Long wait.appointment time 9: 30. They will give you buzz. But no dock till 11 am then slow unloading

Costco is one of the best places to deliver to. They honor their appointment times. They're fast and efficient. Makes it easier for drivers to plan their day. Great service on the part of their warehouse crew.

Funny reading all the reviews here, if it's not clear, this is NOT Costco Rockyview, which is near CrossIron Mills. It’s a distribution centre to the stores, and not open to the public. Now with that out of the way, Costco is awesome and probably the best retailer out there.

Good friendly security, came in at 6 pm and they let me stay overnight till morning. You must be there 30 minutes before your appointment time, very busy but we’ll organized company
