CRAFT Beer Market Southcentre

First time coming to CRAFT and we had a 5 star experience, mostly due to Monica.

Our service was great, Monica checked in with us just the right amount, walked by and checked without interrupting our conversation a handful of times to make sure we were doing good, which I appreciated. She was very personable and answered all of questions with thoughtful and honest answers. She really seemed to be serving us how she would want to be served and that is the main reason for 5 stars.

The food was good, we had the new Korean sticky ribs, the kung pao lettuce wraps, and parmesan fries which were good. Really liked the sticky ribs and would recommend those. Lettuce wraps were good, but probably wouldn’t get them again unless I had a serious craving for lettuce wraps. The parmesan fries were good, but it would be nice to see them with a little more flavour on the fries themselves, maybe take a bit more of a risk and toss/coat them in the truffle mayo, still good though. Probably should have listened to Monica’s suggestions and got the sticky chicken ramen or the chili prawn fettuccine. Next time I guess.

If I could give more precise scores I would probably do a 4.5 on food and a 5.0 on service because Monica was awesome. If you’re reading this Monica - thank you!

4.5 overall - Good experience, vibe and selection of beers/drinks and decent food. As far as a beer market goes - this is a good one to go to for drinks! Ample amount of seating for any size groups here.

Good food my burger was a little overdone but it's the first time I have had this happen and I am not a complainer.been there many times before always pretty good. Service is amazing.

Our group of 20 was well taken care of for dinner service. The restaurant was really busy, and the server lets us know there would be some delays. The most had different burgers and the general feedback was that everything was good. The Crispy Chicken sliders were good, the questionable item was the amount of chips you got with them. One person got 3 chips and another got 5. It seemed a bit low. Service was fantastic.

Go to Craft on Anderson. These are the reasons why. #1. Bri, #2. Jenn, #3. Sarah, #4. Adonis. The staff are incredible. 5 stars all the way. The new food menu is fantastic, kudos to the kitchen staff for what they do. Great vibe, always a good time, thank you. See you soon!

Hospitality is on next level. They are awesome. And the top of it food is really amazing I love it

Staff seemed understaffed. Our visit was disappointing to say the least. Pizza was burnt. Surged flat bears. Even ordered chicken burger that came raw. Not good

Was there for a company holiday party, service was great, food was good, washroom leaves a lot to be desired, having them in the basement is very awkward and they were not attended to all night.

Omg! Seriously the best food ever. I had the tuna danang salad and husband had southwest chicken bowl. It was absolutely amazing. We also couldn’t resist to order the classic hamburger I will definitely be back.

Really neat place with lots of beer option. We had the Queen Bee pizza (with the honey and jalapeno relish on the side) and the AC burger

The food was really good and they have a wide selection of drinks to go with it. I ordered the queen bee pizza, which was sweet and spicy with a crispy crust.

Fantastic selection of non-beer cider, non alcoholic and grizzly paw soda. Steller food, poutine had thick gravy and still crisp fries. One of the better pizzas in Calgary.

Our server was amazing. We went with our 2 year old and 4 month old baby after our santa photos and felt incredibly welcomed! We came in at shift change so the bartender was our server and he was so authentic and charismatic! He offered us tasters and made great recommendations. My husband got 2x burgers on special for $6 each which is a great price and they were delicious. I got the brewmaster chicken sandy + parm fries (good upsell mr. Server! Lol). Our 2 year old loved his kids pizza. I only took 1 star off atmosphere because I worked at the OG Craft in downtown Calgary so compared to that one I think the south location just isn't as nice and open. Biggest regret was not getting our servers name! A delightful staff member who brought us our food offered to take a family pic for us. I'm happy to see some restaurants still train their staff on customer service! They went above and beyond! BONUS points even because I breastfed my son at the table and our server didn't even blink an eye. Sometimes young men can be awkward about it but not this guy! Lol.

Before going to watch a movie, we had some time and decided to stop by this place. The staff was incredibly friendly. They had a wide variety of menu options, especially a diverse selection of beers, making it fun to choose. We opted for four beers and some poutine. The food was standard, but the beer tasted great. Thanks to the friendly servers, we had a wonderful time.

Love the craft. It's always great food, great service, and the ambiance is great. Recommend.

Their food is really good. Lately, i’ve been ordering the Sticky Chicken Ramen Bowl as it looks good with the chicken pieces and half boiled eggs. First order, I find it salty and thought maybe there was a mistake. Second order is today and still salty, i have added half cup of hot water thinking it may dilute the saltiness but man it is still salty for my taste buds! If they can adjust the salt amount they put in, this would get a 5 star.

Great food, and good service on a takeout order, a small mistake on the order and the manager made amends.

Good restaurant in the mall. No access to the mall from inside the restaurant. Our granddaughter, whom we came to see requested to go here. I had the chicken sandwich with hot sauce and maples syrup. Excellent! Not too hot.or spicy. Our granddaughter had the kids mac and cheese which she loves and my wife had the chicken sliders with hot sauce and maple syrup. She too enjoyed those. Homemade chips are excellent and service was very good. We will be back!
