We were relocating to Calgary and had to completely refurnish our condo we went to Couch 9 and made all of purchases with Stella’s excellent service we are totally happy with our new condo and on another note the delivery service and crew couldn’t of been better what a wonderful job

I had purchased couches, cabinates and paintings. The staff was very helpful. Anil and Ambica helped us with selecting the perfect design for our house.

Excellent service. Great selection of quality furniture. They gave us great information about the pieces we were looking at and then left us to browse and discuss. No pressure from the sales team. The delivery team was excellent too. They assembled our table for us and were very polite and friendly. Great experience and we would purchase there again.

I was impressed by the selection of custom fabric for both couch and throw pillows. The order took from Mid March to beginning of May. We didn’t take possession of our new home until end of May and they held the couch for us until we were in. Delivery was smooth, and they set up and took all garbage. I would return and shop again.

My experience at Couch 9 has been amazing. I have purchased quite a few items from the store (couch, cabinets, dining set, night tables etc.), and the quality of each product is unparalleled. The staff is exceptionally nice and is never in your face but always there to help if you have any questions. Ambika and Rishabh were extremely helpful and ensured our needs are met for our new home and left me feeling that I made a great purchase. Staff overall is knowledgeable and will do everything they can to get you the right furniture. Each furniture item looks extremely elegant and unique. There are some unique pieces in the store that I could not find in any other stores in Calgary, some very indie, colourful and vintage, which could decorate your home really well. We have received many compliments on our furniture items, especially the blue couch, the first furniture item I bought for my new home. The dining set is also unique and has great quality wood. Overall, great experience, with beautiful and good quality furniture, and great customer service.

The owners of the store were so incredibly helpful! They were patient and answering all our questions, and personally responded to any emails or phone calls we had thereafter. I would absolutely recommend Couch 9 to anyone looking for beautiful, stylish modern pieces for a great price!

Waste of money. Disappointing.

After only one month of use, the couch has completely fallen apart and is completely unusable. I spent over $2000 on this piece of furniture and expected it to last much longer than just a few weeks.

The delivery of a condo sized couch required removing my front door? Also broke the clip off the door that holds the blinds in place. Will not return to purchase my dining room furniture

Had a fantastic experience shopping at Couch 9. The crew here are amazing and very welcoming. They helped us pick out an incredible Couch set for our Main Living room. Best customer service in town. Very Highly recommended!

The store has lovely items for purchase, went in to purchase a couch. Besides being immediately judged by the sales person and basically shoved off until we said we would pay in full today, she took us seriously. They couldn’t accommodate holding our furniture for our move at all… which is unfortunate. Secondly when we picked up all our pieces they neglected to tell us we were missing a piece. Came back to the store and both over the phone and in person tried to blame us for forgetting it in there bay. Got the last piece and noticed it was completely used and dirty damaged. Again the sales lady standing there just judging us until I was firm that I’m not taking a used dirty piece of furniture I just paid thousands of dollars for when I purchased brand new. Days later they cal stating it was a mix up with another customer who bought the floor model and were again trying to put the blame on everyone but themselves. So here we are almost two weeks later waiting for them to clean a used piece of furniture and got them to agree to a tiny 200 dollar credit on a over 600 dollar piece of furniture. Will not be purchasing from here again.

I love my furniture from here, but I am now on week 11 or 12 of waiting for an ottoman I was told would be 8 to 10. No communication from the store and no explanation.

Edit: There was miscommunication between who the person was that entered my sale into their POS and who my actual sales person was. Anne has been wonderful and even offered to deliver my ottoman for me.

Would give this place zero stars if I could but sadly that’s no possible. The blonde sales associate was very rude and obviously does not enjoy her job or helping customers. Do better!

We bought a table and rug here, the service is amazing! The quality of products is superb and we absolutely loved shopping here, will be back for all our future needs! Support this store, absolutely great experience!

I 100% recommend Couch9 Furniture. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I am extremely happy with the sectional I purchased as well as the customer service I received. The owners were both great to deal with. It is a locally owned company which is a nice bonus.

This is a big city furniture store with a small town vibe! Family owned and operated and they truly care about there customers. Great quality products with no pressure sales. Dealing directly with the husband and wife team that owns the store I was taken care of completely! I am buying my next piece of furniture there to complement the great love seat I just got. Will definitely be going back!
