I come here often to pick up Whistle Pig and am always impressed by the selection. I went further into the mix today (dec 16) speaking to a Shane in which he was incredibly knowledgeable in all questions I had not only explaining but also having great recommendations. Greatly appreciated his time.

The selection here is incredible. If you are looking for something special to add to your collection, I am sure you will find it here. The staff has great knowledge about their products and are happy to help you find what you are looking for. I was impressed by the stores wide range of stock in each category, truly something for any budget. They even have event nights, too!

Prices are little higher than other big sellers like BSW and Zyn

If you're looking for a well stocked liquor store with knowledgeable employees - this is the place to go. They sell many beer and wine options and even have a bar with local beers and you can get your own growler filled. They also do tasting events with vendors which adds a whole extra level to the overall experience. Love this store and will always recommend it.

Ordered from craft cellars had little misshapen but the company actually called me n made everything right. I will order again with certainty that this company actually cares n strives to be the best at customer service.there are actually ppl who care n show it by reaching out and make you know your not just a number or are lost in a online circus.

I recently completed an online order for some items that were hard to find. They shipped very fast, packaging was fantastic. Shipping charges were very reasonable and they had very competitive prices on some great items. I will be watching their website more often and will not hesitate to order from them again.

Customer service was great. The clerk walked around with me and answered all my questions. Great selection and good prices. I've ordered online from them in the past as well and those transactions were super smooth.

I noticed that Craft Cellars did something very shady last week. Certainly well within their right, but it speaks volumes. They had released the Tamdhu 18 with about 29 or so bottles shown in the online stock counter. Within a few hours, they apparently sold out! But did they? Well, it turns out they released "another" 28 or so bottles a day or 2 later. Since, it has been around several days since their (apparent) 2nd release, and only 2 have sold, and this is because the price is prohibitively high.

So what I have gathered, is that, their 1st release were of the exact same stock as their 2nd release, but since they KNOW that their whisky members know and want a good whisky, Craft wanted to make it seem like this whisky was so sought after, that it sold out the same day, at such an exorbitant price, so when they release it again, the people would be like. "I better buy it quick because it sold out so fast before, I never got the chance".

Why on earth would their (apparent) 1st release sell out within hours, but with their 2nd release, only a couple have sold after several days?

Lower the price on the TAMDHU 18 Craft cellars, and stop taking advantage of your customers who are taken advantage enough in the whisky world. Shame on you!

First time user had a great experience had a few questions and was answered with timely responses to my emails. When package was received it was wrapped very well and no damage to product. When package was at its destination received confirmation from shipping company as well as a follow up email from craft cellar’s letting me know it had arrived. Overall positive experience I highly recommend craft cellars for anyone in Ontario who can’t find what they are looking for
