I am going to this shop for quite few years when have any trouble with tires. Always extremely satisfied. They are very organized, patient, kind, professiona, flexible with appointments. Always give ne the best advice, service and help. Couldn't wish for better service.
Kim is the one who always is helping me with my issues related to tires. She is the one who deserves 5 stars (if l could l would be happy to give her more)

I was very impressed with the customer service that I received from Kelly. He did not try to up sell me, instead he asked me questions on the type of driving I do and informed me on the type of tires I would need. I had an appointment at 10 and was told it would take 1-1.5 hrs to have the tires put on and they were on time, once again with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend Country Tire to anyone! Thanks

Kelley and Kim, as well as their entire team, were absolutely phenomenal! While their service was 10/10 from start to finish, I want to personally acknowledge the assistance they gave me in getting winter tires for my vehicle.

I'm a student on an extremely limited income, and there was no feasible way for me to afford a new set of tires, even second-hand. I was terrified thinking of how I was going to get to school this winter without them - and then Kelley stepped in. He was able to secure me a used set for free as a "contribution to my education" and did the work for free as well! All I had to do was pay for a new set of rims (which I needed anyway). This offer brought me to tears on more than one occasion. I would probably never have been able to afford another set of tires for the next four years I'm in school, so I am beyond grateful for the entire team for what they did for me. Special thank you as well to Kim, who answered questions and kept me company while I waited, and did all the little things that made this possible too!:) Thank you so much, Country Tire team!

I had a hard time finding winter tires for my vehicle, I visited 4 or 5 different companies and they said they didn't sell that size. Country tires didn't have them either but they made their searches and found them for me and gave me even quality options. The most professional and good service place. Thanks everyone there and specially to Kelly for the effort

Pat performed a wheel alignment on our older Lexus. It drives straight now and brakes straight. Thank you for an excellent job! This is a significant safety improvement. Pat was courteous and on-time.

Service is really bad. I bought used tires it makes too much noise and it was even expired. I went back to shop and they do not listen. Even there is one lady works there and her way of talking is really rude. Please do not go there.

Very Bad qualify of Tires. I do not recommend. They just sell and they do not listen after they sell. They said, we do not give any warranty or guarantee. Never go gain. Very very bad quality of tires.

Great company! We ordered tires and found out they were the wrong size when I went in. Kelly worked with us to find new tires, brought them in from Edmonton. Kim at the front is lovely and all the guys in the shop are kind and courteous. Great experience all around, would highly recommend them and will go back when I need new tires!

I won't bring my car to anybody other than Pat! He's been our mechanic for the better part of the past 5 years or so and every single time we get our vehicle back from him, it always feels like new.

Very satisfied with this tire shop. Some highlights.

-can book an appt for tire swap. Appt starts right away and finished within an hour. Reasonable rates for tire swap
-needed new tires - they suggested a quality tire, checked online to compare prices and they were competitively priced
-got a flat tire - was able to get the car towed to the shop and they ordered a new tire for me and got it replaced within a matter of days

This company provided solutions to my problems and I am not car savvy at all. They earned my trust and will be doing business with them for many years to come.

Great service, friendly staff. Recently brought in my jeep with a punctured tire. Because I purchased the tire from Country Tire - years ago - the repair was free! The repair was quick and and the staff friendly. While I was waiting, overheard the owner saving a customer thousands of dollars on the cost of new tires compared to a dealer quote. Highly recommend!
