I would highly recommend Countryside as the go to for all your landscaping needs. I had gone to a few other garden centers and felt like it was an inconvenience to be helped. The staff and selection at Countryside are second to none! We love our new tree! We will definitely be back.

We wanted to thank Cate for guiding us with the Sour Cherry tree issues that we had last year in regards to the abundance of Aphids on our tree.

She recommended a Windmill to keep the birds away, a tree bag for consistent watering, and fertilizer.

This year we were aphids-free and for the first time in 5 years, we managed to get more than a cup full of cherries in fact we yielded a crop of more than 3 pounds.

Thank you Cate for your expertise, we will definitely be recommending you for product information/purchases and troubleshooting.

I recently completed a xeriscape yard project under the Town of Okotoks guidelines. I had unbelievable support from both Kim and Lindsey in both plant selection and the paperwork needed to document my purchases. A great garden center with wonderful staff.

Poor Product Quality, Poor Customer Service

Had these trees planted last July and this is what they deliver. Installers removed the fishing line that holds the branches up. I called and asked to have them come back and fix it and they said they would next time they were in the area. I’m still waiting… ended up tying them up myself. The tress look terrible. I would look elsewhere if I could do it over again.

This has not been a very good experience at all. The trees are reasonable in quality but the service and the installation were appalling. First they tried to overcharge, they then didn't give any clear direction or dates for planting and then when I scrambled to meet all of the requirements because it was going to be within a week, they didn't bother to come for another 3 weeks with only one days notice. As for the planting it was sub-contracted out and the trees are all at angles, planted over the top of roots etc It's appalling quality. My landscaper said it's the worst tree planting they have EVER seen. I have had to chase CLGC so so many times and they are full of false promises about what they are going to do and when. I am totally fed up and would not recommend them at all.

Fabulous service from the entire team! Melissa patiently assisted with my tree and shrub choices. We had to make a change due to some community challenges and it was no problem - Melissa made sure I got what I needed. The crew did a fabulous job planting, and left our yard looking amazing. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with was kind and patient. Kudos to your team!

Horrible Horrible experience! DO NOT deal with this company. Ignorant customer service very rude! We ordered a large number of trees and had lined up a trailer as well as help and twice now they would call the day of and say the order still hadn't arrived.

Horrible customer service. It’s like a private girls club. Have had several issues over the past two summers with purchasing large trees. Poor communication, they blame there screw ups on you as a customer. Left several messages with them and they never called back. I went to see them personally and there answers to me was “well we are busy”. Really? No I am so sorry, my apologies, nothing at all. They gave me warranty information when I purchased a tree. I followed the instructions and went into the store. They said they can not help me, I need to go online and send in a warranty request. Two totally sets of different instructions and they don’t return their messages. Horrible, Horrible customer service. The red head who seems to be the boss did not help.
