They are polite, professional and best priced, they get the job done! I definitely recommend this place.

My phone was beyond repair - not their fault. However, I was initially told it would be ready the next day, and I didn't hear from them for two days. On the third day I called ahead and still had to wait for two hours after I arrived, because they got me confused with another customer. While I was waiting, I also overheard them misdiagnosing the problem with my phone.

I would have rated them higher if they told me my phone was bricked in one afternoon, but they didn't really seem to show any respect for my time, so I can't recommend them in good conscience.

These guys are quick and have reasonable prices. They were honest when it came to giving me quotes. They did an amazing job fixing my S20+.

I was looking for an unlocked cell phone and called CPR and talked to Corbin so after a brief conversation I went directly to the store and happy I did as it was the cell phone I was looking for and in brand new like condition. Corbin was very good to deal with and in explaining and setting up my iPhone, putting on a screen protector and threw in at no charge a one year warranty compared to their 6 month warranty. I did look on line for unlocked cell phones and most that I seen only had 90 day warranty's. I also noticed that they repair iPads and other brand laptops etc. Nice to know if I ever need that type of service. I will deal with them in the future for sure.

Spoke to Jeff today to confirm he had a glass replacement for my cell which he said he did. Said I would be right over and drove across the city to find out they didn't have it. Thanks for wasting my afternoon with your incompetence.

When I brought my phone here after having it badly repaired by another guy, these guys were incredible. The person who fixed my phone was fantastic to work with; he was so pleasant, he listened me, and genuinely appeared to care. He gave me a wonderful price. He was adorable and patient in the store. They have been my go to cell phone repair shop since 2018. Even when Im looking for another phone I'll tell Jeff first.

They have changed the back glass on my current phone twice. And have done a rush repair when my phone was crapping out on me hours before I was to board a plane for work. Every single time they have pulled through.

There was one instance when one of the repair guys dident snap all the connectors in for the power suppy, but they were quick to address the issue.

My Xbox power supply went on my console. I took the console to ubreakifix and he did an amazing job. The only other person to touch my console my someone from cpr. I was told that my USB was ripped off the frame, screws were rolling around the box and that it was dirty, the very reason I took it to cpr in the first place. Don't waste your time here.
