Went to the shop to get a service done.once I got there I realized my truck was dirty an they would have to be working on it.so to avoid them getting dirty an my truck getting scratched I decided to go wash it an they denied my service due to the fact that I was a "problem client" for wanting to protect my paint job before they decided to work on it.they denied me the service an shoved me off as a client. Highly recommend Jeff's auto glass there 10 percent cheaper.an nicer service.

Phil and the crew were amazing. They booked me in on short notice, and when I arrived they were ready for me. I highly recommend this to anyone who gets a rock chip. Head over there and get it filled before it’s too late. New windshields are expensive.

I brought my 2018 Grand Cherokee in to have the back passenger window repaired. They replaced the window but damaged the molding around it.

I noticed the ruined molding a few weeks later and confronted the owner. He responded, "You can't expect things to be put back exactly the same. Once you start removing parts, they don't always fit the same way as before. " Given that this is a nearly new vehicle, I expected it to be restored to its original condition. The owner refused to cover any costs for repairing the molding, justifying his stance by mentioning how little profit he made from the window repair and how it affected his donations to Meals on Wheels. However, quality work wouldn't have resulted in such an issue.

I took the vehicle to a body shop, where the owner informed me that the window should have been removed from the bottom, not the top, making it unnecessary to remove the molding at all. The molding uses clips, and once removed, it cannot be reattached as it was originally. Additionally, the window repairer had used a knife along the edge of the molding, damaging the metal frame underneath. Proper procedure would have been to heat the molding and remove it without using a knife.

In the end, a $200 window replacement resulted in $300 worth of damage to my vehicle. The original repair shop's owner seems uneducated about replacing power windows and lacks pride in the quality of his work. He should not be running a business if he does not care about customer satisfaction and is only concerned with profit. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to this shop for power window services.

Most of the positive reviews are for windshields, rock chips, or cracks. For those services, I would still recommend Glass Masters, as they have a good reputation and address any problems they cause. For power window issues, it's best to go to a reputable body shop—these are the true experts, not amateurs.

Trustworthy and reliable, Phil and his team have helped me a number of times (including squeezing me in for a windshield rock multiple times) and he has always provided honest advice about when to fix something and when to wait and do a replacement. What makes a business successful: exceptional customer service and good prices. Previously, I had my windshield replaced on one of my vehicles and today went in to get a crack repaired. I was really happy with the past windshield install and now, very happy with the repair on my other vehicle. The crack went from being really noticeable to a small spot. I was pleased they could repair as the windshield on this vehicle is around $800. I highly recommend this Crackmasters and it was especially nice to see its a family run operation.

Stopped in for a sudden quarter size rock chip, got me in the shop right away. Fast and easy service, staff are amazing.

My window got smashed and was completely shattered. I made an appointment the next day after calling them and they did it so fast and perfectly done. I also had to mention that Phil was very nice and approachable, will definitely always come back to this place if I have any auto glass troubles in the future. Recently had the front windshield on my husband’s truck replaced as a gift. I collected quotes from various windshield repair companies, but ended up choosing Crackmasters, and I’m very glad I did! Their prices are comparable with all other companies, but their customer service is what makes them stand out. Getting a quote was quick and easy, and were quick to reply to any questions I had. The replacement itself was much faster than I anticipated, and they returned my husband’s truck cleaner than when I had brought it in. They offer free 90 day complimentary rock chip repair, and the waiting area is nicely set up with books/puzzle books, toys for kids, and free wifi. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a windshield repair company!

After taking a golfball-sized rock to my windshield on the weekend, I opted to go to Crackmasters over one of the cheap tents, especially as I was worried I would have to potentially replace it. I went to CrackMasters at West Edmonton last week. My window was not broken, but it was scratched with poor visability. I am impressed with the professionalism and quality care provided. Being a senior and on a tight budget, I had my side window replaced and recieved a discount that I didn't expect. They made sure I was comfortable while I was in the waiting area. They are courteous and they make you feel like a part of the family. A very warm and friendly atmosphere. I didn't have to wait too long and I was out within an hour. I would not hesitate to send my friends or family to CrackMaster at West Edmonton.
