I had a work truck would not start. Scott and his mechanic came into Calgary first thing in the morning to diagnose the problem. The source of the issue was found. By far, H. R. Chrysler is the best place to purchase and service your vehicles. Thanks Scott.

Have not bought a vehicle here, however have had my Jeep in for service a couple of times and the service/parts staff have been very helpful. Very reasonable cost for the services provided so far.

Great experience with Scott and the Service Department. Our vehicle left us stranded and Scott went out of his way to help us. Loaner vehicle right away, and were out of there and back on the road in 40mins. Although the vehicle issue was worse than we hoped, the service department kept us in the loop and sent pictures of the work required. Fair prices, excellent service. Will be making the trip there for maintenance on both our vehicles.

I just purchased a Grand Cherokee and my salesman, Kostiantyn was wonderful to deal with. Very casual, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. No "flashy salesman" nonsense. Their manager, Eugene was also great. He helped to get me the best deal, worked quickly and everything was finalized the following day. Highly recommend! Oh, and their front staff are super warm and welcoming!:)

I want to give 0 star to Jazz kanda (sales manager) and to this dealership.jazz kanda sells more expensive than other dealer ship. He has very rude and arrogant behaviour. I recommend everyone to do not go this dealership.

Very poor service. Changed parts on my vehicle that weren’t mine but paperwork said it was. When trying to discuss this discrepancy I unable to get to the point because every time I tried to speak the owner/manager would interrupt me. Paperwork was false claiming I had brought my own parts to be changed and that is a lie. So forewarning to anyone going here make sure you read paperwork before signing and confirm the work. I highly recommend that no one do business here. They are unethical!

Top of the line friendly customer service who make you feel that your choosing the right vehicle.

Our daughters Jeep broke down while she was home on break. Scott and his staff went above and beyond to get the parts and fix her vehicle and get her back to school. I so appreciate everything they did and would highly recommend them.

Typical you didn't buy it here, we're not really going to help you out service department. Brought in early morning friday, called later in the afternoon to ask how the warranty work was going, was told it has been in shop all day as I was standing next to it in the parking lot. Brought back early Monday morning after being lied to that there techs work weekends, to again have no work done on it, and now going to private shop to get my tires rotated not covered by warranty to go back to work. Will never step foot in this dealership again. Friendly, but very untrained and untruthful staff.

The best service around hands down. Scott and his team in service do the very best and most honest work around Southern Alberta.
