I saw that she was doing her nails while I am standing there. Then came and start yelling at me when I give the item to be shipped for no reason. So unprofessional. She needs to be fired on the spot.

They don't deliver our courier. We've to come and pick it up. Very lazy of them not even trying to give me a call. I was at home all day.

While I would give UPS as a company 1 star, this store has great customer service and very nice staff. The store can't do anything about incompetent delivery drivers.

Check pricing at another UPS store. Was told I would be charge $90 for a 6 lbs package to US. Confirmed that was the lowest rate. Didn’t make sense as the last shipment of 27 lbs to US was around $60. Was told it’s because it’s a different US city...

At least put up a sign that says u will not be open if u are closed during regular business hours. I went there under the assumption they were open but they were not. They were supposed to be.
