I had quotes from a few different body shops to have our Honda CRV hood painted, but the friendly atmosphere at Cougar Paint & Collision convinced me to have my work done there. By far hands down the best body shop in Edmonton. Family run, local, honest and amazing quality of repairs. They take the time to treat you like a customer rather than a number and keep you up to date on progress. I personally would not go anywhere else.

You won’t get better service anywhere other than Cougar, trust me. I’ve got major OCD and I had three repairs done in the last 2 yrs by Gordon and I can’t see ANY flaw in paint match in both my vehicles. He’s honest and fair. The vib you get when walking into their business is none like any other body shop and I’ve been in a few.

Check the photos of my latest modification that I had done by Gordon, a tail gate latch flip. Instead of pairing the latch bracket a plain black, he went above and beyond to armorthane it to match the original coating.

They use a some kind of a shiny dressing on my trucks leather dash making it now hard to see when driving with all the glare.
Attention to detail on the trucks finish product should be more looked after before handing over the keys to the owner.

A majority of the employees were NOT wearing face masks/face coverings to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. There wasn’t even plexiglass to act as a barrier between customer and employee. Felt unsafe and it’s clear the business doesn’t care about the welfare of their customers since not one employee was wearing a mask. They are not following government guidelines.

Great to see positive comments however my experience was extremely poor.
Work was not completed on time. Quality of work was so poor I had to take my car to another auto body shop who reviewed the work order and found I was charged for work that was not completed and some of the work that was done needed to be repaired correctly. I would never return to Cougar Autobody. Consumer beware.

They were so very helpful, and friendly during a stressful time, after someone ran into my car. It ended up requiring an extra part we didn't anticipate, but they still honored the original quote price. They were so great to deal with.

I had a rust spot on a rear fender that needed repair and brought it in to Cougar for an assessment. Graham discovered that there was a repair done at some point in the past that failed. The assessment was fast and Graham was confident they could fix this with much better and longer lasting results. I decided to book the service and the team gave me quick and friendly service. I just got my vehicle back and it looks great! The fix is seamless, the car was clean and Heather at the front desk was super friendly. Great work, great service and professionalism from everyone I dealt with. Keep up the fantastic work and customer service.

Experienced my first accident. Feeling overwhelmed and uncertain I knew I needed a quote. I was warmly greeted by Gordin who was so supportive and reassuring I felt I could breathe again. Heather and Eileen were so kind, Heather took care of my car rental which lifted another stressor off my plate. Eileen is so accommodating with what I needed. They took over so I could focus on not breaking down. I cannot thank them enough for all they helped me with.

Graham and the rest of Cougar were truly amazing. Its been a little over a year and I wish I had remembered to write this review sooner!

My beloved FJ got rear ended - these folks communicated very well - Graham sat with me and worked with my specific requests - which was very important to me. My insurance "recommended" shop was indifferent to my requests, and almost "expecting" of my visit to them for the work. I was so frustrated I walked out of their office - and straight into Cougars (for the first time) - where I was treated with the respect, and willingness to listen that I would expect, and very much appreciate.

They had the car parked up front of their shop at the end with a full "detail" - including the inside wiped down completely (even the vinyl floors!).

I hope to not ever need an auto body repair shop - but if I ever do, it will always be this one.

Brought my vehicle to Cougar for body work and painting. Dealt with Graham. Awesome. He took the time to go over the vehicle. Went through it thoroughly. Left the premises knowing the vehicle was in good hands. When vehicle was ready for pick up, went to Cougar. Was greeted by all staff in a very friendly and professional manner. Then came time to go look at the vehicle. All I can say is a BIG WOW! Graham and his staff made this vehicle look like it came out of a car dealership Show room! Also had the vehicle detailed. Was very, very Pleased with the work that was done and the paint job was Fantastic. Could not tell at all where the repairs were done. The paint job matched perfectly! Was very impressed. Graham and his staff are all excellent people to deal with. And the price was very reasonable for what was required for repairs. All I can say is if you are in need of vehicle repairs and whatever else your needs are This is the place to go to! To me Cougar Paint & Collision is top notch. Always like going into Cougar and seeing Graham when I have issues with my Vehicles, excellent place to bring in your Vehicles for repair or that delightful paint job for your special Muscle car.

Honestly I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I was in an accident almost 2 years ago now and they did a beautiful job fixing my car, it looks as good as new. They even fixed up over spray from a different body shop a few years prior. The paint match is great, I have had no issues with any of the mechanical parts they installed. I called frequently to check on the progress and they were always happy to keep me updated. Recently I had the corner of my bumper that was fixed here coming apart a little, I took it in and they fixed it free of charge, even though they believed that it had likely been hit lightly by someone (no paint damage just a broken clip). They got me in right away, took it into the shop and quickly fixed it free even though it wasn't their fault. If 'm ever in need of a body shop again, without a doubt this is where I'll be going.

My car was in an accident and it was in need of major body work. My insurance wanted to write off my car but I fought them. Cougar took the stress out of the situation by taking care of my car. They provided me with amazing service that came with great price. I picked up my car today and it looks like new. They kept me informed about the work and anything unexpected that came up. So I went to see Graham (the owner of this business) to get an estimate on my 1965 Chevrolet Biscayne. I wanted to have it re-painted and Graham came outside and did a thorough visual inspection.

After he looked at my car, we went inside the shop and he typed me up an estimate. I have known about Cougar Collision since it opened and I know many people who have had work completed there. Whether it’s a smooth as glass paint job on your classic hot rod or you require collision service on pretty much any vehicle, these are the professionals you need to go see.

Graham and his family run this business like champions and it is a first class organization without any doubt. When I get around to having my 1970 Trans Am re-painted, I can guarantee you that it will be done at Cougar Collision.

They did a fantastic job repainting my rocker panel and box corner on my flame red Ram 1500. I didn't want to repaint the whole panel and they were able to blend the paint perfectly. Excellent job for a reasonable price within a short time frame.

My poor vehicle has been hit now three times by other drivers and every time I have taken it here. This last time just happened at the end of December, and even though I am certain this was a very busy period for the Cougar family, they managed to get my vehicle in quickly due to the fact that the accident made it so I had to have a wheel alignment also. They dealt directly with my insurance, so all I had to do was sign the papers and pick it up. My vehicle looks AMAZING, like new and it is ten years old. It was not clean when I dropped it off, I had planned on giving it a good clean when I got it back. To my surprise, they washed it inside and out! Just wow Cougar Paint & Collision, THANK YOU for going above and beyond.

I just recently got a quote there on some minor damage. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I will be going in for the repairs when hunting season is over!

As a first time customer I was very pleased with the work and the customer service. The estimate was fair and there were no surprises (except good ones - like discovering the inside of our car had been cleaned!). Honestly I couldn't be happier.

I went to couger to get my bumper replaced after getting rear ended by someone. I got top notch service. No pressure from anyone, everything was taken care of the way it should. I even had some scratches from another incident and they touched it up free of cost. I was super happy with that and when i got in my car, they had it cleaned out for me, vacuumed and cleaned seats and carpet. My carpet and mats were pretty dirty and stained from the winter and now they look new. It was quite the surprise. They are very friendly and go above and beyond at cougar and i would recommend everyone to go there. Its the little extras that make a difference. I drove home very happy about the service and if i ever need work done again i now know where i will be going. I wish more places were like this place.

I am very impressed with my overall service. Starting from the initial estimate, they were beyond fair with there pricing and the customer service was top notch. I bought a salvage vehicle unfortunately sometimes you get what you pay for. The bondo was cracking and it had started to rust. I got several estimates from other body shops, most of the other ones did not seem trustworthy. The job took longer then anticipated instead of charging me more these guys honoured the original price and even took the time to wash the inside of my truck. I am not sure I have ever been more satisfied with a business then I was with Cougar Paint and Collision. Thanks so much my truck looks amazing!

They did a great job matching paint and body repair on my car.took longer than i would have liked, but i can deal with the for the quality job they did at a reasonable price.looking forward to working with them again.

Took a customer's goldwing fairing here. Waited close to 8 months to get it back not even done properly. They only did one color instead of the two tone it was originally. As a small business I can't afford to store a bike for this long.

I was extremely happy with the fast professional fix at Cougar Paint & Collision, while I waited, for a white shopping cart scuff left on my driver's side door.

Took my car for bumper and quarter panel replacement and took 1 week to repair upon pickong up the car the bumper was not fitted properly and and 3m pieces missing. They then took another day to complete but still bumper was not aligned properly but better then the initial pick up.

Had the unfortunate experience of 2 motor vehicle accidents within 5 months. Cougar Paint and Collision was excellent to deal with. My car was returned to me in excellent condition, in a prompt and timely manner- given the extent of the damage my SUV was in upon submission. The ladies in the front were great to communicate with- they dealt with insurance and always made sure to mail me a copy of the final invoice. Plus, the place itself just has a comforting and home-y feel! Highly recommend Cougar Paint and Collision to anyone seeking a professional to work on their vehicle.

Absolutely horrible experience! “We treat you like family” yet they overcharged me for a personal simple job and didn’t even complete the task I had asked! Very unimpressed! I get my truck back and the box side doesn’t even match the rest of the truck! It was very rushed and shoved out the door! I would not recommend this shop! Scratches and orange peel galore! Unimpressed!

When I couldn't get through to my insurance the owner told me he would deal with them. That he did. Before they got the okay to fix my car by insurance they kept my car no questions asked due to the fact I couldn't park my car on the street. When I picked my car up they had thoroughly cleaned my car. I would recommend them both for workmanship and service.
