Busy but well worth thr trip. Long term investment in bulk items to help ease the pain of the increase in the cost of living due to the Trudeau misuse of tax money.
The only reason they don't get five stars is the VERY slow checkout process. I guess the general manager at this location doesn't want to hire adequate staff for that role. I live equal distance away from two Costco stores. Between Red Deer and Cross Iron just south of Airdrie, the Airdrie location is ALWAYS faster to by a significant amount to process customers through checkout. For ALL Costco locations in Canada - they choose to not carry any clothing options for what we call Big Men. "Huge" missed opportunity, I'd say. Pun intended.
