Nice room and fantastically comfortable bed! Wish I could take the mattress home with me. Great food and staff!

Courtyard Marriott is a wonderful place to stay and the service you receive from their friendly staff is excellent. I have recommended this place to others and will continue to do so. The restaurant also has a variety of tasteful food to choose from. You will not be disappointed

We held our wedding at the Courtyard by Marriott Edmonton West on Saturday, June 17, and we couldn't be happier with our choice of venue.
Our out-of-province guests who stayed several nights at the hotel have nothing but amazing comments about their stay - from check-in, to the event staff, and the incredible food.
The staff at CBMEW went above and beyond every step of the way. Pallabi and the event staff were especially helpful and accommodating.
I would absolutely recommend this hotel for your visit to Edmonton, and to anyone planning a wedding.

I stay here often for work but recently had an issue with bill charges. The bill included parking charges while I did not have a car for my Edmonton visit. The only way to communicate with the hotel is by phone (no email) and upon calling I was informed those charges would be reversed. 2 months later and that still has not happened. I’d very carefully check your bill before leaving

We were invited to a information gathering for medical devices for laryngectomy patients. The food the was excellent. The service was outstanding. The microphone went down and the staff fixed it immediately. The rooms where spotless as expected with every Marriot Hotel.

No complimentary breakfast, it's actually complimentary style, buffet, but very expensive. Snacks are to expensive and the room itself is expensive. Fair room, nothing special. Definitely not worth the money

Worst hotel I ever stayed at, worst dirty rooms I have ever stayed in. Old hair in the sink stains on the bedding.
Not to mention the many other things that went wrong during this trip.
Never ever eat there,
You could see rodent droppings as you walked corners.

Room was nice and comfortable. Especially liked the sofa with ottoman. Lobby was very nice and inviting as well.

I’d avoid this hotel, I’m a frequent traveler and this location loves to nickel and dime you. The Bonvoy membership with Marriott is useless, no advantages they even refused to provide me a bottle of water… because I’m not a gold member? I have stayed at over 100 Marriott's and have never been refused a bottle of water. What a joke!
