Country Kennels Bed & Biscuits

Our very first time taking our dogs to a kennel, we were nervous but the team here did such an excellent job with our dogs in doing everything they could to make sure our dogs were comfortable and stress free as possible. They definitely are an amazing team and highly recommend them! Kira and Frankie both say thank you to this amazing team of staff!

Dog came home happy. Staff seem to love dogs. He got lots of exercise and play time outdoors.

We took our pups, Jack and Gromit to Country Kennels Bed & Biscuit for a stay just over a week. After having a poor experience at another kennel that did not notice one of our dogs not having eaten during his almost two week stay, we wanted to make sure their stay would be positive.

We were immediately impressed by the attention that the Country Kennel's team dedicated to Jack and Gromit. We received consistent updates and amazing, tailored support for our non-eater, Gromit. Kerry was wonderful and pulled out all the stops to make Gromit comfortable, including sitting with him in his run during meal time. She successfully got him to eat and we couldn't be happier knowing our boys were so well taken care of.

It was a horrible experience. When we booked for the service, they told us to keep our two cats in a room with a divider so they can use both side of the room. But when we dropped them off, staff put our two cats in a small room, which is for one cat. I asked them why putting them in a small room. Staff said, "We are fully booked at this moment. We will move them to a bigger room. We trusted them at first, but they never moved our two cats in a bigger space. So our two cats stayed in a small space, which is for one cat, for 3 WEEKs. We asked them to send photos through the email because we were out of the country, but we only received one email for 3 weeks. We also have one dog on boarding. It seems like our dog never played with other dogs. We expected that our dog play with other dogs. She is always friendly and likes to play with other dogs. They don't know how to take care of "pets. "

Both times I’ve used them have been fairly short notice, one being day of. Super accommodating and the dogs have come home happy and healthy after both visits.

The owners always take great care of our dog when we need to kennel her for a few days. Very friendly staff, i believe family run. Highly recommended

Blinda was amazing and she was able to get my dog in on a moments notice. The dog was kept really well and updates were given upon request.

Fantastic! We have a large Lab/Mastiff with anxiety problems and they were great with her! They also walk dogs every day!
They also have rescue dogs and cats for rehoming

The young woman who welcomed us gave us confidence that our older dog would be well taken care of. Impressed us as a well run kennel.

The staff at Country Kennels were amazing. We had to leave town on a short notice family emergency, and they were extremely accommodating and our furry kids were well taken care of. This is now our go to place!

Our German Shepherd "Annie" recently had a 3 week stay here. We were very happy with all services provided. They were more than happy to take my phone calls to check up on Annie and very encouraging. It's hard to leave a pet for a long time. When we picked Annie up she was happy, in good condition with no signs of anxiety. Of course happy as heck to see us! The kennels are clean, there is very little odor and the dogs have plenty of space to exercise plus they get several walks a day. Annie will definitely be returning to Country Kennels Bed and Biscuit if the future for babysitting:)

Great place! Ive been using them for the past few years and I’ve head a great experience every time! My pups love it here and I always feel at ease leaving them here. I would definitely recommend to any one who is looking for a great kennel!

They charged me for 2 days when I dropped Daisy off at 11: 30 am and picked her up at noon the next day.

My 1 year old German Shepard Husky mix spent 2 weeks at bed and biscuit while went on vacation. She has anxiety around other dogs as well as people, and requires daily doses of medication. I was definitely nervous leaving her behind, but I was able to call and check in on how she was doing which was a great comfort. She settled in nicely and when we picked her up she was comfortable around all the staff who had worked with her. She came back healthy and happy as ever, which gave me a lot more confidence for any future stays.

Our mini daschund spent the day here while we explored the area.
No reservation was needed. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. If we are ever out this way again we will for sure being using the services again.

Our dogs love country kennels! We just had them there for the second time and they were so excited to see the staff when we dropped them off. Everyone is very friendly and we know our pups are well cared for. My favorite part is that they give you a report card when you pick them up with lots of information about how they did while they were there.
Highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Great place to board your dog over the Christmas break. They do use choke chains and extendible leashes. So make arrangements ahead of time if you have a concern with the use of these items

What an amazing place! Our dog loves it there. We pick him up and hes clean and we know hes well taken care of. Best place ever for our fur babies!

This place is lovely! I dropped my pooch off when I went to Hawaii for a vacation and from the minute I got there everything was fantastic, we walked in and one of the workers took no time in detaching my leash and attaching one of there's to take my pooch off for a walk. It really helped the entire "Goodbye" process go smoothly, I wasn't stressed about leaving, my dog wasn't stressed about seeing me go.
And when I went to pick him up he was happy, alert, bright and eager to see me. Normally when I have travelled in the past my poor dog has suffered from separation anxiety and this time, not a bit. He wasn't clingy, whiny or upset when I got back, life just returned to normal and we got right back in his routine.
