Cranston Market Dental

I’m not confident in the referral to orthodontics clinic that I had in the past twice with a redo I mentioned this to cranston clinic that there no follow up on treatments and had to pay upfront and then they kept my insurance payout also until I followed up on them through cranston.
Now they wanted to sent me again to same place way across the city 2 years later for same treatment referral.

Everyone is very professional. But more than that they were friendly, cheerful and seemed to enjoy their job. Sharon

In 2 visits, Dr. Nazariy Babyak treated all my teeth, very politely answered all the questions I had. I recommend this clinic.
By the way, the girls at the reception are also very friendly. I received SMS reminders about the appointment, which is very convenient.

Most professional place in Calgary for dental care, if not in the whole of Canada! Dr. Babyak is truly a very professional, knowledgeable and affable person. Same for Elijah, the dental nurse, and all the receptionists working there. I’m very lucky to belong to this clinic and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone! Thank you, guys!

Great experience! Hadn't been to the dental office in almost two years as I don't have dental coverage so was petrified about being judged. The dental hygienist was very understanding, and went above and beyond in her examination, as well as even suggested a referral to periodontist, something that no-one had suggested in my several years of having gingivitis that advanced to periodontitis over the years. Felt very well taken care of. Keep it up!

They did a crown for my front tooth that was sticking out. It turned out really great and new tooth fits much better than existing.

It was a session which needed to accomplish many tasks. Preparing for bridging on two crowns and extracting a broken tooth. My experience was mostly painless throughout the process, with only some pressure on the gums from the casting instruments. It was a fairly long session that was not uncomfortable at any time.

Great office! Staff is friendly and professional. My dental hygienist, Alysha, was gentle and thorough. Would highly recommend.

We recently moved to Calgary and selected Cranston Market Dental for our dental services. I have had my first visit and dental hygiene and am very pleased with the quality of work done and the professionalism of the front office staff and hygienists.

I seriously can't get over how amazing this dentist is. Dr. Nazar & Dr. Chana care so much for their patients and it shows in everything they do for their patients! They are both so compassionate! They have the kindest staff, who work so hard!

Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional administration staff. Louise & Stephanie, you did not listen to what the problem was - you assumed! I paid the co-pay. I am not asking you to write off my co-pay. What I am looking for is explanation on why do I have to pay even I have 2 insurance coverage and I asked why do I need an x-ray when it was only done September 2022. I hope the owner will recognize your unprofessionalism. Basic customer service etiquette - listen to what the problem is and work with the person to find resolution. Instead you shut me down and indicated you had this conversation with me and that I told you I am a single mother and have family struggles? That must be another patient you are referring to, and this shows your lack of compassion and breach of trust.

Check out some emotional intelligence self help books and also work on your communication skills. You said you are it and I can not speak with another person as you are the Team Leader, then be a "Team Leader". Some customers only needed to be listened to. Not your loss - feel bad for the business owner if their front line staff is as disrespectful and inconsiderate as YOU.

The admin staff also sent our personal information to the wrong address - forms including our personal information.

I don't expect any response, only hope that someone else can learn from this experience. I was already told I could not speak with anyone else and she (Louise) is "THE" Team Leader. Will never recommend this place.

As a new patient to this office, I am blown away by how understanding and helpful the front staff is! The communication is amazing. Everyone I encountered was professional and pleasant. Will be coming back with my family for sure!

First time patient and was extremely impressed with the quality of service and talent. Past experiences required my mouth to be frozen for a basic hygiene cleaning & in 2 separate appointments. My cleaning was done in 50 minutes, with no freezing (only numbing gel), & minimal discomfort. I no longer dread going to the dentist. Even got a little welcome gift as a new patient which was a nice touch to a great appointment. Thank you Cranston Dental team!

Brittany Ankerman is an amazing Dental Hygienist. Very thorough. First time I haven't had a headache and sore teeth after a cleaning

The hygienist who cleaned my teeth on October 13 was excellent. He made me feel comfortable and positive about my oral care. He gave me a tip on flossing that I never knew before and have been using ever since. He was also very personable and easy to talk to.

We've been coming here since we moved into the area about 6 years ago and have always had a wonderful experience. Everyone from the front desk staff, to the hygienists and Dr. 's have all been fantastic.

Just had my cleaning at this office and had a great experience. My hygienist, Cris was amazing as were the rest of the team.

This is my second time come to Cranston Market Dental, both times they were excellent.
Today I made the mistake of showing up 3 hours early because I misread my appointment reminder, but they didn’t hesitate and made time for me!
Jamina was my dental hygienist today and she was awesome, she made sure I was comfortable and was able to clean all my teeth; she also reminded me to floss

Scheduled Aug12 but she call me Aug10 and says I am late so I rebook for the next day for 9: 45 I was in the clinic 9: 20 and they said I am late for 9am appointment
They said they send a reminder but I don't recieved any lies too expensive too

Always a good visit with Cristina my hygienist she is the best.
Also all the front end girls and Dr Channa are so nice.
Would definitely recommend this Dentist office.

Had a terrific first appointment at Cranston Market Dental today! The front desk staff were friendly and my cleaning by hygienist Cristina was awesome. She did an excellent job and was very friendly. I travelled from Inglewood because this place came highly recommended and they did not let me down. Definitely worth the trip!

Cristina is friendly, courteous and kept me smiling the entire visit. She did a fantastic job of my teeth cleaning!

They bought new furniture in the waiting area. Staff here is always so nice. Jai was my Hygienist. My first time meeting her. She was polite, and easy to talk to. Teeth felt great after. Answered some questions I had about toothpastes I did not know the answer to. Gave me something like three different options to book my next appointment with an X-ray, or not. Cleaning, or not, etc. Would highly recommend.

The staff is very welcoming. Dr. Chris provided a great service. I received dental cleaning from Dr. Chris and I didn’t feel any pain at all. I would recommend Cranston Market Dental to all my friends.

Going to the dentist is one of the things I stress about most. I get very bad anxiety to the point I break out with cold sores. During my cleanings I am usually in a great deal of pain throughout the service due to having very sensitive teeth. I have been going to Cranston Dental for years because they take the time to make sure you are comfortable with the procedures and check on your comfort throughout the service. I didn’t think it was possible to be more impressed with Cranston Dental until today. I had Jay do my check up and cleaning procedure and did not feel any discomfort or pain at all aside from the product they put on at first to help with sensitive teeth. Today was the most comfortable cleaning I have ever had and had very little anxiety. Great job Jay and team!

Dr Chana is wonderful and I’m so glad I found her. In addition, Paula is the most amazing hygienist I’ve ever had and I’m lucky to be a patient!

Dr. Chana is really nice, she took really good care of me and even asked her staff to call me
to make sure my that I wasn’t in pain or that I didn’t need to come in to get my bite readjusted. THE BEST!

My every visit at Cranston Dental Market comes with excellent services. All staff are really nice, gentle and accommodating. I've had so many procedures in here for a year, and all expectations were met. Was really afraid of having a root canal but Dr. Nazar definitely nailed it. Didn't feel any pain before, during and after having it. Such a relief. Everyone are awesome and so friendly!

The best hygienist ever worked on my teeth today (Brittany). All hygienists are great at Cranston Market Dental but I was fortunate enough to have the best in my 44 years of dental work/cleanings. She was friendly, caring, knowledgeable, thorough, helpful, particular and detail oriented. Well rounded in all areas of expertise.

This is the best dentist and support staff I have experienced in over 50 years of having dental work done. My anxiety levels, were lessened due to feeling confident that I would be well taken care of and that the work was of a very high standard.

I felt very safe with all the covid-19 safety guidelines that Cranston Market Dental put up for all their patients. I also want to acknowledge my Hygienist Ms. Faye for being so professional and for doing a great job.

Amazing staff and dentists, and they run remarkably on time which I imagine is challenging for a dentists’ office. I don’t know how they pull it off! Also have great covid policies so I felt very comfortable.

The staff at cranton market dental are awesome. My first experience getting my teeth cleaned there was with Christina and she was super friendly, professional and great at her job. We've moved around alot so we've been to a ton of dental offices and this is by far the best. I was there today to have a cavity filled and the female dentist and hygienist were both great (I dont remember their names). I hate going to the dentist for anything other than a cleaning but they the experience better then I would have expected. They take their time, they don't rush and they are a client first clinic. I would highly recommend this place if youre looking for a dental clinic.

I went here today for the first time and I must say, GREAT SERVICE! They are so nice and professional. They are amazing and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the actual service and experience my teeth feel amazing and clean. I really recommend this place. I'm going back in June. They definitely have my business!

Friendly and efficient, my whole family loves this clinic. Paula is a miracle worker with my anxious little one who now loves getting her teeth cleaned!

They over charged me for my dental treatment. At my first visit they given me an estimate for the full treatment plan to be followed with amounts to be covered through insurance and to be paid by me but on every visit charged me with a different amount and I ended up paying almost 4 times more than the actual estimate. I will not recommend anyone this place.

Great group of people working here. I couldn’t go through with my recent dental procedure due to some personal anxiety and fears of what they need to do to perform the treatment (dental dam). They were understanding and empathic towards me and offered me a referral to a sedation dentist office that can do my root canal and then I’ll be returning to Cranston to get my crown work done.

Very friendly staff! Everyone was great. Didn't have to wait at all for my cleaning and chek up. I definitely recommend this clinic. Also, I'm writing this while there is still a pandemic, and everyone was safe and clean. They were cleaning up everything after my cleaning.

My husband started getting dental service here in 2018 and raved about Dr Nazar and all of the staff.

The rest of our of family transitioned here in 2019 and very happy. Dr. Nazar Babyak is an excellent dentist and the staff are kind and welcoming!

My kids have transitioned well from their pediatric dentist to this dentist. The staff are supportive of my eldest son explaining every step before proceeding.

Highly recommend this dental clinic, very trustworthy, down to earth and caring.

Great clinic. I just moved to Cranston so decided to have a dentist in the neighborhood. Cathlyn (Dental Assistant) was very welcoming and polite and explained everything.

Made an appointment and expressed my desire to get a filling fixed right away. Was told it may or may not be possible, this was causing great discomfort and it could get worse.
Booked the appointment and was told the xrays and cleaning would be done first. Took my insurance info and got an estimate.

Fine, I booked it. Found it strange that fixing my filling was not top priority over a cleaning.

Was called today and was told they had to bump my appointment, my understanding was someone had higher priority than me. I even booked the day off from work. I said fine and was forced to re-schedule earlier.

Called another Dentist in Cranston, they took my issue serious and said this was top priority and got me in much sooner!

Called back Market Dental and said I was had to cancel the appointment, as I was about to give my reason Lamia just said ok thats fine and I basically felt cut off from giving my explanation.

Oh well. Please don't respond with some generic rebuttal.

Great experience here! Dr. Chana is amazing with my kids and juggling all four in one appointment. We have been seeing her for 8 years. All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I’m only scoring 4 stars because there was no change table in the bathroom, I had to change my baby on the floor! Other than that I definitely recommend Cranston Market dental.
