Got my tire done at cranked and my chain was loose so now I have to pay an additional 15$ to have them fix the issue they caused….

Jose offered a professional opinion on tire replacements for my wife's bike. He was very helpful and articulated his reasoning very well to a layman. He replaced the tire on the spot, and I was on my way within 15 mins. Excellent customer service.

Purchased my first Pinarello at Cranked in Airdrie. Nick and Gilles are really friendly and knowledgeable, and quick at getting back to me with my many questions. I frequently visit Cranked for service work and parts. I also often ride with Gilles and Nick. A very high end shop that will cater to all riders whether new or an advanced cyclist!

Recently Gilles really helped me with a warranty claim. Even though they are very busy, he was on top things right away and communicated every step of the way. He’s also found me a solution for the interim while I wait for a warranty replacement. Great experience and highly recommended!

Just bought my second bike from Cranked. I go back for the patient and welcoming customer service. Nick and Jeff gave me several options to try for my price range and in the end I chose a Norco Search. I’m not sure I believed the hype around gravel bikes until I rode it. It’s responsive and multi use- I’m in love️. I’m also a huge @smithoptics fan and they walked me through different lens choices. Very happy with my new Smith’s. Go to Cranked- it’s a no pressure environment and they truly want you to enjoy your bike.

Very nice clean shop nice people answered all my questions honestly and didn’t try make me feel dumb. A worker named Ethan gave me a great recommendation for a bike to fit my needs would shop there again.

My hubby and I have purchased 2 bikes here in the last year. There's no expectation that you know everything about bikes. The salesperson understood what I meant when I called things 'thingies' and I didn't feel judged for not knowing! Exceptional service, no high pressure sales. If you need a bike, go to Cranked.

I'm fairly new to this shop even though I've lived in Airdrie for a long time now. I went in a few years back and found it to have very poor service when I was looking at bikes and other merchandise and never really went back because I got a poor first impression.

But this year, I was in a pinch, so I went back to give it another chance, and was pretty happy with the service this time around. They did some work on one of my bikes on a drop in and although my issue wasn't resolved after I picked it up same day, they promptly corrected the issue next day. So they definitely aren't on my blacklist anymore. I'd go back for sure now, and them being local is a plus.

Very clean and professional shop. Hands down best shop in Calgary area, likely best in Western Canada. These guys love bikes and want to share their love of cycling with all of us. I go to Cranked for all my cycling needs.

I contacted several bike shops in Edmonton & Calgary looking for a specific bike and Cranked was able to help me out. They were awesome at every step from ordering the bike to fitting it. The staff was accommodating and I felt like they went the extra mile to help me out when necessary.
