Firstly.those good reviews are fake, they're trying to keep they're ratings high. Secondly, If you want to get ripped off, you've come to the right place! Honestly, wish I could give them 0 stars. The sales associates are con artists, and dealing with finance managers is even worse. This place doesn't take accountability for their own screw ups - LOL look at some of the responses "tHe CaNadIAn baNking sYstEM". They'll bring you in and add hidden fees last minute and expect you to sign. My family and I fell in their trap a year ago and now within the last month I know 3 people who all got screwed over by this specific location. DO NOT GO HERE. Toyota is a wonderful brand, love the company but the people at this location suck and are CLOWNS. I hope someone from your head office checks out the place, this location is run by a bunch of slimey salespeople. There is something super SHADYY AND FISHY going on here. Take your money to any other dealership.

Recently bought a new 2024 RAV4 hybrid from country hills Toyota and the experience was great. We dealt with DJ who was really great, knowledgeable and always kept me in the loop while waiting for the vehicle and once the vehicle came in we were assisted by Sara K in the financing department and she was also amazing. Will definitely be going back in the future to purchase another vehicle!

Came to the dealership with my boyfriend as I was interested in purchasing a vehicle. No one had greeted us or even came to check up on us. We were there for 45 mins and looked at all vehicles. Decided to take my business elsewhere - this dealership does not care, so I won't give them my business. Customer service is poor. Not recommended.

Scammers and misleading people
I request to everyone that don’t go there we bought our first car from there the salesperson was vishal katyal and they totally scammed us told us many services are free but charged because it was ordered by someone and we told we don’t want those services but he told we are not charging for those.

If we are paying we should be aware of what we are paying for. Yesterday we were there for another vehicle and they showed us the sheet for new vehicle which shows they charged us way more and also lied on face directly so I suggest don’t go there also why we gave our hard earned money to those people he also charged for 3 year service package which he told it comes with all new cars
Worst experience of all time and don’t trust they will hide information from you guys.they will held back info and contract so make sure you read and ask for anything better if you guys record version because they are professional cheaters they won’t disclose all documents if you want to really buy something go somewhere else because the. They will blame you that you signed the documents.

I really want to put negative star rating to show how they use of people who want to buy first don’t go to them and I ask my cousin not to go there whom I recommend those people as they are really dishonest.

I bought my Rav 4 in 2014 from here and have been servicing at this place since then. I can tell you the coustomer service only been getting worse. I serviced my car in May and a bunch of stuff is required to be done and they said if I do them all together I will get a 10 percent discount. I agreed and left for the day so the representative should have called to finalize the quotation and book a time. He never called. I called several times and no return to my call. Today I call and speak with the service lady at the desk and she is very rude. Tells me to come in and they will see what they can do. So a booking is required I didn't understand. I asked to speak with the manager and he is busy. Long story short whoever running this place is running it to the ground.

Update: The lady that answered my call said that she was going to send the manager email. I called the number provided by the general manager and a lady answered said to called him At South Pointe Toyota so basically you have to Chace them for proper coustomer service. Complete waste of my time.

Unfortunate Experience with Disregard for Customer Satisfaction

I had a highly disappointing experience at this dealership when attempting to get my Toyota Corolla's passenger side mirror replaced. After confirming they had the part in advance, they only informed me they didn't have it after I dropped my car and waited for over an hour. I was told to wait for another week for the correct part, which was inconvenient and contradicted the assurance I had received over the phone.

Despite my explicit instructions to leave my car alone, I found my blind spot lights were turned off when I picked my car up. To my dismay, I learned this was a deliberate act by the service staff, a move that seems inexplicably inconsiderate (why should I drive with the blind spot lights off? !). When I requested an immediate rectification of this issue, I was told to wait, as if I were the one who had created the problem.

This whole experience has left me with the impression of a dealership that lacks accountability and respect for their customers. It's unfortunate when those who don't have the same technical knowledge about cars are treated as if their concerns and time are of little importance. The lack of professionalism and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction have seriously marred my view of this dealership.

Had a bad experience with Toyota Country Hills. Instead of fixing my car, they destroyed my windshield. The service manager told me that he will just give me good discount for replacing my windshield. I need justice for this. Wake up Toyota! It’s my 6 years now with you guys and this is the first time I had a really bad experience. Please check on this

I had a appointment at 9: 30 am. Service front counter guy was so rude. His voice was so high. He made a argument about service. It’s not nice customer service. I am so disappointed. I am bought a car here last 17 years. I’ll not come here to buy a car anymore.

Do not recommend using their shop 2nd vehicle I have going into their shop 1st vehicle I Thought by bringing it to the dealership for transmission service would be wise move, boy was I wrong they overtorque my plug, Learning weeks later that my transmission was linking (snow on parking pad) 2nd vehicle I did not have any other choice as I bought a vehicle at the used car lot and was serviced by them and they stripped bolts on skidplate.they use impact tools where they shouldn't be used, talk with manager (Sean) he does not own up to his mistakes and is very aggregant.

I just got charged $92.35 for nothing more than a vehicle inspection and it took them 2 hours to do it.

Everyone I’ve met at Country Hills Toyota has been great to work with, they look after their customers and their vehicles.

Went in to have my recall done for my vehicle, told me to wait as it should not be more then 30 minutes. Then they tell me it’s going to take 2-3 days as parts weren’t here yet. And made me pay for my own Uber to go back home.

Again, what a wonderful service provided by Country Hills Toyota. I just replaced a rack and pinion on my Olds Intrigue 98. It (my baby) got 578,500 km on it. Since I lost my trust to GM dealership, I reluctantly called Country Hills Toyota to book an appointment for a wheel alignment. Not only Toyota accepted to do the service on my car, but also did a good job aligning it. The advisor was so professional and friendly. He event booked a Uber to take us back to the dealership. They respected my car even though it’s an old American car. I don’t know how to express my gratitude towards Toyota. I hope Country Hills Toyota all the very best and most successful dealership in Canada. Bow down to you, again

This dealer has relatively medium sized facilities with nice seating area and free coffee machines for clients waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. It's located in very quiet and not crowded area where you can access it from Deerfoot and Country Hills Boulevard. They are professional and well organized. Facilities are clean. Has repair and parts and located next to the used vehicles. Both new and used vehicles are next to each other. Recently waiting time for oil change becomes very long.

Worse dealership ever. Poor management and bad services. Highly not recommended. Customers time value zero in service department staff eyes.

Very pleased with the staff and quick service I received today. I usually complete my own oil service, but my schedule would not allow it today. Jeff Jimena was able to re-establish my faith in dealerships again with his professional attitude and knowledge. Jeff's time estimate was exactly as promised which seems rare these days. Shout out to the service tech for pointing out a few things and to Adam Vanlady for finding the parts I needed. Thanks Again!

I visited the dealership as I was shopping for a new vehicle. After a couple of minutes with the sales person, I noticed that the sales person wa not forth coming and seemed more interested in extracting a price I was willing to pay.
Long story short, the sales person says to me directly "you cannot afford the vehicle. I'm sorry but that's the truth".
No credit check was done and I didn't share how much I earned.
To me, this is nothing short of profiling. I'm appauled at the customer service and quite disappointed.
Need to start looking for a new dealership.

Great experience. I just bought my new RAV4 Trail here and love the service they provide. Vishal is an excellent salesman here. He is very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitelly recommend to anyone, especially who can only speak Punjabi.

The service was a simple lub and maintenance. It was completed very quickly. 2 unexpected things did happen. 1st no car shuttle on Saturday. 2nd service does not open until 8am

First time at Country Hills in several years. Check-in very easy, everyone was courteous and helpful, explanations were clear, work done in a reasonable time and at a reasonable price (so far as I can tell!). We start on a long trip next week, and that will tell us more. Thanks to Brent Nguyen and the crew.

Had my vehicle serviced at Country Hills Toyota. They looked after both me and my vehicle with no issues. They even had Uber drive me to and from.

I found him very professional, transparent, honest and he guided and assist me to go through all the purchase process to get my Toyota Highlander XLE 2021. I am very satisfied with my new ride and highly recommend to country hills Toyota and Mr. Vishal Katyal.

All I'm going to say is dont trust the people here when they say lifetime warranty. Because lifetime means one time warranty for these people. They fixed my 3m tape once because it came off during an automatic carwash and they gave me a warning that next time it will cost me. Lol thats their lifetime warranty for you and service is not as good as it used to be

An excellent place for car maintenance. Inside has spacious and comfortable area for waiting. If the wait time is a bit long, they arrange shuttle or Uber free. Their service I find to be good, Toyota certified mechanics are reliable. The cost may be a bit higher than some other places, but because of good and dependable services I strongly recommend this place.

Points for transparency, doing what they say they will do, new and pre-owned product knowledge, competitive pricing, CAN DO! Service attitude, cleanliness, kindness, and sincerity. Strongly recommend Parag Sharma the account manager on my purchase. He is a man of integrity and patience, and most importantly, he will sell you a vehicle at a fair price if you give him a chance to do so. If my father Hymie McGregor was still with us, I believe even he would approve me walking into this dealership.

Please don't go here, Very very bad service in Calgary. Don't talk to Isaac 'Bittu' Masih to purchase your new vehicle. Don't deposit any money for non refundable or don't sign any paper documents without reading, if you signed any papers you will not get refund back, they will put 'nonrefundable' without informing you. Don't go there if they offer you a good deal even, believe or not, you will suffer for sure.

We bought two new vehicle's from this dealership and have seen steady decline in customer service and decline in customer appreciation. It took couple of years to realize but finally i would like to share our experience. With every new purchased vehicle's you receive a lifetime oil change program which they sure make more difficult to use as time and age of your vehicle progress. Final straw is drive through oil change bays are closed where you have to go to service department and wait for few hours for oil change. I was told you can not make appointments for oil change and there is a wait time and no shuttle is available for oil change customers. So i guess just wait and hope for best!
How inconvenient and uncomfortable
I will take my vehicle's and do oil changes elsewhere and rather pay than be a filler in between the booked service appointments.
And sadly i will also go elsewhere to purchase replacement for my vehicle's as these guys lost their way somwhere along the way.

Once again I received fantastic service at CHT. I had my Tacoma in for some work, including a wheel balancing previously. When I got the truck back it still had some shake at highway speeds so I took it back in this week. They got me in fast and re-balanced my wheels for free and it feels great now. Will definitely keep bringing my Tacoma to them and recommend them highly…. I drive from the SW because I know they’ll take care of me there.

Hands down the best car buying experience I could ever have. The salesman found exactly the vehicle I was looking for, and the finance department even registered my vehicle for me. It could not have been easier. I would easily recommend Country Hills Toyota to anyone looking to purchase their last vehicle for years to come.

I think of all the dealerships I've been so far CHT is the BEST. Gary Wong the service advisor is amazing. Though I bought my RAV4 from a different dealership he still gave me a FOC for as long as I bring my vehicle to CHT for servicing. He was very courteous and even accompanied me to the spot where my car was parked after the scheduled service. Very thorough professional. Good job Gary keep it up. Parag in the used car building was great to work with. We didn't actually end up buying a car from Country Hills or Parag, but he was very friendly, very real, transparent, and did what he could for us while not making us feel pressured to buy something we didn't want. We dealt with a lot of other car salesmen that day, which was exhausting, but Parag was so nice we would have 100% given him our business. Friendly guy. I'm giving the location 4 instead of 5 stars because of the New Toyota section - they brought it down a star. No Camry's to test drive at all even though I called and booked an appointment with a sales rep with the promise they had some, ran me around and around with if they could get anything in stock this year for 2021, pushed me to get a car and colour I really didn't want simply because they had it, and their numbers for overall cost vs.monthly payments didn't add up and they ran in circles without clarifying anything. I went to Stampede Toyota and got a better deal on a new car.

I am always impressed with the service at Countey Hills Toyota. I find the service and reasonable prices worth the drive even though I have moved a 1.5 hour away from their location. Service is always quick, friendly, explained well, and convenient since they are almost always able to provide and shuttle or rental car while my car is tied up with service appointments. I have free oil changes for life which is also incredible and ensures that my car is checked out on a regular basis. They almost never charge anything for small items such as inspection, tightening lug nuts, etc. I highly recommend Country Hills Toyota service department for their prices, convenience, and friendly service.

Posting on behalf of my parents, this is by far the worst dealership. The service received is a joke. The compensation for the countless troubles and lies was a complete slap in the face. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY from this dealership.

Went to Country Hills Toyota Used Car and was helped by Feizal Bhanji who went above and beyond to help us out. He walked us through ever step making sure our questions were answered and we were getting what we were looking for, he answered the most basic and complicated question we had. He didn't make us feel pressured to buy a car on the spot and accommodated our request showing us around 10 cars during several days before making a decision. I would Highly suggest using Fezial to buy any new or used car.

Have done another service with C. H. T, they were able to fit me in before I needed my truck to go out of town, dropped me off at home in the morning and picked me up as scheduled, on time when they said the viecle would be finnished. What more could you ask for. From the first call, to the greeting on drop off, the ride home and back, the friendly key hand off when it was all over. This is why I'm a Toyota guy. Worst and bunch of liers! We bought a 2016 Yaris last 2018 and we sold it the same year to upgrade. The LIAR sales guy sold us an insurance worth $1,600.00. He said that we can get a refund after 3 years as long as we don't use the insurance and even if the card has a new owner before the 3 years period. I did not read the terms and conditions because I trusted the LIAR salesman. I called today and to my surprise I was told that we will not get the refund coz we are not the current owner. And they tried to blame us for not reading the fine print. Obviously we did not read it coz we trusted the LIAR Salesperson. He sold us the insurance and lied just to get a sales. You guys are absolutely disgusting. Very disgusting.

Be wary when buying a vehicle based on their "free lifetime oil change pprgram". Free doesn't mean free. You will be forced to pay for a service check that you may not want in order for them to cover the price of the oil change. It's only on a first come first serve basis so prepare to wait hours in order to get in and out. To maintain the program you will be forced to follow a schedule program that you may not want or be able to afford. Buyer beware.

Excellent client service from start to finish! Sako Pushian helped us to trade in our older vehicle and secure a pre-owned RAV4. He made sure the vehicle was inspected from top to bottom and had it ready in time! Eugene set up our financing immediately and both of them made it all work in the end! I went to bring in my toyota corolla for serivce, everything was good in till I went to pick up my car. I waited 20 mins in the line, to pick up my car, noone greeted me, there was 4 service advisors. I wouldn't recommend going there unless you want to spend more time waiting in the line when you are at the front of the line.

Worst Customer Service ever! Worst communication ever. Apparently it is not one call/contact takes care of all your needs. The are backstabbing and not upfront. They will say everything to make you buy extra stuff but with wrong information and they do not own up to it. Inflexible during Covid! They made me never buy a Toyota again! Do not buy from this dealership!

First time going to the auto spa. Full Interior clean seemed a bit pricey, but the job was incredible. Kudos to the employees that do this day in and day out. We will be back.

Affordable oil changes, free coffee and time in the massage chair while I wait. Who could ask for more? I drive 40 km from home to get here for a reason.

I had possibly the worst experience I have ever had at this place in 15 years. I used to love them. Their compassion is out the window. The service members could care less that its a pandemic and throw outrageous numbers at you. 50 dollars for signal light bulbs now, must be a covid special. I asked if he had an extra 1500 dollars to spend on his car right now and his response "my car is working fine" There is still change in the cupholder. Not even wiped out. 160 dollars. I tried talking to the manager and he told me he will put a note on my file. REALLY? Cause that will help my truck that hasn't been touched. I could of just burnt my money, and kept my dirty truck. I definitely won't be back here unless I am forced too for some reason. 15 years, 3 vehicles later i am so disappointed.

We recently purchased a lightly used 2019 Toyota Camry LE from Country Hills Toyota, and Randy Bowie helped make our purchase a comfortable, less stressful experience. He gave us a lot of information on the vehicles and gave us some insight on this model versus other Toyota models which helped us decide which would be a better, more comfortable vehicle that suited our driving needs and budget. He then helped us in getting a few extras that we wanted before finalizing the deal. Then he did a lot of legwork to make sure the various things that were to be added or fixed were done as quickly as possible, for which we are very grateful. Randy is not the used car salesman that we have all heard of and dread. Randy Bowie is a very personable, respectful and helpful sales associate that treats people the way he himself would like to be treated, and is willing to go the extra mile to get you a fair deal.

Honestly so happy with the service here at CHT that I just bought my 3rd vehicle with Feizal. He is so kind, patient and understanding.

Most salesmen ask for your budget and go over it. Feizal listened to mecneeds and wants, and has always been straightforward about what is available and if it's a realistic ask.

Feizal has definitely become family over the years.

Also Raj in Finance was so helpful. He was patient in going through all the paperwork making sure I understand all the documents I was signing. He goes above and beyond to make sure I left happy with his service.

11/10 would recommend these two if you are looking for your next vehicle.
