I dropped my vehicle off for repairs they told me it would be ready in a few weeks but now it’s been 2 months and we still haven’t gotten our vehicle back. They keep telling us that the parts are not here yet first they told me we are waiting on 1 part and now they told me they are waiting for several parts. I wouldn’t recommend this place they are never on time.

I had an amazing experience at this location, Tracy and the entire team was amazing and took care of us. The team was in constant communication throughout the entire process & even went above and beyond to detail the entire vehicle and return it spotless.

Was very happy with the work Country Hills Collison did on my 2020 Silverado after a hit and run. They waited for parts before I brought truck in and did great work and detailed the truck as well very happy

I had given my Toyota Corolla to replace its front bumper and fender following a hit by another driver on June 09,2023. I got the Car back on June 16,2023 evening, but the bumper was not fixed properly, and there was a big gap near the fender and the headlight area. I talked to the manager there, and he told me to call my insurance and to bring back the Car next week as it was Friday evening. Monday, when I called my insurance, my insurer informed me that the body shop had informed them that the repair had been done properly. I complained to Ombudsman, and my insurance company's appraiser came to investigate and found that the work was not done properly and asked me to take another body shop to fix the issue. I took my car to another body shop, and I am still waiting for the parts to come to repair my Car due to the unqualified and defective work done by the Country Hills Collision Center. The Manager of County Hill Collision Center lied to my insurance that all work has done properly, and my insurance company appraiser came and submitted a report that the work was not done properly. Think twice before you give your vehicle there. The Country Hill Collision Center Manager open his mouth for two reasons: to eat and say lies.

I am not sure what was the individuals name with whom I dealt. But the guy was very helpful and cooperative. I didn’t remember my appointment time, so went early to check my appointment. But the guy helped me right away, so that I don’t have to come back at my appointment time.

Staff are very helpful and provide excellent customer service. Gunther, Curtis and technicians are very honest, knowledgeable and experienced. Jenna and Kristi at reception are also pleasant to deal with. Parts were delayed and took much longer to receive but once they arrived, they got to work quickly and repairs were finished earlier than expected. Text updates were helpful as the work progressed. Enterprise car rental proximity was convenient and they arrange and coordinate a rental car while your vehicle is in repair. Overall, they did an amazing paint job and front bumper fix which made my RAV4 look good as new. Complimentary detailing is a bonus and they do a thorough job. I’ve brought my vehicle for repairs twice now (accidental door dent and front bumper fix) and I’ve always been satisfied with the experience and service. I dropped by to get estimate. No time slot available today so I made an appointment for another day. On my way out, they saw my flopping bumper and voluntarily fixed (at the parking lot very cold weather) with plastic wire staples neatly so I can drive safely until it gets replaced. I was so touched! They really care customers and their safety! I am sure their quote and repairing work will be also reliable too^^

My Toyota RAV4 hybrid was leaking water into the back where the battery was and I took it into the collision centre. At first the experience was okay as the estimator misdiagnosed the issue and estimated the cost to be $3,000+ Whens he saw the dent on my back door even though I’ve told him I had that dent there for 6 years. He threw his years of experience excuse at me and I know that that dent won’t just start leaking water now. I took it in a second time and the same estimator didn’t seem thrilled I was back but I told him the leak was coming from the left side of my car not the rear as I disassembled the trunk floor, did a water test and saw the water coming in from the left of the vehicle. They tried to fix the problem but it was still leaking water in. Finally one of the managers, Micheal, stepped in and had his team disassemble the trunk area, did a water test and found the leak. The whole process was long but I’m still very happy with the end result and Micheal was incredibly accommodating in that he stayed late at the shop till I could pick up my car and charged me a very fair price (under $600) as I had to come back three times until the issue was fixed for good. I want to thank him and his crew very much for all his help and persistence!

We changed our catalytic converter at country hills collision centre. The service we received was outstanding. Michael the associate over there was helpful from inspecting the car, communicating with the insurance and also with the car rental company. It was a hassle free experience. I would highly recommend this place

Most unprofessional body repair shop I have ever visited. Manger does not know how to conduct business correctly. Have been waiting for parts for 6 months with no contact. Did not correctly do any repairs on my car. Had to be sent back to Audi and insurance was able to reimburse me. Manager replied to me email 2 days ago about my parts being ready to install i came in dropped my car off and the repairs were not done correctly and when I arrived the manager Mat was acting as if he had never read or replied to my email. All in all very unprofessional business i would never recommend anybody using their services.

My Insurance company recommended me to go Country Hills Collision look at the pictures. I was told after market piece would be similar does it look similar rust in less than 4 months.look at the shape of the muffler when I went in to show the rust I was told nothing they can do it's moisture build up and they use after market to save cost and shrugged it off. Then why does the original muffler has no rust. My recommendations I learned after an accident look for a bodyshop that works for the interest of the owner of vehicle I understand after market piece but 4 months all this rust I'll be stuck with this when I sell is this the life time warranty offered

This guys took good care of my vehicle. They not only did the Damage done approved by insurance but cleaned my car from inside as well which I think they went above an beyond.

Update: After I had posted my initial review, Ed was able to reach out to me and come up with a solution to correct the issue. I have to say, the customer service provided by the general manager (Ed) was truly amazing he went above and beyond to contact my insurance company to get myself reimbursed for the different headlight bulbs installed and he also got my headlight bulbs installed after the claim had closed! They even installed a headlight bulb that was missing from the headlight assembly, free of charge. Lastly, I would recommend this centre auto body repair.

Initial: I used country hills collision to get my estimate/repair done through insurance. I had brought in my car on Mach 14 and the repairs were done super quick within 3 days I believe, and I was impressed with their service for that part. However, I was driving my car at night after repairs and figured both headlights have different colors. The left side (post collision) is yellow and the right-side is ice blue, as should have the left side been (attached pictures). Which meant that they paid little to no attention to detail in the finishings of the car. Secondly, communication was not the best. I mainly communicated by phone call/text, in which many texts would have gone unanswered, and I would have to call in for an update. I suggest they be more responsive to their text line.

Amazing service for my insurance claim, they were easy to talk through the process, took time to review any concerns I had, service was done quickly and they were very flexible with my schedule to drop off & pick up my car.

They did a great job kept me in the loop as far as the repairs. And love the work they did. They did repairs on were very well done so much so I gave them another job to do

Had our car estimated in this facility and we had a fantastic experience with GUENTHER JANSEN who happened to be our appraiser. He was so nice and professional aside from knowledgeable with his job. On top of that, I dropped off the rental car at their location and drove my car back home; it was an absolute five stars services in and out.

After a lengthy wait to get the vehicle serviced (9+months) The original job was done great until warranty issues needed to be addressed and taken care of. After 3.5 months of waiting for an answer, They agreed not to repair there original job for reasons they didn't pertain to there original job.
I would not recommend this shop!

Great Professional Job, by Michael and his team after the replaced my truck window smashed by thieves. I got my truck back on time and they did an awesome detailing job too.

Micheal Mankaryos helped me yesterday with my 2004 Prius. I had a dent in my rear bumper. He removed 2 screws and fixed it for me in no time! He did not charge me anything! I am very greatful.

I was hit in an accident and booked my repairs at Country Hills Collision. They were fast, efficient and took even less time than they said they would. My car came back perfectly and they even detailed it for me too! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for collision repair and will go there in the future if needed!

Very disappointed with their service. Glad they fixed the previous bondo repair that failed under warranty, but they refused to replace the interior panel they damaged.

I took my Tundra in to get a quote on some scuff marks caused by a car door, the staff were professional and communicate exactly what it would take to fix the issue and provided a price right away. They even offered to get the truck in immediately to complete the work which took about and hour. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the fact that they did exactly what was promised. I will definitely be using them for my other vehicle. Thank again.

My car had not been done completely repair yet and they called me in to pickup then I returned my rental car, and then I found out the undercover of my car wasn't replaced. They promised to call me back to replace it and until now almost 3 weeks still not done: (

Terrible workmanship bad customer service! Take your vehicle somewhere else do not go here they lie to customers about pick up dates, and blame poor workmanship on prior work done to vehicle from another shop estimators quote high then 2 days later quote is way less lol they dont know what there doing, and my friend also recently had his familys toyota sienna fixed there, and it was a complete disaster not fixed right the first time at all paint work didnt last.peeling paint, and some spots didnt even have any paint at all extremely sad for the franchise Carstar or MK group who owns Countryhills Collision not Countryhills Toyota as only the bodyshop is owwned by Carstar. SHAME! ON COUNTRYHILLS COLLISION

I got here a little early and was surprised to know that My car was ready to go 15 minutes before the 3pm pick up time. Professional staff and great service.

If you have time to waste waiting for an estimate on your vehicle then by all means bring it here! Was referred to come here as they are apparently a really good body shop but I cannot agree. From the start, the service was brutal. They wouldn't not give me straight up answers on the phone nor in person. Asked approximately when they would know the estimate amount and they didn't know. Waited days before calling and was told that the estimate is being sent to insurance so they can start repairs, however, got a call the next morning saying the car was a total loss. When I asked the amount for the estimate, I was told they don't calculate it when the car is a loss, however, how can a car be deemed a loss when you don't know how much the repairs will cost. Absolutely ridiculous! They couldn't even tell me what repairs were needed! Some people buy back their vehicles and need to get them repaired/passed, but it doesn't seem this bodyshop realizes that. Was told to come gather my belongings ASAP since the car was going to be taken to the wreck, even though insurance never gave the go ahead.didn't know the bodyshop was the one who calls the shots! Moreover, the estimate they sent to insurance was rejected due to being inaccurate, hence delaying the entire process! Not impressed whatsoever! Will NEVER bring my own cars here or refer this place! I have been to other body shops in the past and never had issues! This place is a waste of time! Confused and sneaky bodyshop!

Hail damage repairs to our 2019 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition pickup. The work was extensive and included the cutting off and replacement of the roof. The staff were a pleasure to deal with, the finished results were as hoped for and our concerns were quickly responded to and effectively addressed.

I’ve been bringing my vehicle here twice and so far they are doing an awesome job. So I am hiving them a 5 star. My vehicle looks brand new again after the hail damage. And extra service for the car wash and interior cleaning too. Thank you guys.

Poor customer service; they booked me service 3 months in advance to not call me back about issues with parts (on their end) only to not have me in the system and tell me the person I was dealing with no longer works there (like this is my issue). Still havent recieved a call back! I suggested my insurance removes them from the preferred vendor list!

I came in for a rental car at Discount at Country Hills Collision as my vehicle was recently written off. I was there a bit early so I was waiting but Raymond at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating. He asked me how I was doing after the accident and offered me a coffee. Overall very professional and amazing service as usual. Anytime I need any body work done on my car, there is only one place I bring it.

Worst experience will never come back here and will not recommend anyone this place. Manager Rebeca is liar they took all money in advance from my insurance and still owe some work. On the top they lie to my insurance for some reason. Horrible experience. Shame on you guys!

I’ve had two accidents in the past weeks. One in the front of my car after a few weeks, one in the back. They’ve helped me with my car and They made it looked like the accident didn’t happen. Great service and quick too. And on my first accident, I went to the dealership to check how much will be the cost of the damage and they’re more cheaper than what the dealership quoted me for. I’m happy for their service and if I ever get to a collision problem with my car, they’re the first one that’ll come to my mind. Good job guys.

I brought my lightly scraped VW Tiguan to Curtis at Country Hills Collision to ask for advice on options for repairs. The issues revolved around the merits or demerits of paying our of pocket vs.going through insurance, of repair-to-brand-new vs.satisfactory localised repairs, and the like. Curtis outlined all the options clearly and indeed compassionately, understanding the various considerations from the point of view of a cash- and insurance-paying individual (ie, me) - all with complete professional authority as to the implications of each choice. He even buffed out some of the scratches to demonstrate the implications and offered to do some more if requested, gratis. I'm not sure which route I'll take right now for these scrapes, but I can guarantee that if I ever have need for more serious body repairs, I'll be making only one call - to Curtis at Country Hills. He has completely earned my trust.

I recently brought my 2017 Toyota Rav4 in for collision repairs, and wow was I impressed. The service right from the beginning was fantastic. Shaun H was so easy to deal with, polite and professional. He made the whole process seamless and turned a very stressful situation into a pleasant experience! Also to my surprise the vehicle was cleaned on the inside as well, Thank you so much for that! I highly recommend Country Hills Collision to any person who has to deal with an accident.
