Petit déjeuner en quantité insuffisante par rapport au monde présent. Grosse déception au départ.
Les chambres sont correctes malgré le côté vieillissant et l'accès au centre ville est aisé via la ligne bleue (il y a 20 minutes de marche facile pour accéder à l'arrêt).
En bref, un rapport qualité prix qui n'est pas à la hauteur des autres hôtels fréquentés durant le voyage.

We had a suite with a king size bed and a pull out couch. Worked well for us except we were left 2 towels and 2 hand towels and there were 4 of us. The front desk was very good giving us more towels though. Pool was warm and breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

Very rude staff and mangers nobody go here they treated us like garbage and barged in our room without knocking and wouldn’t leave us alone I wouldn’t go here again especially how they treated me and my service dogs extremely noisy as well right up in my business and my boyfriend business and my brother business I tolerated there disrespect for to long and I’m never coming here again. Extremely rude people here the manger was also disrespectful as well and the guy at the front desk was rude to us. And yelling at us, never have I ever been disrespected in my life since I came here.

Treated us like 3rd rate citizens. And wouldn't allow our regrestered service dogs to stay at the hotel.

I went there this weekend. June 2-4 2023 with my schools choir, chimes and media groups. I had so much fun there. Showers were clean and I usually hate hotel showers but it was so clean. The beds were pretty clean although I slept with my own sheets.

I have been to this place recently. During their housekeeping, I saw a lady carrying coffee cups just beside the plunger. They are in contact with each other. I argued with the lady to remove and dispose of those cups right away which she refused. No manager on site to give a complaint. Congratulations to those who gonna drink coffee in these cups.

Good hotel close to the Airport.
Unfortunately the elevator was not working during our stay.
Had dinner at the Cactus Cafe which is very close.

Would recommend. Good place to stay. Rooms are nice, good amenities and good breakfast. Customer service is very slow. I was made to pay twice because the CSR failed to do her due diligence as I prepaid. She stated it was a hold and not payment…however after clarification she stated she made a mistake and would release funds. (Still pending return, will update)

Guest Services at this hotel are the absolute best. We had an extended stay and they were incredibly accomodating and helpful. Thank you!

Absolutely Horrendous! Beds full of dirt and bloody Mucus
I booked my Wife, Her Sister and Our 3 Children a room here for the Night of January 3rd first of all the room was a sweltering 28c and the temperature control could not controlled, hotel staff said nothing they could do and ordered my wife not to open a window, they could hardly sleep because of the extreme heat
Secondly the beds were both full of dirt, and human bodily discharge, the staff told her she needed to change the sheets herself. No sympathy, no resolution other than offering 40$ measly dollars for the horrendous stay, DO NOT STAY HERE!

We were so tired after the long trip. They were so considerate with time and let me check in early. The best hotel in Calgary!

The website says this hotel is 5 minutes to the airport. It is actually 15 minutes. Happy we were not running late. The room was clean and nice. The complimentary breakfast was great!

Everything was great and amazing the rooms were great. After staying in a terrible hotel I switched to this one and was so much more comfortable. I also appreciate they accepted all forms of payment for deposit! The staff were so kind and helpful

Rooms are what's expected of a 2 star hotel, if you like it hot this is definitely the place for you.

I have stayed here many many times (a few weeks at a time as a work from home and need space) and I didn’t have a very good experience last time but I stayed all last week and it was much better. The front end staff are much friendlier and accommodating. I don’t normally eat breakfast there but I did once and it was pretty good the only issue I had was housekeeping walked in on me in the shower and wanted to talk to me while I was standing naked. I hope that doesn’t happen to anyone else but i appreciate the privacy (for the most part) and the kindness from the front staff. That’s my honest review. It’s clean and low key. Plus side is a pool and a exercise room as well

We booked through airmiles for 1 night i early August. We were taking our kids to the zoo for the first time and booked a hotel with a pool as a treat. When we first got in we were informed that the elevator was broken. Fine whatever not a deal breaker. While we were dragging our suitcases and three kids up tge stairs we noticed that the place was filthy. The walls were covered in dirt, drink splatters and I don’t know what, the stairwell also smelled like somebody was smoking in there recently. Got to our room and it is HOT. The carpet needs replacement the furniture is old and stained. Turned on the air conditioner and went to get ice. Going from machine to machine and they are all broken, finally a housekeeper says that the ground floor machine is the only one in service. We decided to go for a swim while our room cools down. Get down to the pool and the pool is so murky you can’t even see the bottom. The floors are filthy and the windows look like they have never been cleaned. Go back up to the room, still hot. We go for dinner, when we get back the room is hotter than when we left. My husband went to complain and was told the air conditioner was broken. We decided to find somewhere else. The man at the front desk couldn’t give us a refund because we booked through airmiles, but said to tell them what happened and they would refund us. We have never heard back.

Stayed here 4 nights in September '22. As other reviewers noted, there's something wrong with the Air Conditioning. It blows super humid air, and mine was also creating some bad smell. Because I got lucky with the weather (not too cold, not too warm in September), I just turned it off. Otherwise as people reported previously all your clothes would be WET overnight. No kidding. So, I wouldn't stay here during hot summer months. Also, the elevators are OUT for approximately 7th month in a row. I talked to a guest in the lobby and she said she'd been using this hotel for at least 7 months, and the elevators were never operational. So, it looks like this Hotel gave up on keeping with the 2 star standard, and now they are shooting for the best 1-star hotel in the Calgary area. So, unless they put you on the ground floor and/or you have very little luggage, AND it's not hot outside, you might be better off going to at a fully functional hotel - with the AC and elevators working properly. The room itself was clean and the TV was nice and big. After the AC was shut down the room was pretty comfortable.

The service here was perfect place to stay! Everything about this hotel was ok the rooms were clean, tasty breakfast, friendly staff.

I had booked 3 separate rooms for family, as my husband and I were happy the last time we stayed. 1 of those rooms were uncleaned with an unmade bed when we came to check in, (after 5pm) the other 2 were booked under wrong names and the desk clerk wasn't too sure what was going on. Our room was supposed to have a crib in it (which was offered during booking, otherwise I would have brought my travel bassinet). There was no crib, or note of a crib. One of the clerks instead brought a broken playpen to the wrong room. This had no pad, but bars sticking up on the middle) and would not stand straight, that he thought was okay to use. Really appalled by his indifference. I get people don't like children, but I'm not sure what I was supposed to do and we are paying for this. Baby had no where to sleep but bed which isn't the safest. We were also put on the second floor with no elevator in use. Really difficult to transport a 3month baby in a stroller down some stairs. Room was damp and the carpet felt wet, it was pretty gross and shocking. The other 2 rooms had the same issue. Not sure if it was a humidity issue that the hotel is dealing with, but everything in our suitcase was damp after one night despite not taking clothes out. These rooms cost over 1k in total, super disappointed and even for a hotel like Country Inns this is unacceptable. Won't be staying again and warning others as well.

This place is run down and felt dirty. My room was over priced for such a dingy room and hotel. Elevator didn't work. "Air conditioner" felt like a swamp cooler as the room felt cool, but very humid. 2 stars is because it's close to airport and one desk clerk was very pleasant.

"Free" cab is built into price of hotel hence price was $200. Do yourself a favor, unless you like depressing old hotel rooms, look elsewhere. I couldn't wait to leave.

The hotel was ok. The pool was not clean at all. The elevator wasn't working. We had no coffee filter supplied but there was complimentary coffee at the front desk. Overall it was ok. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked REALLY well.

Convenient location close to the airport. Staff is very friendly: Rinette at the front desk helped with early check-in and free breakfast was good with staff making waffles for me. Cab fare from the airport was covered by the hotel.

We stayed there over night in transit between Zurich and Edmonton (only 10 minutes drive from Calgary airport), checked it late night and left next morning, breakfast was good enough, kids enjoyed it, staff was very helpful and accommodating. We stored our luggage for 4 days and without any additional charges.

We had the worst experience checking in and customer service at this hotel. The staff at check in desk did not cooperate untill our travel agent phone them about our reservation. We waited for long time with child till we got the room.

I've been staying here for years. Mom of 2 under 5 everything is available. Pool, laundry, business center. Staff Is wonderful friendly & fast. Breakfast is good and included! Fruits, oatmeal, cereal, coffee and hot food consists of eggs bacon or sausage and hash brown. Location is great close to 16th ave.
The low rating comes because the hotel is getting old. Bathroom has water damage/build up, pool water is kind of hazy lots of chlorine. But hot tub is great always towels available for pool use. I did notice a washer was down but still had one working one and elevator was broken.water build in the washer too. Carpet damage/stain and seems old. Oh yeah and the multiple door access was a great convenience.
With some deep cleaning and fixes this place can be 5 stars again.

I'm very confused by all the great reviews. We stayed here recently, July 2022 and it was very dissapointing. Pool was so gross! Cloudy and had stuff floating all over! Room was run down, chair was completly shredded leather, carpet was stained, main floor bathroom was very dirty and after informing front desk twice, was still gross 1/2hr later. We cancelled our stay and went elsewhere. The only good thing was the front desk was nice and understanding and refunded us.

Great bed.and off the main drag so very quiet. Our room had really easy to control air flow, too, so it was easy to control temperature to our liking. All amenities are exactly as described on website. Proximity to the airport was key for us. Great value

Nice accommodations. Clean. Most of the staff was very helpful, especially Cole and the clerk who added the extra night we decided to stay for. Breakfast was great. It included fresh waffles. Would have been 5 stars if the elevator was working or at least hotels.com or their own website had indicated the elevator wasn't working because at least I could have asked for a room on the first floor. Both my sister and I have mobility issues so stairs are hard and my son had to go up and down 4 times to get our stuff into the room. The clerk that first night didn't even offer to help.

We got the king suite. Room was clean. Couch and chairs in the living room were old. Desk chair had very visible cracks all over the "leather. " Bed was lumpy and the fitted sheet had stains. It looked so old that I got worried about bedbugs. Microwave and heater were very outdated and microwave took a while to heat anything up. Available TV channels were very few and different between the living room and the bedroom. There was a powder room off the livingroom. Main bathroom size ok but the sink drainage was very slow. We asked for late checkout which was no problem so we were given till 1: 30pm. Breakfast was nothing short of basic. We only went the first morning and got Tims the next morning. Ladies in charge of food were pleasant but the waffles and fried eggs were tasteless. However there was yogurt, sausages, cereal, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate as well as sliced white and whole wheat bread. The foyer was nice with a fireplace and books. Hubby and I spent a bit of time by the fire in the sitting area after breakfast. There is a small business centre we used as well. It has a single computer but we couldn't get on Excel as the license had expired. All in all, it was an ok place and affordable but we will most likely not go back there unless we had ran out of all options.

My family and I really enjoyed our dyeing here. In fact, this month we are going again. It has clean rooms, good customers skills and a good hot breakfast.

It is not good. The breakfast is not good and the person who welcomes us for breakfast is not welcoming at all. She is constantly behind the client without helping the client. It's really very unpleasant. From morning to be spied on by someone.

I paid a little over a 100 bucks for a suite. The carpet wasn't vacuumed properly. When we opened the sofa bed, there was garbage underneath. The cushions were so dirty I didn't put my head on it without a towel over it. The towels looked like they had been ripped in half to increase quantities. Breakfast was good and the staff was nice too. However they need to step up on cleanliness.

I met a girl at main desk she was short with black short hair she was super nice and should get promotion.

I informed at the reception that I have arranged a taxi to pick me up in the morning, therefore I informed not to arrange any taxi, and it was agreed.in the morning the taxi came to pick me up which they arranged.they did not cancel and they did not listen to me.and few minutes later the taxi came which I arranged.the person who was at the reception favoured the Caucasian.secondly three day breakfast was the same.elevator didvnot work for three days, bath tub was blocked I informed to fix no one showed up

I booked this hotel and it said air conditioning was included but it didn’t work, the windows also were broken so they didn’t open also the people at the front desk were very rude and didn’t compensate when I paid for a hotel with AC.

They say the AC was “vandalized” but it was working in the hall ways and breakfast room.

The pillows on the bed smelled bad, some towels were dirty when we got there, the carpet was also dirty, they should work on renovating the rooms, they have an odd smell breakfast was okay and service too, it was okay but would not come again

Good location if you're travelling down Highway 1. The room and hotel were clean. Beds were comfortable.
The breakfast is more than just a brown bag breakfast. If your are double vaxxed you can sit in the dining room. There were three hot choices of food. Scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles. And then there was other cold items to choose from. Staff is friendly.
The pool and gym looked good. But I didn't use them.

Excellent place to stay. The only thing I did not like were the pillows. I had four stacked and they squished down like a pancake. I ended up buying a pillow at Costco to compensate.

I will definitely stay here again!

Worst hotel ever.we booked this hotel via online, once we reached no air conditioning or even a fan.rude staff.don6even want to refund or compensate. If I stay here I may die due to no air transmission in room.they told me to open the window and try to sleep. I will sue these guys if I end up in hospital tonight.very bad customer care.shame on you guys took our money AND not not providing the services were offered.trying to get out of this place right away.otherwise I may die in here.please don't choose this place anytime.guys I am begging you to be safe and find value for your money.

Had reservations for Sept 5th and check out for the 6th. We arrived around 4: 00pm and we were checked in right away and welcomed with warmth. Next day had a tea in the morning and the ladies in the restaurant were amazing. The hotel was very comfortable and quiet and my family and me had a great rest and enjoyed our stay. We will most definitely stay there again when in Calgary. BTW not to forget the front desk ladies who checked me out were very pleasant and thanked us for our stay.

These guys need to renovate big time, i had to change rooms due to lack of quality and my replacement has a strong unforcomfortable odour. Definitely not worth the 100 bucks especially when you just came out of a long flight.

Staff très gentil. En dehors de ça, très vieil hôtel, avec vieil équipement, vieille literie, vieille moquette (où on a trouvé une tâche de sang dans notre chambre). Il y avait une mauvaise odeur dans les couloirs et également dans notre chambre. Je pense que ça venait de la climatisation car elle semblait en mauvais état et nous avons vu de la moisissure sur le plafond. Ils nous ont donné du Febreze pour que l'on puisse vaporiser en nous disant que la femme de ménage en avait pourtant mi plusieurs fois dans la journée et que ça sentait mieux qu'hier mais qu'elle ne pouvait pas faire plus. Ayoye. Nous ne sommes pas resté on a demandé remboursement et avons trouvé un autre hôtel. Honnêtement je ne comprends pas les bons avis, nous ne sommes pourtant pas tant exigeant.

I found a good deal for a king suite online and when I called the front desk of the hotel they agreed to match the price, which was great. He took my name and said he would hold the room for me. When we arrived, we checked in with Keith, who was very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel itself is in a quiet area, which made for a peaceful sleep. The room was clean and spacious (it’s a suite) with a tv and functioning AC. They offered a bagged breakfast, which we have yet to eat. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience here and would definitely return.

Great place 4 friendly staff and cleanliness was superb. Only thing I was a little sour about was no restaurant on site. Other than that I will be back.

Staff very accommodating to your needs great rates $$ cheaper than most off of 32nd Ave n.e rooms are nice very clean and covid masks a must when entering

Awesome hotel. Large rooms. Very clean and extremely comfy. The hotel is nicely tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of the big city. Will definitely stay there again!

Have stayed many times, but the past couple of times have been very disappointing. The CLEANLINESS of the room has been terrible. Dirty jets in the jetted tub, horribly made bed. Staff members not wearing masks and following covid safety measures.

I have stayed at this place many times of the last few years for work. Overall it has been great and the staff are excellent, Only reason i won't be staying there any more is I have got a house in Calgary, but I will recommend this hotel to others as the staff are great.

This hotel is pleasantly surprising. Its rated as a 2 star hotel, but was more clean, comfortable and welcoming than many 4 star hotels I've stayed in.
We only stayed for one night, so that our kids could swim. It was virtually empty, there was only one other family staying. Other hotels are only offering 1 hour pool time per night, this one allows you as many time slots as you want, my kids got to swim for 3 hours. The lady was always sure to tell us when we went down that we could stay longer than the hour as nobody else had it booked after us. She even allowed them to stay a few minutes into the adult time, again as nobody had booked for that hour.
The front desk lady was very pleasant, helpful and sweet. Sadly I didnt catch her name but she was working the evening of November 28th.
The room was very clean, the beds were absolutely perfect. We stayed in a 2 queen suite with a sofa bed.
Thanks for giving my kids a fun night during this very difficult time.

Great place to get away and clear my head for a few days. Nice relaxing rooms and great facility.
The only complaint I had is a lot of their guests ignored the mandatory mask waring bylaw in common areas. So I had to pretend all the other guests were zombies, in the hotel I had to avoid.

Average hotel. Nothing special other than the soap.it smells great. Like the name says, country-side theme.
Some airline noise, might need ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

This was a good basic hotel. Check in was easy and friendly, the rooms was comfortable and clean, and the bed was soft. Only 4 stars because the room was dated, the carpet needed to be replaced.

We stayed in the executive King suite with jacuzzi. The bed was comfy and the room was very clean. Only complaint was the 32" outdated lg TV. For an executive suite it should of been atleast 42".

Good location for am event we were attending. Staff were scarce and the hallways reek of smoke.

The woman working at the front was the nicest person ever! I don't remember her name, but she had dark hair and a slight accent. She was super friendly, patient with my kids, and just a wonderful human! The room was great and the price was pretty good considering the size, but I might have been imagining it, but to me, it did smell like smoke. Perhaps the people who used the room prior to us smoked in there. That's why I knocked off a star, but otherwise I would have given 5 stars. The guy working at the front the next morning was just ok. Due to COVID, they are giving "grab and go" breakfast instead of the breakfast buffet, which is really appreciated, and the food is pretty good. It's healthy, which is what I like. I will definitely stay here again!

Horrible experience. Booked through Expedia and went in at 3 am just to find out that Hotel was overbooked.
Front desk staff didn’t even bother calling me about the overbooking. They even lied stating that they didn’t had my number, when I entered my number and email in expedia.

I am quite picky when it comes to staying in hotels/motels as I have run a few myself and have high standards when it comes to being clean. I was Pleasantly very please when I came in the room and did my check and believe me I checked everything! Very nice and comfy bed. Only complaint I have is the pillows are awful. Other than that wonderful place nice front lady staff. Thank you if we come back to Calgary again this will be the place we come to stay!

Great hotel for the price and good location. They offer free breakfast, parking, and internet. Nice gym and pool. We usually get a 1 bedroom suite with living room and separate bedroom, also a work station, fridge, coffe maker, and microwave.

Great location, near to the airport, malls and downtown. Free shuttle service. Reasonably priced. Free breakfast. Rooms are neat and cozy cleaned. Highly recommended

Good sized rooms, clean, quiet and close to airport. Pricing was almost 1/2 cost online for snaptravel and we literally booked it while in the lobby after comparing prices with desk clerk.

This is a really nice place. The rooms are really good size and the beds are fairly comfortable. The place has a pool and a buisness centre. The only thing that made it lose 1 star is because the door is not as good as the Hilton Hotel but better than my previous one and also the roof is small in some parts so tall people might have a problem getting in but it gets better when you get inside the room. Either way this is a really nice place and if I knew how to add half a star, I would.

Not recommend at all Booked a reservation and did cancel at 12 but did not refund all my money back cause the lady said ok we r cancelling for u but did not and charged me for no show
