I felt I was being upsold every service they could provide. My advisor raced through my billing, did not fully explain what happened during my service, told me that I needed a wheel alignment. When I told her I just had one she said oh, ok we will make some adjustments free of charge. I got a service inspection package that I realized when I got home, she had raced to get me out and didn't explain what they had found. My free oil change cost me $268.60 with all the extra charges.

I absolutely love the service from Courtesy. Raj in service is phenomenal.the Prices are reasonable. The service itself together is quick. I tended to avoid dealerships for the classic reasons but Courtesy blows all that away.

Took my Jeep Cherokee to Courtesy Chrysler for a wheel alignment and brake check. It is the first time I have been to Courtsey and I was impressed by April the service advisor who was friendly and helpful. The wheel alignment was done as per my request and they did a good job. The steering feels much better.

Raj is Amazing whenever I need car services. Everyone is very pleasant and customer service is top notch

Service staff were very attentive to trying to identify and solve a problem. Went on a test drive with me when I dropped in without an appointment Unfortunately the problem didn’t show on the drive but they made a note to ensure it was on record as reported before the warranty period expires.

Been to different dealerships, have dealt with different sought of customer service, but after visiting these guys i am not going to some other place. Most important part of buying a new vehicle is services and maintainence, RAJ in service department has helped us alot with all assistance.

Would highly recommend giving them a visit for any new purchase.

I cannot express how much I enjoyed my visit to Courtesy Chrysler. My visit started with a greeting from the wonderful Brandy, who checked in my car for an oil change. A new vehicle was in the cards for me so I also had an appointment set up with Bobby. Picking out a new (to me) vehicle with Bobby was an easy and fun process. Ashley in finance was amazing as well. She worked with me to get the best possible loan. Overall 10/10. I will be returning to this dealership and send whoever asks over.

Had oil change recently and oil start leaking, brought it back last Saturday June 17,2023 to fix it and was told that it's a faulty filter and no more leak now just notice that it's leaking more than before causing me stress

We called to see of they had a steel rim that would fit our truck. They had one remaining. They placed it aside for us and we were able to pick it up an hour or so later.

Very disappointed in the service department. They told me that my air conditioning evaporator coil was gone so I ended up getting another second opinion. Yeah they were going to charge me 3500 for the evaporator coil so I went to go get a second opinion and it was just a plug on the evaporator coil which only cost me $513 so I would never trust anything dodge courtesy. Krystal has to say in the service department. I will never be going back there again.

If you don’t like high pressure sales then don’t come to this place. Also, the sales manager Jamie is pretty arrogant. Was not happy with the service that was provided and I definitely won’t be going back.

Dealership was nice enough when I bought my car from them. I went for the oil change that was included with my purchase today. They gave me an estimate of 1 to 1.5 hours so far it has taken them double that time. Their parts must not be very high quality as they said the “new oil filter” I was getting had a leak. Would not recommend this place for servicing.
